Abstract

Memory institutions which consists of galleries, libraries, archives, and museums are information management organizations that aims to documenting, contextualizing, preserving, and indexing elements of human culture. Museum is one of the memory institutions that record the traces of human civilization is in the form of a physical collection. The existence of a museum today should be a media for edutainment that can be enjoyed by all groups. The Sang Nila Utama Museum is a state museum of Riau Province which has been operating since 1975 under the auspices of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Riau Province. This museum collects various kinds of collections. However, these various collections are difficult to access digitally by the public due to the limited digitization of these collections. This community services offered to develop Google Assistant as a virtual assistant to support technology that currently exists at the Sang Nila Utama Museum. Furthermore, this is an effort to attract many visitors to the museum and to seek information on the museum's digital channels. This solution hopefully could bring users to explore the museum’s collection in an exciting way.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to find out about the trend topics that are more often discussed in Information & Communication Technology journals indexed by SINTA 1 in 2021 so that they can bring up the latest research subjects. The method used in this research is to use the bibliometric data analysis method based on the zipf rule. The results showed that there was the word "Learning" which was the highest word frequency, which was 317 times appearing with a percentage (3.8%) of the total 8246 words. Then followed by the word "Network" as much as 258 times (3.1%), then "Neural" is a word that appears 235 times or equivalent to (2.8%), the word "System" is also found 160 times, namely with a percentage (1.9%), followed by the word "Machine" 146 times appearing which is equivalent to (1.8%), then the word "Data" also appearing 135 times with a percentage (1.6%), appearing Also the word "Algorithm" is 127 times with a value (1.5%), the word "Image" appears 124 times with a percentage of (1.5%), the word "Energy" is also found 121 times appears with a value (1, 5%) and the top ten words ended with the word “Deep” which appeared 118 times with a percentage (1.4%). These words can be used as keywords in the research article being studied. The calculation above shows that the relevant subject index is greater with the relevant percentage of 62.5%, relevant marginal of 37.5% and irrelevant of 0 %. Keywords : Zipf rules, Bibliometrics, Journals, Articles, Words: Learning   Tren Topik Penelitian Jurnal Teknologi Informasi Dan Komunikasi Terindeks Science And Technology Index (Sinta) 1 Tahun 2021 Dengan Pedekatan Dalil Zipf ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui permasalahan tentang tren topik-topik apa saja yang lebih sering dibahas dalam jurnal Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi yang terindeks SINTA 1 pada tahun 2021 sehingga bisa memunculkan subjek penelitian terbaru. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode analisis data bibliometrik dengan berdasarkan kaidah zipf. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kata “Learning” merupakan frekuensi kata tertinggi yaitu sebanyak 317 kali muncul dengan jumlah persentase (3,8%). Maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa kata tersebut dapat dijadikan sebagai kata kunci (Keyword) pada penelitian artikel yang sedang diteliti. Perhitungan diatas menunjukkan indeks subjek yang nilainya relevan lebih besar dengan jumlah persentase relevan sebesar 62.5%, persentase relevan marginal sebesar 37,5% dan jumlah persentase tidak relevan sebesar 0 %. Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan di kampus STAI Hubbulwathan Duri yaitu pelatihan pembuatan konten kreatif menggunakan aplikasi filmora. Latar belakang masalah pada kegiatan ini adalah sangat minimnya video pembelajaran yang dibutuhkan oleh mahasiswa untuk kegiatan belajar mengajar. Selain itu, sangat sedikit pengetahuan dosen dalam menggunakan aplikasi pengolah video seperti filmora. Tujuan dari kegiatan pkm ini adalah memberikan edukasi penggunaan aplikasi Filmora dalam pembuatan video. Kegiatan pkm dilaksanakan selama 2 hari dan dihadiri oleh 27 peserta. Berdasarkan hasil sebaran angket saat kegiatan ini diperoleh hasil deskriptif yaitu 99% respon peserta menyatakan bahwa kegiatan pkm ini Memberikan tambahan pengetahuan terhadap penggunaan aplikasi, 95% respon peserta menyatakan bahwa Menyukai materi editing video, 90% respon peserta menyatakan bahwa Program aplikasi ringan dan tidak berat, 90% respon peserta menyatakan bahwa Tim PKM pelatihan bersikap ramah dan sabar, 97% respon peserta menyatakan bahwa Semoga ada pelatihan selanjutnya.

