Abstract

Ada beberapa cara yang perlu dikembangkan dalam memberikan sumber dan layanan informasi pada perpustakaan anak seperti thumblebooks, link terhadap koleksi khusus anak dan web untuk akses film anak dan kegiatan interaktif seperti layanan minggu ilmiah dan tersedianya permainan edukatif yang benar-benar dapat memberikan penyegaran sekaligus mendidik anak-anak. Semua sumber informasi ini tentu saja memerlukan perencanaan yang strategis baik itu dalam pengadaan, pengolahan maupun rancangan penyebaran informasi yang akan dipilih sehingga rancangan sumber informasi dan pelayanan pada perpustakaan anak dapat berjalan sesuai dengan tujuan dan fungsinya.

Abstract

AbstrakPengindeksan subjek merupakan salah satu kegiatan inti dalam pengolahan koleksi perpustakaan. IbM ini bertujuan untuk menyegarkan kembali serta meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan pustakawan di lingkungan Unilak dalam proses pengindeksan subjek. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada tanggal 02 April 2015 melalui beberapa tahap kegiatan. Tahap pertama tahap penyegaran konsep dasar pengindeksan subjek. Tahap kedua adalah penyegaran mengenai jenis konsep. Tahap ketiga adalah penyegaran mengenai jenis subjek. Tahap keempat adalah penyegaran mengenai tajuk subjek. Tahap kelima adalah tahap praktik penentuan subjek. Tahap terakhir adalah tahap evaluasi dan motivasi. Hasil analisa terhadap pretest dan posttest menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemampuan peserta dalam hal pengindeksan subjek koleksi perpustakaan.Kata Kunci: Pengindeksan Subjek, Universitas Lancang KuningAbstractSubject indexing is one of the core activities in the processing of library collections. IbM aims to refresh and improve their knowledge and ability librarians within Unilak in the process of indexing the subject. This activity is carried out in several stages of activity. The first stage of the indexing phase refresher basic concepts of the subject. The second stage is a refresher on the types of concepts. The third stage is a refresher on the type of subject. The fourth stage is a refresher on the subject code. The fifth stage is the stage of determining the subject practices. The last stage is the stage of evaluation and motivation. Analysis of the pretest and posttest showed that there is an increase in the ability of the participants in terms of subject indexing of library collections.Keywords: Subject Indexing, Lancang Kuning University

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi penggunaan e-DDC dalam mengklasifikasi bahan pustaka di lingkungan Perpustakaan Universitas Lancang Kuning. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari bulan Februari 2016 sampai April 2016. Subjek penelitian ini adalah nomor klasifikasi yang ada di UPT Perpustakaan Unilak dengan jumlah sampel 97 judul, Perpustakaan Fakultas Ilmu Budaya (FIB) dengan jumlah sampel 88 judul, Perpustakaan Fakultas Ilmu Administrasi (FIA) dengan jumlah sampel 94 judul, Perpustakaan Fakultas Hukum dengan jumlah sempel 96 judul. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari ke empat Perpustakaan yang di jadikan sampel perpustakaan yang memiliki data persentase 21-40% dengan ketidak sesuaian nomor klasifikasi dapat dikatakan rendah yaitu perpustakaan Fakultas Ilmu Administrasi (FIA) sebesar (21,27%) dan Perpustakaan Fakultas Ilmu Budaya (FIB) dengan persentase sebesar (22,72%). Sedangkan untuk perpustakaan yang memiliki ketidak sesuaian nomor klasifikasi dengan data persentase 41-60% dapat dikatakan sedang yaitu UPT Perpustakaan Unilak sebesar (41,23%), dan Perpustakaan Fakultas Hukum dengan persentase sebesar (45,83%). Kata Kunci: Evaluasi Penggunaan e-DDC di Perpustakaan Lingkungan Universitas Lancang Kuning AbstractThis study titled Evaluation of Use of E-DDC classifying library materials in the environment Lancang Kuning University Library. The purpose of this study to evaluate the use of e-DDC classifying library materials in the Lancang Kuning University Library. This research type is descriptive quantitative. This research was conducted on the month in February 2016 to May 2016. The subject of this research is the classification number contained in the Library Unit Unilak with a sample of 97 titles, the Library FIB with a sample of 88 titles, the FIA Library with a sample of 94 titles, the Law Library with a number semple 96 titles. The results showed that of the four library made in sample libraries with 21-40% percentage compliance with classification number can be said to be low at the library FIA for (21.27%) and FIB Library with a percentage of (22.72 %). As for the library that has a non classification number with a percentage of 41-60% of data can be said to be that of Unilak Library Unit (41.23%), and the Law Library with a percentage of (45.83%). Keyword : The use of e - DDC evaluation at Community Library Lancang Kuning University

