Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) terhadap UMKM Gula Aren di Desa Margosari Kecamatan Limbangan, Kabupaten Kendal, Provinsi Jawa Tengah bertujuan untuk membantu pemasaran digital para pengrajin gula aren. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan PkM ini adalah penyuluhan interaktif. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dibagi menjadi dua sesi penyampaian materi dan tanya jawab dan dilanjutkan evaluasi sebagai ukuran pemahaman peserta penyuluhan. Pemasaran sebelum kegiatan PkM dilakukan secara tradisional dan harga jual tidak stabil sesuai penawaran konsumen. Pada saat kegiatan PkM disampaikan perlunya pemasaran digital untuk menyesuaikan lingkungan teknologi saat ini. Metode storytelling dengan pemanfaatan multimedia digital memiliki pengaruh positif pada strategi pemasaran digital. Storytelling berperan sebagai media komunikasi yang mampu menciptakan rasa loyalitas pelanggan dari sebuah produk maupun merek. Keunggulan produk akan mudah dipahami konsumen melalui storytelling yang unik dan menarik. UMKM Gula Aren di Desa Margosari terdiri dari Ibu rumah tangga yang perlu berkolaborasi dengan generasi milenial dari komunitas karangtaruna untuk membatu pelaksanaan pemasaran digital. Hasil kegiatan PkM ini memberikan harapan bagi pengrajin gula aren Desa Margosari untuk memasarkan produknya dengan nilai jual yang sesuai dengan keunggulan kualitasnya. Antusias peserta ditunjukkan dengan akan segera dibentuknya tim pemasaran digital, terciptanya slogan, dan kesepakatan bentuk khas produk gula aren beserta kemasannya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of social media marketing on the number of visitors to Tekodeko Coffee in Semarang. Individuals that visited Tekodeko Coffee made up the research sample. This study used a sample size of 91 people drawn from original data collected via a questionnaire instrument. Validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, multicollinearity testing, heteroscedasticity testing, and hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination testing, t-test, and f-test are all part of the data analysis method. According to the findings of our study, the factors Social Presence (X1) and Media Richness (X2) have no significant influence on the frequency of visits to Tekodeko coffee in Semarang.

Abstract

E-commerce has changed the way consumers shop with convenience and access to a wide range of products. Qualitative research was conducted to understand how consumers specifically navigate risk, build trust, and deal with post-purchase psychological impacts in the e-commerce landscape. The research revealed that consumers perceive e-commerce as providing convenience and benefits in shopping, including time flexibility and diverse product choices. However, consumers are also aware of risks, such as product, delivery, data security and financial risks. Consumers exercise judgment by relying on product reviews, review ratings, and sales numbers to reduce risk or take risks. They manage risk by choosing familiar brands or stores and take active steps to deal with risks that may arise. The findings from this research provide valuable insights for e-commerce businesses with the aim of improving online transaction practices, minimizing risk uncertainty, and ultimately creating a more positive shopping experience for consumers. By understanding how consumers respond to risk and build trust, e-commerce businesses can better direct their efforts in creating a safer, more convenient and satisfying shopping environment

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to reveal the advantages of the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method in measuring the performance of the lecturer to produce the best lecturer assessment The research uses the purposive sampling method in determining the student participants who have received learning from the sample of the research, namely five lecturers at the S1 System and Information Technology (STI) Study Program of the Institute of Technology and Business (ITB) Semarang in the course of TA. 2020/2021-2022/2023 to give the assessment based on the criteria used, Pedagogical, Professional, Personality, Social. The results of this study obtained the calculations of docent 1 (A1) with a total of 0.85, docent 2 (A2) with a Total of 0.8, docent 3 (A3) with a Total of 0. 8, docent 4 (A4) with a totall of 0.6, and docent 5 (A5) with a TOTAL of 1.00. So it can be concluded that the decision support system using the SAW method showed that with the highest score of docents 5 (A5).

Abstract

Multimedia content has now become an integral element in the digital industry which continues to grow rapidly. Due to technological advances and the widespread spread of the internet, the way people interact with digital content, such as video, audio, images, and all of them combined, has undergone significant changes. Multimedia content plays a key role in influencing consumer behavior, building brands and creating engaging user experiences. Although technological advances have enabled the production of better quality multimedia content, competitive challenges remain. Content producers need to continue to innovate to produce works that are unique and interesting to their audience and stay abreast of the latest technological developments. In addition to fierce competition, there are various other problems that can hinder the positive impact of multimedia content, such as fragmented information, improper dissemination of content, difficulties in attracting audience attention, and lack of creativity in content development. Therefore, in this digital industry era, multimedia content producers must also consider the needs and preferences of an increasingly diverse audience.

