Abstract

Tourism has become one of the industry that delivers great results for an area. So the object of tourism need to be developed to get maximum results. There are various influences of the development of tourism, one of which is the improvement of the economy of the community around tourist attractions. Malang is one city that has a variety of tourism and become a popular place for targeted by people who live in East Java in particular. However, because of the many excursions into its own problems for tourists to take a decision. Decision sightseeing recommendations as seen from a variety of factors, such as; ticket prices, distance tour from user location is currently in the form of maps, facilities. Fuzzy logic is a method of determining who can cope with uncertainty, so it will be very helpful in deciding which attractions will be targeted. In addition to assisting in the determination of the closest lanes will use methods of floyd-warshall. So that the process of determining the closest line of maps will be assisted by floyd-warshall and the process of determination of the tour will be visited using fuzzy logic.

Abstract

The system is built with the aim to help predict the results of operations of futsal in Bangil. In futsal open businesses have competitor input, the number of residents, the facilities, the size of the field. And this system produces an output stratification business opportunities, namely the village suitable for open futsal field. These systems are processed using fuzzy logic reasoning method Tsukamoto. The purpose application made to function as expected that is able to help resolve problems that arise and are difficult to solve because of an uncertainty which is very thin difference. From the data obtained will be an Tsukamoto fuzzy calculation that produces an output to be able to predict the circumstances that will occur from the input-input affecting. From the test results the decision-making system of determining the right location to open futsal in Kecematan Bangil with Tsukamoto method to 7 futsal some courts have precisely select locations, but the majority is still not right.

Abstract

For students who study in Universitas Brawijaya they can live in Malang city by various ways that is by buying a house in Malang, living in dormitory, house contract or boarding area around Universitas Brawijaya. Kost is a solution for students who study in Malang as a place to live. But with the number of kost around UB Brawijaya sometimes students will often move the boarding place for several reasons namely the increasingly expensive rental, the convenience of boarding place, the location of boarding away from the University, where the boarding away from where to eat or layout Which is away from the main road. So to cope with this, it is necessary to select the most suitable boarding place. In choosing this boarding place can use the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) to get a good boarding place. From the tests that have been done that the number of criteria is very influential in the ranking results. The highest percentage of matches against 7 criteria were 6 criteria with 8.831% then 5 criteria with 7.999%, 4 criteria with 4.761%, 3 criteria with 3.58%, 2 criteria and 1 criterion with 0%. The tests show that many of the criteria used influence the recommended boarding outcomes based on the number of criteria used.

Abstract

The position of the football player is very important for a player or team. Mistakes and less than optimal position of players can be a factor of defeat in a match. Therefore the positioning of players becomes a very important factor in the game of football. The purpose of this research is to assist the coach in determining the football player's position. In the Analytic Hierarcy Process (AHP) method, weighting criteria is calculated according to the importance of the criteria. Methods Technique For Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) is a method that uses distance as a reference for making comparisons. The selected alternatives are not based on criteria, but are compared with positive and negative ideal solutions. To benefit from each of these methods, feeding the authors applies a combination of AHP and TOPSIS methods. In this study, the AHP method is used for weighting. While TOPSIS method is used for alternative ranking. The data used for testing using 100 data ball players. The data is processed using AHP and TOPSIS calculations. The results of the scenario will be compared with the test data to obtain the accuracy value. From the comparison, obtained an accuracy of 58%. The result of recommendation of position according to original position of player equal to 58 data.

Abstract

In recent years, football has turned out to be the one of the most favorite sport in world-wide and turn into a business of football transfer in continental Europe (Baihaqi, 2014). Football transfer is a critical process due to To increase the performance in the next season or replace player which is move to another club. However, by using manual method, it becomes time-consuming since a scout has to look the player weekly or yearly. Morever if the decision is bad, then a club may encounter losses which is from the transfer cost and player salaries. In order to solve this issues, decision support system for football transfer has been developed by employing Analytical Hirarcy Process (AHP). From the obtained result, the accuracy by using this system is 80% of six data testing. Therefore, AHP is an effective method in order to support the decision for football transfer.