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemetaan konten informasi akun Instagram perpustakaan perguruan tinggi yang ada di Indonesia. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian dari 100 Perguruan Tinggi yang ada di Indonesia, perguruan tinggi yang paling banyak mengunggah yaitu instagram perpustakaan Universitas Syiah Kuala dengan 2283 unggahan, Universitas Hasanudin dengan 1192 unggahan, kemudian Universitas Lampung dengan 883 unggahan, Universitas Gadjah Mada 705, dan juga Universitas Indonesia dengan 604 jumlah unggahan. Dari lima indikator pemanfaatan instagram oleh perpustakaan, indikator yang paling banyak diunggah yaitu indikator memperlihatkan sekitar dan koleksi dengan jumlah unggahan 8063 atau (69.48%), indikator mempublikasikan acara dengan jumlah unggahan 2908 atau (25.06%), indikator memperlihatkan proses dengan 633 unggahan atau (5.45%). Indikator menunjukkan sejarah perpustakaan dengan 22 unggahan atau (0.08%), dan yang terakhir yaitu pada indikator berinteraksi dengan pengguna dengan jumlah 10 unggahan atau (0.08%). Kata kunci: Pemetaan, konten, informasi, perpustakaan perguruan tinggi Abstract This study aim to find out how to map Instagram account information content in college libraries in Indonesia. This research method uses quantitative descriptive methods. The results of research from 100 universities in Indonesia, colleges who upload the most are Syiah Kuala University with 2283 uploads, Hasanudin University with 1192 uploads, then Lampung University with 883 uploads, Gadjah Mada University 705, and also the University of Indonesia with 604 total uploads. Of the five indicators on the use of Instagram by the library, the most uploaded indicator is the indicator showing surroundings and collection with the number of uploads 8063 or (69.48%), the indicator publishes events with the number of uploads 2908 or (25.06%), the indicator shows the process with 633 uploads or ( 5.45%), the indicator shows the history of the library with 22 uploads (0.08%), and finally the indicator interacts with users with 10 uploads (0.08%). Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the citation of hadith, frequency of using hadith, history and type of hadith that are ofted be cited by narrators at the master students' theses of family law study program, specifically hadith interpretation concentration of UIN Suska Riau. The method of this study was descriptive statistic. Data collection techniques were observation and documentation. The result of this study indicates the number of theses from hadith interpretation concentration from 2016-2019 as many as 39 theses, with 218 citations from 2.505 citations that listed on  bibliography of theses with a percentage 79.48%. From 218 hadiths, hadiths that commonly used as reference were narrated by Bukhori as many as 51 hadiths (23.39%) and type of hadith that commonly be cited was  authentic hadith/hadith shohih as many as 168 hadiths

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the relevance of library collections to users’ information needs at Forestry Faculty Library, Lancang Kuning University, Pekanbaru. This research uses quantitative approach with descriptive method. The results show that: (1) Current information need approach: 57 respondents searched for collection from scientific aspect, meanwhile in terms of collection availability of Unilak Fahutan Library on current information need, it is found that the most widely provided collection based on cover collection was 454 titles. (2) Everyday information need approach: 50 respondents needed results of researches by lecturers (journals) and by students (theses), meanwhile in terms of collection availability of Unilak Fahutan Library on everyday information need, it is found that the most widely provided collections were books, reports, modules, theses, and journals often used in completing lecture assignments with the total of 1,216 titles. (3) Exhaustive information need approach: 61 respondents needed printed works (books, magazines, reports, etc.), meanwhile the collection availability of Unilak Fahutan Library on exhaustive information need, 886 titles of theses, book journals, proceedings, books, and magazines were available. (4) The need of information at a glance: 64 respondents needed a list of new collection titles to find information, meanwhile in terms of collection availability of Unilak Fahutan Library on the need of information at a glance, it is found that there were 761 titles of brief and clear information such as magazines, bulletin, reports and books.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is so that the products produced by Puspa Melayu partners are able to penetrate the export market, considering the sale of this wajik tapai Melayu product to be outside of Pekanbaru city. So far, many food products from outside countries that enter Indonesia reach 4-5%. The methods used in this activity are testing and evaluating wajik tapai Melayu, mentoring, and evaluation of wajik tapai Melayu product packaging as well as marketing workshops using social media. As a result, wajik tapai melayu can be exported because it can last a period of 1 (one) year, the packaging of wajik tapai Melayu products has met export standards that are not easily dented, and partners have been able to use social media for marketing its products such as Facebook, Instagram, JualBuy, and Shopee. The impact of this activity is that the net profit of malay tapai diamonds increased from the year before the community service activity increased to Rp.  516,096,000 - monthly.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the level of collaboration and productivity of the author in the Khizanah Al-Hikmah Journal article: Journal of Library, Information and Archive Science 2013-2020 UIN Alauddin Makassar. The population and sample in this study were all articles published in the journal Khizanah Al-Hikmah Journal: Journal of Library, Information and Archive Science in the last eight years 2013-2020. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research with a quantitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the results show that the number of articles from 2013-2020 was 142 articles. The average collaboration level is 0.40. The number of authors was 245 people. The most productive authors are Taufik Mathar and Tupan with 7 articles. We found that the top 5 agencies contributing to articles were UIN Alauddin Makassar (25.31%), Padjajaran University (13.47%), PDII LIPI (11.84%), Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University (6.53%), Brawijaya University (4.9%). Affiliates with public status are 95.51% and private 4.49%. It can be concluded that most of the articles were written collaboratively, namely 56 articles, most of the writers' affiliations came from institutions of higher education libraries (81.63%).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevalusi keterampilan sosial pustakawan di UPT Perpustakaan Unilak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan pengambilan sampling incidental yang diambil dari 2501 populasi dan 96 sampel orang, dan 4 orang pustakawan. Terdiri dari mahasiswa dan pustakawan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, angket, wawancara, studi pustaka, studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa Keterampilan Sosial Pustakawan di UPT Perpustakaan Unilak sudah memiliki keterampilan sosial yang cukup baik. Dapat dilihat dari jumlah responden (73,96%) mengatakan Kemampuan Berkomunikasi secara positif dan aktif sudah baik. Responden (59,17%) mengatakan kemampuan seorang pustakawan dalam memahami kebutuhan pemustaka sudah ada. Dan pustakawan di UPT Perpustakaan Unilak sudah bisa bekerjasama dengan tim kerja, bekerjasama dengan penulis/penerbit, pustakawan bisa mencari link untuk bekerjasama dengan perpustakaan lainnya. Jumlah responden (66,84%) mengatakan bahwa pustakawan sudah memiliki pengetahuan, pemahaman mengenai keanekaragaman budaya.
