Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat penurunan pelanggaran siswa berdasarkan evaluasi program bimbingan konseling di SMAN 3 Kutacane. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, studi dokumentasi,. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi program BK terbukti efektif dalam mengurangi kasus pelanggaran, seperti ketidakhadiran, pelanggaran tata tertib, dan perilaku mengganggu. Pendekatan konseling individu dan kelompok, serta penyuluhan yang dilakukan oleh guru BK, berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran diri, motivasi, dan kedisiplinan siswa. Kolaborasi antara guru BK, wali kelas, dan orang tua juga menjadi faktor pendukung yang signifikan dalam menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang lebih disiplin dan kondusif. Program BK di SMAN 3 Kutacane telah memberikan dampak positif dalam membentuk perilaku siswa dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih baik.

Abstract

This research aims to see whether the refaming method combined with group counseling services can have an effect on reducing physically aggressive behavior in adolescents. This research uses a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental research design. The samples taken in this research were 10 students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Serbajadi using purposive sampling technique. Data collection used in this research was through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis used in this research is the paired sample t-test, where this test shows the difference in the average before and after treatment is given. Based on research findings, Group Counseling Services have a significant effect on adolescents; The t-count result of 3.691 exceeds the t-table value by 5%, namely 1.812. Before the existence of group counseling services, findings on the development of aggressive behavior showed that 30% of 3 children had very good aggressive behavior and 70% of 7 teenagers had moderate violent behavior. After the group counseling session, research findings revealed developments that showed that 10 children showed 100% good aggressive behavior. So group counseling services with this reframing technique can be used by future researchers to help reduce physically aggressive behavior in teenagers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Group Counseling with expressive writing techniques to reduce self-injury behavior in students at SMP Negeri 35 Medan. So, based on the problem, this study aims to determine the effect of group counseling services with expressive writing techniques in reducing self-injury behavior. The method used in this study is quantitative research using a pre-experimental design, with the design form used being a one-group pretest-posttest design. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 35 Medan. The study population was 60 students in class VIII, and the sample was taken using purposive sampling. Data analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test obtained an asymp. A Sig (2-tailed) value smaller than 0.05, which is 0.011, means that group counseling with expressive writing techniques effectively prevents self-injury behavior in students. The results of this study indicate that Self-injury behavior has changed after being given group counseling services with the expressive writing technique. However, it does not prevent self-injury behavior from occurring one hundred percent; it can at least reduce self-injury behavior carried out by students themselves. The level of tendency of Self-injury behavior before being given counseling services. There is a significant difference between the tendency of self-injury behavior in students before and after being given treatment using the expressive writing technique using group counseling services. The posttest score is lower than the pretest score.

Abstract

Kuliah kerja nyata yang dilaksanakan oleh Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara untuk mengabdi kepada masyarakat dengan membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan dengan melakukan beberapa kegiatan pemberdayaan. Salah satunya adalah dengan melakukan kegiatan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di desa Simanosor Kecamatan Sibabangun Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah sebagai tempat Kuliah Kerja Nyata. Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh banyaknya anak-anak di desa simanosor yang belum tau akan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi serta pemanfaatannya dalam kegiatan sehari-hari. Kegiatan pemberdayaan yang dilakukan oleh kelompok kkn 59 uinsu bersama pemerintah desa berupa pelatihan dan kegiatan yang dilakukan berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi masyarakat di desa simanosor.

Abstract

Keterlambatan bicara (speech delay) berdampak pada kemampuan komunikasi dan interaksi anak sehingga memerlukan intervensi berupa terapi wicara. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan peran terapis dalam pelaksanaan terapi wicara anak speech delay serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus tunggal di Lembaga Terapi Happy Children Centre Kota Binjai. Subjek penelitian adalah seorang terapis wicara dan satu orang tua anak dengan keterlambatan bicara. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, lalu dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran terapis meliputi perencana, pelaksana, fasilitator, mitra orang tua, dan evaluator. Faktor pendukung pelaksanaan terapi adalah keterlibatan orang tua, media terapi yang tersedia, serta respon positif anak, sedangkan hambatannya berupa kurangnya konsistensi orang tua, keterbatasan sarana, dan variasi respons anak. Kesimpulannya, terapis tidak hanya berperan sebagai pelaksana teknis, tetapi juga sebagai motivator dan mitra orang tua dalam mendukung perkembangan anak speech delay.

Abstract

Students are the main subjects in the educational process at school, where Guidance and Counselling (BK) teachers act as facilitators to help students optimise their personal development to become independent, responsible, and prosperous individuals. Student Well-Being can be measured through several indicators, including positive feelings and freedom from anxiety or depression, rational thinking, academic fluency, good social involvement, and the absence of social issues such as isolation. This research aims to: (1) determine the condition of Student Well-Being of MAN 1 Medan students before and after receiving group counselling services with a humanistic approach; and (2) test the effectiveness of group counselling services with a humanistic approach in improving Student Well-Being. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis pre- The experiment and design used is One Group Pretest-Posttest. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The research population consists of 120 students from class XI Science B-1, Science B-2, and Science B-3, with 15 students selected as samples that meet the criteria, namely 13 students in the low Student Well-Being category and two students in the moderate category. The measurement instrument used is a Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using the non-parametric statistical test Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, through SPSS version 20. The research results showed an average pretest score of 72.87 and a posttest score of 131.27, indicating an improvement. The hypothesis test obtained an Asymp. Sig value. (2-tailed) of 0.01 (< 0.05), which means there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest data. Thus, the group guidance services with a humanistic approach have proven effective in improving the Student Well-Being of students at MAN 1 Medan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of group counseling using the Behavioral Contract Technique (Group Counseling with Behavioral Contract Technique / GC-BCT) in improving the work readiness of vocational high school students. The study employs a quasi-experimental design with a pretest–posttest control group model. The research sample consists of 30 students selected purposively and divided into two groups: experimental and control, each comprising 15 students. The instrument used is the Work Readiness Scale with high reliability (Cronbach’s Alpha = 0.91). Data analysis was conducted using paired t-tests and independent t-tests with the assistance of SPSS version 25. The research results indicate that there was a significant increase in students' work readiness after participating in group counseling services using the behavioral contract technique, with a calculated t-value of 4.280 and a Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.001 (< 0.05). Improvements occurred in the aspects of discipline, responsibility, communication, and achievement motivation. These results demonstrate that GC-BCT is effective in enhancing vocational high school students' work readiness, as it promotes behavioral commitment and collective responsibility through social reinforcement within the group.