Abstract

Cultivator's knowledge about what kind of diseases that can infected by Koi at the time of cultivation was very less. Disease predicted indication on Koi cultivation is an important thing to the success of cultivation. Disease prediction obtained by the facts that exist on the cultivation process. Disease determination of Koi can be a source of insufficient information. So that required applications that have knowledge such as experts (specialist). Forward Chaining and Dempster-shafer is a mathematical theory for evidence based on belief functions and plausible reasoning, used to combine separate pieces of information (evidence) to calculate the probability of an event. The method used to get the diagnosis by sorting between general and special symptoms. This application is expected to perform diagnosis and provide ways of handling such as what experts gonna do. In this research, measured accuracy level of application is 95%.

Abstract

Hypertension is one of the health problems globally and perceived by the world community. From various surveys conducted, the number of cases of hypertension that occur each year will continue to grow and the number of deaths caused by hypertension also increases. This study attempts to classify hypertensive diseases. In this study using patient data of hypertension disease by divided into 4 classes. Classification method used in this research is Learning Vector Quantization. Data in the form of weight will be entered into the database system for further classification process with LVQ. Weight obtained from medical records of hypertensive patients, This study uses 12 features. This study used 6 test scenarios that resulted in recommendation of value of learning rate 0.1, multiplier learning rate 0.2, training data as much as 50%, alpha minimum 0.001, maximum iteration of 6 and train data used in the sequence of initial id. The result of accuracy obtained is 93.841%

Abstract

The choir is a term refers to a music ensemble consisting of singers and music collaborated into a single ensemble. The Jeuvana vocalista was first established in 1990 with three members. Many people all the time interest in the choir, the achievements earned in the choir every year . Jeuvana vocalista studio is increasingly more interested from year, then they make the selection for those interested in being a member of a particular choir team, because one of the more importance the quality of each person to be able to join a team of choir. At the moment there is no application used to assist the selection of Studio Jeuvana vocalista in choosing members of the Choir. The solving problems that exist in jeuvana vocalista studio, applied to choosing choir members using Fuzzy Tsukamoto and Simple Additive Weighted method. The Fuzzy Tsukamoto method to help simplify the selection. The output is a recommended exercise that should be followed by three months. Simple Additive Weighting to determine the rank of dedicated singers in the field of drag votes. Testing Correlation program in each year 2015, 2016, 2017 of 0.98, 0.94 and 0.87. From the results of the program and coach decisions are in line and have a positive and equally strong correlation value.

Abstract

Nutrition is everyone's requirement. Everyone needs a good nutritional intake. A healthy body certainly needs nutrition well. Especially with the condition of ill certainly require more nutrition in accordance with his illness. In this study at the clinic and hospital Ibn Sina Dampit there are patients who are hospitalized who need nutritional intake. In this case there is already a search method of required nutrient levels issued by the health department. With the name rumua AMB (basal metabolic rate). By using the formula AMB can know a number of calories needed. The authors discussed using Fuzzy Tsukamoto method as a reference for the determination of nutritional foods that work with experts to create an expert system of nutritional determination of food for patients who hospitalization. Here the author why using the method of Fuzzy tsukamoto due to Tsukamoto method method is stronger than Fuzzy Mamdhani or Fuzzy Tsugeno method. In the fuzzy inference system there are several methods, such as mamdani method, sugeno method, tsukamoto method, but in this thesis use tsukamoto method because tsukamoto method is one method of fuzzy logic, which is used to calculate the decision result (z) of a disease. It represents an input to the output space with an IF- THEN-shaped rule with a membership function that is represented by the state space of a sample and the resulting end result is a decision value as a weighted average (z). And produce accuracy with 90% accuracy percentage based on data used

Abstract

Traffic is one location where people spend a lot of time. Currently with the rapid growth of vehicles makes conditions in Indonesia is getting crowded every day. One way to solve this problem is with traffic lights. However, the current traffic light performance is considered less than optimal. Therefore required a system that can determine the time, so the time at the traffic light can be more dynamic based on traffic conditions. This research uses backpropagation method to determine the duration of traffic lights based on queue lenght of vehicle. The result of the trained data test obtained is the Linear function with a = 3, the optimal iteration obtained at iteration 10, the optimal number of nodes in the hidden layer is 2, and the optimal value of learning rate is 0,02. The evaluation result when processing the test data using the optimal activation function, the optimal number of iterations, the optimal number of nodes in the hidden layer, and the optimal learning rate yields RMSE value of 0,0888978841028.