Abstract

Di Desa Margosari, Kelurahan Limbangan, Kabupaten Kendal, Jawa Tengah, tepatnya di Dukuh Cemangklek, terdapat kelompok usaha ibu-ibu yang memproduksi batik tulis dan batik cap. Namun, semenjak pandemi Covid-19, usaha batik tersebut mati suri, dikarenakan keterbatasan dana yang dimiliki. Pengadaan bahan produksi yang cukup sulit karena faktor lokasi juga menjadi penyebab produksi batik terhenti. Melalui kegiatan ini, dilakukan pelatihan kepada ibu-ibu masyarakat Desa Margosari, yaitu pelatihan teknik eco-printing melalui media kain dan teknik digital marketing melalui penggunaan platform e-commerce yang dikembangkan oleh mahasiswa Program Studi S1 STI. Diharapkan kegiatan ini mampu menghidupkan kembali usaha yang dimiliki ibu-ibu masyarakat Desa Margosari, sehingga ibu-ibu masyarakat Desa Margosari dapat membantu perekonomian keluarga dan perekonomian daerah secara umum. Ibu-ibu masyarakat Desa Margosari sebagai peserta kegiatan PKM telah mendapatkan sosialisasi pengenalan teknik eco-printing dan e-commerce untuk proses pemasaran produk, serta pelatihan teknik eco-printing menggunakan media kain (tote bag). Peserta telah mengetahui apa itu eco-printing dan e-commerce. Dalam pelatihan teknik eco-printing, peserta dapat memanfaatkan bahan-bahan yang ada di lingkungan sekitar. Seluruh peserta sepakat bahwa teknik eco-printing sangat mudah dilakukan dan biaya yang dibutuhkan tidak terlalu banyak, selain itu e-commerce juga dapat membantu dalam penjualan atau pemasaran produk hasil eco-printing.

Abstract

Gula aren adalah salah satu produk pertanian lokal yang cukup popular di Indonesia namun banyak produsen gula aren yang masih kesulitan dalam memasarkan produknya, terkadang ada yang sudah memiliki pelanggan namun dengan harga jual yang rendah. Salah satu penyebab utamanya yaitu kurangnya pemahaman terhadap branding dan promosi produk. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan untuk memberi edukasi pentingnya setiap produk memiliki brand identity atau karakteristik yang baik dan menarik sehingga meningkatkan minat konsumen untuk memperoleh produk tersebut serta hal itu mampu meningkatkan rasa kepercayaan konsumen terhadap produk yang berimbas pada peningkatan permintaan dan harga produk. Selain itu tim juga mengedukasi bagaimana sistem promosi yang efektif dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada saat ini, misalnya dengan memanfaatkan media smartphone. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, Pelaku UMKM gula aren sudah memiliki kesadaran terhadap pentingnya brand identity serta mampu memciptakan brand identity bagi produk mereka.Kata Kunci: gula aren, produk, brand identity, sistem promosi, media, smartphone

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly affected various economic sectors, especially micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, which are the backbone of the economy. This study aims to investigate the factors that support the resilience of MSMEs after the pandemic by reviewing recent article from 2021 to 2024. Using a critical appraisal method, the research synthesizes findings from selected articles to highlight key strategies that enable MSMEs to adapt and thrive in a challenging environment. The findings indicate that factors such as digital technology adoption, innovative marketing strategies, creativity, religiosity, collaboration, financial support, and community engagement play a critical role in enhancing MSMEs resilience. The implications of these findings suggest that MSMEs should leverage these elements to improve competitiveness and sustainability, while policymakers can formulate effective strategies to support MSMEs recovery and growth in the post-pandemic era.

Abstract

This research aims to carry out an information system audit on the Academic Information System (SIAKAD) at the Institute of Technology and Business (ITB) Semarang by utilizing the COBIT 5 Framework. An information system audit is a crucial step to assess the effectiveness, effciency and security of the informatiion system operated by organization. COBIT 5 as an internationally recognized Framework, provides a structured approach to ensuring the governance and management of information technology effective.his research uses an evaluation methodology for key processes in COBIT 5, such as risk management, IT service management, and IT resource management, which are relevant to the implementation of SIAKAD. Data was obtained through interviews, observation and review of internal documents. The audit results comply with several COBIT 5 standards, although there are several areas that still require improvement to increase system perfomance and security. It is hoped that this researcher can provide strategic recommendations for ITB Semarang to optimize academic information systems, as well as become a reference for other institutions that wish to implement COBIT 5 in information system audits.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempertajam sistem informasi pemasaran digital dengan merancang dan mengimplementasikan virtual card yang menerapkan model AIDA. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan waterfall yang diuji dengan Blackbox Testing dan System Usability Scale (SUS) terhadap pelanggan dan calon pelanggan Batik Warna Alam siPutri. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah HTML, CSS, dan Javascript, yang mengasilkan virtual card dengan nilai usability yang tinggi. Skor acceptability ranges berada pada zona Acceptable, dengan skala grade A, dan adjective rating termasuk dalam kategori best imaginable. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan terdapatnya kombinasi yang erat pada penerapan model AIDA dalam implemetasi sistem dan teknologi informasi untuk menunjang strategi pemasaran online dan memberikan dampak yang signifikan.
