Abstract

Digital application becomes key role in delivering great services from big franchise such as Pegadaian, Tix ID, Shopee, Netflix, etc. The digital application on KFCku app had recently been helping in building digital payment. Hyperreality becomes widespread practice in this industry as they continue to live day by day. The core concept of this research is Hyperreality which influences substantial number of people into purchasing stuff. Purchasing should by your own decision instead of someone’s making. Content analysis will be a useful technique to measure how strong the enemy is.

Abstract

Lubuk Kertang Tourism Village is a tourist destination in North Sumatra whose existence is not quite popular compared to other tourist villages in North Sumatra which are in the Toba Caldera Region. For this reason, in-depth analysis is needed in various aspects to increase tourist visits to this village. This research is a quantitative descriptive research that aims to determine the effect of tourist attraction, electronic word of mouth, and the image of a tourist destination on the decision to visit tourists to Lubuk Kertang Tourism Village, Langkat Regency. The sample of this research is 100 people taken by using accidental sampling method. Data related to the 4 tested variants were obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that there is a partial and simultaneous influence of tourist attraction, electronic word of mouth, and the image of a tourist destination on the decision to visit tourists to Lubuk Kertang Tourism Village. Thus improving the quality of these three variables is needed so that tourist visits to Lubuk Kertang can increase.

Abstract

lapangan pekerjaan, mendukung kemajuan komunitas setempat, dan berperan sebagai katalisator perubahan sosial. Namun, di tengah arus perubahan teknologi yang begitu cepat, banyak UMKM yang berisiko tertinggal jika mereka tidak mampu mengadopsi teknologi digital. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Field Project Study ini memiliki tujuan yaitu membantu pelaku UMKM Pondok Tani dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital dalam pemasaran produk. Dan juga, dapat memberikan manfaat bagi pelaku UMKM Yang ada di Desa Hariara Pohan, salah satu UMKM Yang dipilih yaitu UMKM Pondok Tani dimana UMKM ini memiliki kendala pada digital pemasaran, oleh karena itu mahasiswa/I ikut berperan dalam membantu strategi mengenai pemasaran digitalisasi. Penerapan strategi digitalisasi UMKM Pondok Tani saat ini masih menggunakan cara tradisional yaitu dari mulut ke mulut namun pelaku juga memanfaatkan teknologi digital hanya saja belum optimal karena pelaku masih mengunakan 2 media social (Facebook dan whatsapp). Pada saat kegiatan pendampingan mengenai pemanfaatan digitalisasi berlangsung, mahasiswa/I FPS melakukan penyuluhan kepada pelaku UMKM Pondok Tani mengenai pentingnya digitalisasi melalui media sosial agar produk dapat dikenal masyarakat luas. Mahasiswa/I FPS juga memperkenalkan platform media sosial yang lainnya seperti Instagram dan Tiktok kepada Pelaku UMKM Pondok Tani, memandu pelaku UMKM untuk membuat akun Instagram dan Tiktok, labelisasi produk, serta pembuatan Google My Business. Dengan perkembangan teknologi dan komunikasi yang semakin maju, banyak pelaku usaha memilih untuk menggunakan pemasaran dan promosi produk melalui media sosial, terutama Instagram dan Tik tok, sebagai pilihan utama. Kehadiran media sosial diharapkan dapat dioptimalkan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang pemasaran digital. Melalui program pendampingan, penggunaan media sosial dalam penjualan diharapkan dapat ditingkatkan, sehingga mempermudah UMKM dalam memasarkan produk mereka tanpa harus menghabiskan banyak waktu dan biaya.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of Sapta Pesona values in tourism services in the Kampung Lama Tourism Village and identify challenges and obstacles in implementing Sapta Pesona values. Research was conducted on the topic of smart villages using a qualitative approach, where the resource persons were Pokdarwis or tourism awareness groups in the Kampung Lama Tourism Village. The technique for obtaining informants in this research was carried out using a purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the application of Sapta Pesona in the Kampung Lama tourist village has been implemented well, but it is still not running optimally so there is still a need for development related to the application of the 7 elements of Sapta Pesona. There are obstacles in implementing Sapta Pesona in the Kampung Lama tourist village where these obstacles come from internal Pokdarwis, local communities and the village government. This obstacle is in the form of a lack of public knowledge in waste management.

Abstract

Conformity assessment can be interpreted as an activity to assess whether goods, services, systems, processes, or personnel have met the requirements (National Standardization Agency, 2023). Conformity assessment of business standards is very important to be carried out, in order to minimize the risks that will occur. To regulate conformity assessments, especially to carry out risk management functions, the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy issued the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Regulation No. 4/2021 concerning the conformity assessment and standards of low-medium risk restaurant businesses. The purpose of this assessment is (1) to determine the conformity assessment and standards of low-risk restaurant businesses of two three coffee houses, (2) to determine the design of facilities and landscapes in two three coffee houses in accordance with the conformity assessment and standards of low-risk restaurant businesses. This study uses a qualitative method. The primary data source obtained from this study was to provide several questions regarding the management of two three coffee houses. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observations and purposive sampling. The results of this study are (1) Two three coffee houses do not yet have a Certificate of Hygiene Sanitation as a special requirement for the business, the lack of business facilities such as appropriate work rooms, clean water installations, separate waste management and waste disposal installations. The human resources organizational structure of the two three coffee houses is quite good, only the employees do not wear uniforms that include the logo and the management of the two three coffee houses does not yet have a SOP document for work implementation and business management that has not been documented. (2) For the design and landscape in the two three coffee houses, the author designed one room consisting of an administration room and a manager's room. Other added facilities are women's and men's toilets, two wash basins, organic and non-organic trash bins, a rooftop on the 2nd floor, and several other ornamental plants.