Abstract

Fokus kegiatan melaksanakan 'Diseminasi Informasi Perubahan Iklim Berbasis Quick Response Code di Ekowisata Mangrove Sungai Bersejarah'. Ini upaya mendorong terbentuknya sektor pariwisata terintegrasi dengan konsep green economy, terutama untuk edukasi mitigasi dampak perubahan iklim melibatkan masyarakat kawasan pesisir. Mitra adalah Kelompok Konservasi Laskar Mandiri yang mengelola Ekowisata Mangrove Sungai Bersejarah (MSB) di Kampung Kayu Ara Permai, Siak, Riau. Permasalahan mitra adalah (a) rendahnya pengetahuan tentang informasi perubahan iklim, (b) mitra tidak memiliki keterampilan untuk diseminasi informasi perubahan iklim berbasis digital. Tujuan kegiatan untuk (a) memberikan pengetahuan tentang informasi perubahan iklim; (b) memberikan keterampilan pada mitra untuk diseminasi informasi perubahan iklim berbasis QR Code. Metode dan langkah solusi bagi mitra melalui (a) sosialisasi pengetahuan tentang informasi perubahan iklim; (b) pendampingan dan penerapan iptek diseminasi informasi perubahan iklim berbasis QR code. Target capaian kegiatan (a) meningkatkan pengetahuan mitra tentang perubahan iklim; (b) mitra memiliki keterampilan sekaligus aset diseminasi informasi perubahan iklim untuk menunjang kegiatan edukasi di ekowisata mangrove sungai bersejarah berbasis QR Code. Urgensi kegiatan mengacu rencana strategis Universitas Lancang Kuning tahun 2020-2024 terkait lingkungan dan kebencanaan. Kegiatan melibatkan tiga Dosen dari dua bidang kapakaran berbeda,yakni Prodi Administrasi Publik dan Prodi Ilmu Perpustakaan Universitas Lancang Kuning, serta melibatkan dua orang mahasiswa. Target luaran adalah publikasi ilmiah di jurnal nasional, terbit publikasi media massa, peningkatan pemahaman, keterampilan, dan pengetahuan masyarakat, serta buku monograf. Dari kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan diseminasi informasi iklim berbasis QR Code dapat memitigasi bencana iklim di kawasan pesisir Siak, sekaligus meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui pengelolaan ekowisata yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The conditions of libraries in urban areas and universities are very different from the conditions in the Community Reading Gardens (TBM) which are currently also developing and increasing in Pekanbaru City, however amid the development of  TBM in Pekanbaru City there are still many TBM that do not yet have library collection standards, facilities and infrastructure standards, personnel standards, organizational standards, and management standards. Of the 36 Community Reading Gardens (TBMs) in Pekanbaru City, it is not yet clearly known what the condition is, both the condition of the collection and the condition of the infrastructure. So it is necessary to conduct further research related to the condition of the TBM in Pekanbaru City. This research used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection was done by observation, interview and documentation. Based on the results and discussion, it is found that only 11 TBMs are active with the dominant condition of TBMs already having a vision, mission and purpose of its establishment, judging from the target of its establishment, the average TBM has not determined who is the target of the establishment of TBMs. While in terms of human resources, the average TBM already has more than 3 administrators. Overall TBMs have provided reading services and on average TBMs have provided lending services. In terms of facilities, there are still minimal TBMs that provide decent facilities for their users. Activity programs provided by TBMs vary such as reading, drawing, coloring, book review and others. While promotional activities, the average TBM already has a social media account as a promotional tool. And in terms of cooperation, all TBMs have collaborated with organizations, communities, government agencies, and others.

Abstract

Penelitian ini tentang berbagi pengetahuan (knowledge sharing) staf pepustakaan di UPT Perpustakaan Universitas Lancang Kuning yang berlokasi di Pekan Baru, Riau. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui gambaran bagaimana knowledge sharing staf perpustakaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan dipilih dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu seluruh jumlah tenaga perpustakaan di UPT Perpustakaan Universitas Lancang Kuning, sebanyak 8 (delapan) orang. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa staf perpustakaan di UPT Perpustakaan Universitas Lancang Kuning belum semua paham akan kegiatan berbagi pengetahuan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari jawaban para informan. Kebanyakan yang paham adalah staf perpustakaan yang berlatar belakang ilmu perpustakaan. Staf perpustakaan di UPT Perpustakaan Universitas Lancang Kuning sebagian sudah melakukan kegiatan knowledge sharing. Kegiatan ini berupa pemberian motivasi pimpinan ke staf perpustakaan agar lebih bersemangat bekerja. Staf perpustakaan mulai dapat mencari pemecahan masalah dengan solusi kreatif. Sebagian staf perpustakaan jika menemukan masalah mencari solusinya melalui internet atau bertanya pada yang lebih ahli dalam permalasahan tersebut. Staf perpustakaan sudah mulai mampu menyerap pengetahuan yang didapatkan, meskipun masih tergantung dari pengetahuan yang diserap sebelumnya. Informasi yang dibagikan staf perpustakaan didapat dari internal maupun eksternal. Informasi atau pengetahuan sering disampaikan staf perpustakaan pada rapat bulanan. Strategies for Building Creative and Innovative Human Resources through Knowledge Sharing at UPT Lancang Kuning University Library. This research concerns knowledge sharing of library staff at UPT Lancang Kuning University Library in Pekan Baru, Riau. The study aimed to find out an overview of how knowledge-sharing library staff. The research method used is the descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants were selected using saturated samples, namely the entire number of library staff at UPT Lancang Kuning University Library, as many as 8 (eight) people. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that UPT Lancang Kuning University Library staff did not all understand knowledge-sharing activities. This can be seen from the answers of the informants. Most of those who understand are library staff with library science backgrounds. Some library staff at UPT Lancang Kuning University Library have carried out knowledge-sharing activities. This activity is in the form of providing leadership motivation to library staff to be more enthusiastic about working. Library staff began to be able to find solutions to problems with creative solutions. If they find a problem, some library staff find a solution online or ask someone more expert. Library staff have begun to be able to absorb the knowledge gained, although it still depends on the knowledge absorbed before. Information shared by library staff is obtained from internal and external. Information or knowledge is often conveyed by library staff at monthly meetings.

