Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik di dalam sub pokok bahasan rias wajah sehari-hari SMK N 1 Tegal dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dalam sub pokok bahasan rias wajah sehari-hari. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Semua siswa kelas X SMK N 1 Tegal sejumlah 33 siswa.Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sample jenuh. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen, objek penelitian ini adalah Sub Pokok Bahasan Rias Wajah Sehari-hari dengan model Multimedia Pembelajaran Interaktif. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode tes, non test, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deksritif presentase dan uji-t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada perbedaan hasil belajar praktik rias wajah sehari-hari  model multimedia pembelajaran interaktif di kelas tersebut.Purpose of this study was to determine the increase in student learning outcomes in the cognitive, affective,and psychmotor in teh subject sub make up everday.The study population was all 10 grade students of SMK Negeri 1 Tegal number off 33 students. Samplin technique that tampling saturated sample of samples. This study is an experimental reasearch, the object of this study is the subject of the sub everday make up to a model of multimedia interactive learning method used is, etode test, non testing, and documentation.Methodes of adat analysic using the percentage dekritif analysic and T test.The results of this study indicate that there are differences in leaning outcomes practice everday make up using the model of the class multimedia pembelajaran learning.

Abstract

Competency test material is an integral part of an assessment in learning process. What is to be measured in learning and the availability of instrument. The purpose of the study is to analyze the validity of competency test material, the reliability of the test material, and to determine the effectiveness of competency test material. This study employed research and development (R & D) method. The product developed in this study was the daily make up competency test material validated by using expert validation, and has been tested on students of the beauty program in vocational high school in May 2018. The validity of the product was achieved by using validity test, reliability by reliability test and effectiveness of competency test material using normalized-gain test analysis. The results of the study on the development of daily makeup competency test materials for vocational school students in beauty program showed that there were 3 aspects of assessments: knowledge, attitudes and skills. The effectiveness of knowledge competency test material was 20%; attitude 35%; and skill 85%. The testing material was proven to be able to assess students effectively and objectively.

Abstract

Learning modern hair bun styling is quite challenging for Cosmetology students, so it is necessary to use an Android smartphone to facilitate their understanding, creativity, and imagination in order to style the hair buns according to the theme. The limited reference books and modules, as well as the lack of modern hair bun learning media, cause the students' low understanding of this course. It is contrary to the condition of the Cosmetology students of at Vocational High School who must be creative and imaginative during the learning process. The problems that want to be revealed are 1) How is the use of Android smartphone on Modern Hair Bun course? and 2) How is the effectiveness of Android smartphone on Modern Hair Bun course to increase students' creativity? The purpose of this Community Service at Vocational High School in the field of Cosmetology by using Android smartphone is to increase the students’ creativity in learning modern hair bun styling. The method used is Research and Development oriented to product development in Community Service for the students of Cosmetology Department State Vocational High School 8 Surabaya. Based on the validation results from the learning media experts, it was found that the use of Android smartphone in learning Modern Hair Bun Course showed significant results in increasing the Cosmetology students’ creativity.

Abstract

Perias pengantin memiliki berbagai acam karakteristik maupun keunikannya, dalam hal ini memiliki suatu organisasi yaitu Himpunan Ahli Rias Pengantin Indonesia (HARPI MELATI) Dewan Pimpinan Cabang Kabupaten Gresik. Seperti halnya dengan sanggar lainnya, sanggar rias pengantin di Kabupaten Gresik juga mengalami pasang surut dalam melaksanakan bisnis usaha mereka. Para wirausaha sanggar rias selain memiliki perkembangan mode dalam merias, juga melakukan manajemen usaha. Dalam melaksanakan usaha para periasjuga memiliki beberapa permasalahan dalam melangsungkan usaha mereka. Tujuan dalam kegiatan ini dilaksanakan (1) Memberikan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan tata rias pengantin Solo Puteri. (2) Memberikan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan upacara adat pengantin Solo Puteri, Tujuan PKM ini adalah melatih para pengusaha tata rias pengantin di Kabupaten Gresik agar dapat mengembangkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan tentang aspek produksi tata rias pengantin terutamapengantin Solo Puteri, serta dari aspek manajemen usaha diharapkan dapat mengelola usaha mereka dengan baik dengan cara membuat laporan keuangan unit usahanya sesuai dengan prosedur yang sesuai. The objectives of this activity are carried out (1) Provide knowledge and skills in bridal makeup Solo Puteri. (2) Providing knowledge and skills of the traditional bridal ceremony of Solo Puteri, the purpose of this PKM is to train bridal makeup entrepreneurs in Gresik Regency in order to develop knowledge and skills about the production aspects of bridal makeup, especially Solo Puteri brides, and from the aspect of business management are expected to be able to manage their business well by making financial statements of their business units in accordance with appropriate procedures.