Abstract

This study evaluates the financial feasibility of hospital development in Legok District, Tangerang Regency, using a cost-benefit approach. The research aims to assess the economic viability of constructing healthcare infrastructure to address the region’s increasing demand for medical services. The findings indicate that the project is financially viable, with a Net Present Value (NPV) of IDR 1.2 billion, an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 20.30%, a Payback Period (PP) of 6 years, and a Benefit-Cost Ratio (BCR) of 2. Additionally, qualitative analysis based on stakeholder interviews confirms that the hospital will help meet the growing healthcare needs, particularly for prevalent diseases such as respiratory infections, hypertension, and gastritis. The study underscores the necessity of healthcare infrastructure development in rapidly growing suburban areas with inadequate medical facilities. Despite limitations in financial projections and interview scope, the results affirm the project's feasibility and strategic importance. The study recommends sustained government support, private sector involvement, and further research to ensure long-term sustainability.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas perempuan dalam sektor pariwisata melalui pemasaran digital dan diversifikasi produk di desa wisata sekitar Destinasi Super Prioritas Danau Toba. Program ini difokuskan pada pemberdayaan perempuan dalam pengelolaan produk wisata lokal, dengan memberikan pengetahuan mengenai pentingnya pemasaran digital dan pengembangan produk yang dapat meningkatkan daya saing desa wisata. Peserta kegiatan ini terdiri dari 30 orang perempuan pegiat wisata yang berasal dari berbagai desa wisata di sekitar Danau Toba. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari identifikasi awal, pelatihan, diskusi, dan praktik langsung mengenai penggunaan media sosial untuk pemasaran produk serta diversifikasi produk wisata untuk menarik lebih banyak wisatawan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan antusiasme peserta untuk mengimplementasikan pemasaran melalui media sosial, khususnya Instagram dan TikTok, serta kesadaran tentang pentingnya diversifikasi produk dalam memperkaya pengalaman wisata. Diharapkan program ini dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap perkembangan desa wisata, memperkuat peran perempuan, dan meningkatkan daya saing destinasi pariwisata di Danau Toba.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Dusun Pamah Simelir, yang terletak di Desa Telagah, Kabupaten Langkat, Sumatera Utara, memiliki potensi besar sebagai destinasi wisata berbasis alam dan agrowisata. Namun, pengembangan kawasan ini masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur dan aksesibilitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan daya tarik wisata Pamah Simelir dengan pendekatan Tourism Area Life Cycle (TALC) dan analisis SWOT untuk mengetahui tahapan pengembangan dan merumuskan strategi pengembangan yang tepat. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan delapan narasumber yang terdiri dari pengelola wisata, tokoh masyarakat, pelaku usaha lokal, dan wisatawan, dipilih secara purposive. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi lapangan, dan studi dokumentasi, dengan validasi melalui triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pamah Simelir berada pada tahap involvement, ditandai dengan keterlibatan masyarakat lokal yang semakin aktif meskipun fasilitas masih terbatas. Strategi konkret yang dihasilkan antara lain adalah peningkatan akses jalan dan penambahan papan petunjuk arah untuk memudahkan mobilitas wisatawan, serta pelatihan pemandu wisata lokal guna meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Strategi ini, didukung promosi digital dan sinergi antara pemerintah dan masyarakat, diharapkan mampu mendorong pengembangan Pamah Simelir secara berkelanjutan dan kompetitif.Kata Kunci: Tourism Area Life Cycle (TALC), SWOT, Pamah SimelirABSTRACT Pamah Simelir Hamlet, located in Telagah Village, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra, has significant potential as a nature-based and agrotourism destination. However, its development faces several challenges, including limited infrastructure and accessibility. This study aims to analyze the development strategy of the Pamah Simelir tourist attraction using the Tourism Area Life Cycle (TALC) model and SWOT analysis to identify its current development stage and formulate strategic recommendations. A qualitative approach was used with eight respondents, including tourism managers, community leaders, local business actors, and tourists, selected through purposive sampling. Semi-structured interviews, field observations, and document reviews were conducted, and data triangulation ensured the validity and reliability of the findings. The results show that Pamah Simelir is at the involvement stage in the TALC cycle, where community participation is growing despite limited infrastructure. The study identifies concrete strategies, such as improving road access and signage to support tourist mobility, and providing training for local tour guides to enhance service quality. These efforts, combined with digital promotion and government-community collaboration, are essential to ensure the sustainable and competitive development of Pamah Simelir as a rural tourism destination. Keyword: Tourism Area Life Cycle (TALC), SWOT, Pamah Simelir
