Abstract

Levies are a source of original regional income as regulated in Article 285 Paragraph (1) of Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government. The authority to collect levies is regulated in Article 23A of the 1945 Constitution, then implemented by Law Number 28 of 2009 concerning Regional Taxes and Regional Levies. So far, retribution collection has been carried out in cash, and along with technological developments, this method is no longer suitable, so it has been replaced with electronic money. This provision is based on Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 20/6/PBI 2016 concerning E-Money and is reinforced by the Circular Letter of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 901/1866/SJ /2017 which regulates the Implementation of Non-Cash Transactions and Presidential Instruction Number 10 of 2016 concerning Prevention and Eradicating Corruption. West Sumatra, as one of the provinces in Indonesia, has implemented the use of E-Money facilities in 2019 through E-Money Brizzi issued by Bank Rakyat Indonesia. It's just that in practice there are deviations in implementation so that we don't get maximum results. In connection with this, the author conducted research with the title "Strengthening the Supervision Function of the Use of Brizzi E-money as a Means of Paying City/Regency Levy Fees in West Sumatra". The areas used as samples. research is Padang City, Pariaman City, and Bukittinggi City with the main problems being researched. How to strengthen the monitoring function regarding the use of e-money Brizzi as a means of paying levies in cities/regencies in West Sumatra? From the research results, strengthening the monitoring function of the use of E-Money Brizzi in City/Regency governments in West Sumatra can be carried out by the parties, namely BRI as the Issuer of E-Money Brizzi and Bapenda as the user of the E-Money Brizzi facility in collecting levies. Meanwhile, the problems found in strengthening the supervisory function for the use of these facilities are incomplete regulations as a legal umbrella to serve as technical guidance in monitoring the use of facilities at each collection agency, and there is still a lack of education and outreach to the public by the parties.

Abstract

This classroom action research investigated the implementation of the deep learning approach to enhance student creativity in poster design learning among grade XI students at SMA Negeri 21 Gowa, Indonesia. The study addressed the persistent problem of low creativity levels resulting from conventional, product-oriented instruction that inadequately supported creative exploration and reflective thinking. Employing Kemmis and McTaggart's action research model, the study involved 36 students over three cycles (pre-cycle, Cycle I, and Cycle II) with data collected through observation, performance assessments, interviews, and documentation. Student creativity was evaluated across three indicators: idea fluency, design technique application, and visual message communication. The implementation systematically integrated meaningful learning, mindful learning, and joyful learning principles through thematic project-based activities, reflective dialogues, and personalized feedback. Results demonstrated significant progressive improvement in mean creativity scores from 58% (moderately creative) in the pre-cycle to 76% (creative) in Cycle I, and 85% (highly creative) in Cycle II, with 75% of students achieving highly creative status by the final cycle. The findings validate that deep learning approaches effectively transform visual arts education from mechanical, outcome-focused instruction to process-oriented pedagogy that cultivates authentic creativity, critical thinking, and reflective capacities aligned with 21st-century educational demands.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Pengaruh pergaulan teman sebaya terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas X dan XI di SMA Negeri Majene, 2) Pengaruh disiplin belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas X dan XI di SMA Negeri 2 Majene, serta 3) Pengaruh pergaulan teman sebaya dan disiplin belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas X dan XI di SMA Negeri 2 Majene. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey, jumlah populasi 605 orang siswa . Pengambilan besaran sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan perolehan sampel sebanyak 86 responden karena terdapat 2 kelas yakni kelas X dan XI sehingga ditentukan jumlah sampel dengan teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Adapun proses pengumpulan data melalui angket dan dokumentasi. Kevalidan data ditentukan dengan cara uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji statistik deskriptif dan uji analisis inferensial dengan pengelolaan data menggunakan bantuan program IBM SPSS Versi 21.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat pengaruh pergaulan teman sebaya terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas X dan XI di SMA Negeri 2 Majene. Dibuktikan dengan hasil uji T terlihat bahwa nilai thitung (4,017) lebih besar dari ttabel (1,990) dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < dari 0,05. Pergaulan teman sebaya berada pada kategori “baik” dengan persentase 78,96%. 2) Terdapat pengaruh disiplin belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas X dan XI di SMA Negeri 2 Majene. Dibuktikan dengan hasil uji T terlihat bahwa nilai thitung (3,881) lebih besar dari ttabel (1,990) dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < dari 0,05. Disiplin belajar berada pada kategori “baik” dengan persentase 81,98%. 3) Terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara pergaulan teman sebaya dan disiplin belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas X dan XI di SMA Negeri 2 Majene. Hal ini dibuktikan pada tabel F dengan perolehan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai Fhitung (30,446) > nilai Ftabel (3,11). Nilai R2 sebesar 0,423. Artinya, variabel pergaulan teman sebaya (X1) dan disiplin belajar (X2) secara simultan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 42,3% terhadap prestasi belajar siswa (Y) sedangkan sisanya yaitu 57,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.