Abstract

The article "Analysis of Information Needs and Efforts to Fulfill the Information Needs of the Lancang Kuning Deaf Community" aims to find out how information needs and efforts to provide information needs exist in the Lancang Kuning Deaf Community (KUTILANG) Pekanbaru. This research uses qualitative methods. The subjects in this research were members of the Pekanbaru Lancang Kuning Deaf Community (KUTILANG). Data collection used was interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research are an identification of the various needs of members of the Lancang Kuning Deaf Community and efforts to provide their information needs. It can be seen that the information needs of the Lancang Kuning Deaf Community (KUTILANG) are still not met. The obstacles or difficulties experienced by deaf people result in the formation of the characteristics of the information they need. The efforts of the Lancang Kuning Deaf Community (KUTILANG) to meet their information needs include searching for information via gadgets or online and by reading the lips of the person they are talking to.

Abstract

The 2024 General Election is a very important democratic party for the people of Indonesia. Higher political awareness is a must for every level of society, especially for the increasing number of potential first-time voters. The fact that prospective first-time voters in the 2024 elections are mostly from the Milleneal Generation and Generation Z, this community service activity is very important. Based on this consideration, this community service {PKM) was carried out at SMAN 02 Minas as the initial location of a series of multiliteracy-based political education activities with the aim of providing knowledge and increasing the understanding of students at SMAN 02 Minas as prospective participants in the 2024 elections. The result of this activity is the increased knowledge and understanding of the participants about the importance of the 2024 Election and the use of their voting rights that will determine the future of the Indonesian nation. In addition, this PKM also provides awareness to participants of the importance of vigilance in using and dealing with social media, especially manipulative hoaxes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi kerja staf perpustakaan non Sarjana Ilmu Perpustakaan pada SMAN di Kota Dumai. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMAN Dumai. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Staf perpustakaan yang berlatar belakang non sarjana Ilmu Perpustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan motivasi kerja staf perpustakaan non Sarjana Ilmu Perpustakaan Pada SMAN di Kota Dumai dilihat dari gaji yang sesuai dimana gaji dapat berperan dalam meningkatkan motivasi pegawai untuk bekerja lebih efektif, meningkatkan kinerja, meningkatkan produktivitas serta mengimbangi kekurangan dan keterlibatan komitmen yang menjadi ciri pekerja termasuk staf perpustakaan yang berasal dari non Sarjana Ilmu Perpustakaan. Motivasi kerja staf perpustakaan non Sarjana Ilmu Perpustakaan Pada SMAN di Kota Dumai dilihat dari budaya instansi dapat mempengaruhi motivasi dalam bekerja termasuk staf perpustakaan yang berasal dari non Sarjana Ilmu Perpustakaan. Budaya ini akan ditanamkan kepada setiap pegawai sehingga mereka mampu bersikap dan memiliki pola pikir sesuai arahan instansi. Motivasi kerja staf perpustakaan non Sarjana Ilmu Perpustakaan Pada SMAN di Kota Dumai dilihat dari tujuan bekerja dapat mempengaruhi motivasi dalam bekerja termasuk staf perpustakaan yang berasal dari non Sarjana Ilmu Perpustakaan.

Abstract

Information system is a combination of information technology and the persons who use the technology to support the operati on and management Asn an institution to provide and collect information, a library has important role as tools oflearning which provide information to the whole users. Dealing with that, this analysis aims to figure out the perception of the users on the usage of Online Public Catalogue (OPAC) in information system oflibrary in (SIPRUS) STAIN Jember. This analysis is study case analysis involving 3000 library members of STAIN Jember Iibraiy. It has 42 samples and questionaire is used and data is analyze d statitic ally by applying percentage test technique.