Abstract

This research discusses the development of Quran Recitation Virtual Reality (QVR) as an interactive medium to help students with special needs in studying and reading the Al-Qur'an. This research was conducted to develop assistive technology that can make it easier for deaf children to learn to read the Koran. The research method used is ADDIE development (R&D) and feasibility trials have been carried out with media expert validators and material experts. The aim of this research is to provide a stimulus for reading Al-Qur'an texts, ablution movements and prayer movements for deaf children. The benefit is to develop knowledge in the field of disability through information technology-based innovation and helping deaf children in worship. UNESA is a higher education institution that is adaptive and actively transforming in facing global challenges. Abstract

AREK, or Asistif Rompi Elektronik Kambang, is a safety tool for blind people to help them swim and exercise. Blind people have so many problems with swimming exercises. They can sink or be guided in the middle of training. AREK can give the entry-level blind swimmer a GPS-like system that is safe from sinking incidents and accidents. Trainers can only make close contact with swimmers during the COVID-19 pandemic with a safety system and GPS guide. Level-blind swimmers can train safely in the middle of the swimming pool. Especially for students who experience special needs. The approach used is Research and Development (RD). Products using the ADDIE process remain one of the most effective tools today. Because the ADDIE model is a process that serves as a guiding framework for complex situations, it is appropriate to develop AREK to be more accessible to learners' diverse characteristics and special needs. The results in this study using AREK are very feasible, with a feasibility test by two validators with a result of 3.25 and tested by 15 blind vocational students with a result of 3.58. The conclusion is that the development of learning models is stated to be usable in blind and decent vocational students.

Abstract

Perkembangan kurikulum yang menjadikan seluruh siswa SMK ataupun SMA dalam segala jurusan mendapatkan sebuah keterampilan dan belajar berwirausaha menghasilkan sesuatu. Pengaplikasian dalam bidang Tata Kecantikan dengan melaksanakan pelatihan manicure di SMK Kesehatan Surabaya dengan jumlah peserta 20 dari siswa program keahlian asisten keperawatan dan cargiver yang dimana untuk menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha mandiri. Pelatihan ini dikaitan dengan mata Pelajaran produk kreatif dan kewirausahaan untuk perihal keterampilan skill yang nantinya akan bermanfaat bagu siswa dengan adanya kemandirian. Hal ini melakukan pengisian kuisioner 83,5% yang dinyatakan bahwa siswa siswi SMK Kesehatan merasa senang dalam pelatihan manicure.

Abstract

Tujuan PKM ini adalah melatih para anggota PPIF untuk menerapkan etika dan estetika berbusana, berhias, dan berpenampilan. Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan mereka. Target PKM kepada PPIF tersebut ditujukan kepada aspek kemampuan soft skill meliputi etika dan estetika berbusana dan berhias. Adapun target PKM adalah (1) Memberikan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan tentang etika berbusana dan berhias. (2) Memberikan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan estetika berbusana dan berhias dan (3) Memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan cara berpenampilan.Hasil kegiatan PKM antara lain: Pelatihan etika dan estetika telah berjalan dengan baik. Pelatihan ini menggunakan metode yang interaktif dan aplikatif, meliputi ceramah interaktif, studi kasus, simulasi, role-playing, workshop, serta sesi motivasi dan evaluasi.Hasil keterampilan etika menunjukkan nilai rata-rata 80 dan dinyatakn sangat baik, keterampilan estetika berbusana dan berhias memperoleh nilai rata-rata 85 sangat baik. Respon peserta rata-rata 90 sangat baik. Ethics, Aesthetics, and Personality Development Training for PPIF and Darma Women Members of The Indonesian Embassy in The Philippines in Manila Abstract The purpose of this PKM is to train PPIF members to apply ethics and aesthetics in dress, decoration, and appearance. This Community Service Program (PKM) was carried out as a solution to overcome their problems. The PKM target for PPIF is aimed at aspects of soft skills including ethics and aesthetics of dressing and decorating. The targets of PKM are (1) Providing knowledge and skills about dress and decoration ethics. (2) Providing knowledge and skills in dressing and decorating aesthetics and (3) Providing knowledge and skills on how to perform. The results of PKM activities include: Ethics and aesthetics training has been going well. The results of ethical skills showed an average score of 80 and were declared very good, and the aesthetic skills of dressing and decorating obtained an average score of 85 very good. The average participant response of 90 is very good.

Abstract

Mild to moderate anemia impairs cognitive performance and academic engagement among adolescent girls, yet school-based nutrition programs in Indonesia focus largely on iron and vitamin A. This study evaluated whether a focused 30-day regimen of 20 mg/day zinc could improve both hemoglobin concentration and attention, as measured by the Stroop Color–Word Test, in 30 junior high school girls with baseline hemoglobin < 12 g/dL. Following daily supplementation, mean hemoglobin rose from 10.6 ± 0.5 g/dL to 12.4 ± 0.4 g/dL (Δ = 1.8 g/dL, p < 0.001, Cohen’s d = 3.86), fully eliminating moderate anemia in this cohort. Stroop scores increased from 61.2 ± 5.3 to 75.8 ± 4.6 points (Δ = 14.6, p < 0.001, Cohen’s d = 2.88), with no students remaining in the lowest concentration category post-intervention. These parallel gains reflect zinc’s dual role in enhancing erythropoiesis improving cerebral oxygen delivery—and modulating neurotransmission via NMDA/GABA balance and BDNF upregulation. Effect sizes exceed those typically reported for iron-only or broader micronutrient interventions. Findings support integrating a one-month zinc supplement into Indonesian school-health protocols to rapidly correct anemia and bolster cognitive readiness for learning.
