Abstract

The rapid expansion of coffee shop businesses in Indonesia has intensified competition within the industry, making customer retention increasingly important for business sustainability. In this context, customer loyalty is shaped by multiple determinants, including environmentally oriented marketing practices and the level of trust in a brand. This research examines the role of green marketing and brand trust in influencing customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction acting as a mediating variable among Fore Coffee consumers in Surabaya. A quantitative approach was applied, and data were gathered from 100 respondents using a Likert-scale questionnaire through purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and path analysis with IBM SPSS version 25. The findings reveal that both green marketing and brand trust significantly enhance customer satisfaction. Nevertheless, customer satisfaction does not demonstrate a significant effect on customer loyalty. In addition, no significant indirect effects were found from green marketing and brand trust on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. These results imply that customer loyalty formation may be driven by additional factors beyond satisfaction alone.

Abstract

Mobile banking is a digital service that allows customers to conveniently access various banking features via mobile devices, such as checking balances, transferring funds, paying bills, and conducting other financial transactions. As technology advances, the quality of mobile banking services has become a key factor in enhancing user satisfaction and loyalty. This study aims to analyze and compare the performance of two mobile banking applications owned by Bank Negara Indonesia, namely BNI Mobile Banking and Wondr by BNI, based on user perceptions. This study employs a quantitative approach using a comparative method to identify performance differences between the two applications. Sampling was conducted using non-probability sampling, with a sample size of 160 respondents who are active users of both applications. The collected data was then analyzed using an Independent Sample T-Test to determine the differences in the means of each variable under study The results of the study indicate that there are significant differences across six key variables: ease of use, transaction speed, design, security, information content, and customer support service. Based on a comparison of average scores, the Wondr by BNI app demonstrated superior performance compared to BNI Mobile Banking. This indicates that users tend to be more satisfied with Wondr by BNI, in terms of ease of use, transaction speed, a more attractive interface, higher security, the quality of information provided, and more responsive customer support. Thus, the results of this study are expected to serve as evaluation material for app developers in improving the quality of mobile banking services to better align with the needs and expectations of users in today’s digital era.

Abstract

Digital business platforms have transformed consumers from passive product recipients into active knowledge-creating agents. This study examines the influence of the SECI knowledge creation model Socialization, Externalization, Combination, and Internalization on new knowledge formation among Mobile Legends consumers in Surabaya, Indonesia. Employing a quantitative associative research design, data were collected from 150 active Mobile Legends users through structured Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Results confirm that all four SECI dimensions simultaneously and partially influence new knowledge formation. Simultaneously, the model explains 53.6% of variance in new knowledge formation (F = 41.846, p = 0.000). Partially, Combination emerges as the strongest predictor (β = 0.325), followed by Internalization (β = 0.317), Socialization (β = 0.227), and Externalization (β = 0.154), all significant at p < 0.05. These findings extend the SECI model and Knowledge-Based View beyond formal organizational settings, establishing that consumer-driven knowledge creation in non-formal digital ecosystems is a structured and measurable phenomenon. Practically, the findings provide strategic guidance for digital platform operators to invest in consumer knowledge capital as a source of sustained competitive advantage.

Abstract

The growth rate of modern coffee shops in Indonesia is accelerating, in line with the changing lifestyles of urban communities, especially Generation Z, who are familiar with hanging out, flexible working, and experience-based consumption. In an increasingly competitive environment, it is not enough for companies to simply sell delicious products; Customer Satisfaction must be built and maintained consistently. This is where Kopi Kenangan, as one of the local coffee brands with a large network, is required to continuously pay attention to Service Quality at its outlets, the Brand Image that sticks in consumers' minds, and the value that is truly felt from each purchase. This study stems from these needs and aims to examine the influence of Service Quality, Brand Image, and Customer Perceived Value on Customer Satisfaction among Generation Z consumers of Kopi Kenangan in the city of Surabaya. The approach used is quantitative with an associative descriptive research type. Data was obtained through a questionnaire survey of 160 respondents who had purchased Kopi Kenangan and resided in Surabaya, then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that the three independent variables simultaneously affect Customer Satisfaction. When tested partially, Service Quality, Brand Image, and Customer Perceived Value were also proven to have a positive and significant influence. These findings indicate that good service experience, strong Brand Image, and perceived value commensurate with the price and quality of the product play an important role in shaping the satisfaction of Generation Z Kopi Kenangan consumers. Keywords: Service Quality, Brand Image, Customer Perceived Value, Customer Satisfaction.
