Abstract

Sales is an important component of business processes. By determining the strategy in the sale and promotion of goods sold, this will certainly impact on profits earned by the company. Nom-Nom cafe is one of the cafes engaged in the sale of food and beverages that stood since the year 2016 ago in the city of Malang. There are enough things that might be done to increase sales from Nom-Nom, by using android-based mobile applications that are expected to increase the number of product sales from Nom-Nom cafe. In this research, tested by multiple linear regression analysis method to determine the factors that influence the intention to user behavior in the transaction of Nom-Nom cafe Application. It needs a method to see the acceptance of this app. TAM is a model used to analyze and understand the factors that affect the acceptance of a computer technology. Then to see if the application can increase sales or not, it can be done by analyze the sales results from before and after the application is applied. The results of this research show that only one rejected hypothesis from the test results and the results of sales analysis shows that the Nom-Nom application increase the sales of Nom-Nom café product

Abstract

UD. Tomaru Oto is selling cars, both new and used. In running their business, UD. Tomaru Oto still do it manually. The Owner of UD. Tomaru Oto records all transactions manually on the books of receipts, so if the books of receipts are lost, then all the transaction data are getting lost too. In addition, status of the customer is not recorded and only rely on the owner's memories, so often the owner forgot whether the customers have paid off the transactions or still not pay off the transactions. Another problem is the absence of recapitulation of income and expenditure per month. According from those problems, it needs an information system of car showroom (SISMOB) on UD. Tomaru Oto. The objectives of this research include designing the implementation of SISMOB, the implementation of SISMOB using object oriented programming (OOP), and the testing of SISMOB using blackbox and whitebox method. The design for implementation SISMOB is adapted to the COdeIgniter Framework. The result of implementation SISMOB is the SISMOB application. The testing of SISMOB using blackbox method is for testing all of the uses cases and the whitebox method only testing three uses cases. The result of testing SISMOB using blackbox method is all running in accordance with the uses cases specification that already designing. The result of the test using whitebox method produce cyclomatic complexity and independent path, which all of the independent paths have been passed at least once.

Abstract

Outsourcing merupakan istilah yang digunakan untuk melimpahkan sebagian pekerjaan perusahaan kepada perusahaan lain. PT. Bhakti Karya Cemerlang merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penyedia jasa outsourcing. Jumlah pegawai outsourcing yang dimiliki PT. Bhakti Karya Cemerlang hingga Juli 2017 sejumlah 700 orang pegawai. Saat ini perusahaan hanya mengandalkan microsoft office dalam melakukan pencatatan data pegawai, perusahaan mitra dan proses penggajian pegawai. Karena hanya mengandalkan perangkat lunak sederhana, manajer sering mengalami masalah dalam membuat laporan catatan kepegawaian dan pembuatan laporan penggajian pegawai outsourcing perusahaan. Hal ini menyebabkan dalam proses evaluasi pegawai sangat rentan terjadi kesalahan. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sistem informasi yang mendukung proses penggajian perusahaan. Pengembangan sistem informasi menggunakan zachman framework karena mampu memberikan perspektif-perspektif yang mampu membantu proses pengembangan sistem informasi. Perspektif zachman framework yang digunakan adalah perspektif planner, owner/analyst, designer dan builder. Luaran dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah purwa-rupa sistem informasi penggajian yang dikembangkan berdasarkan penerapan zachman framework. Pengujian pada purwa-rupa dilakukan dengan pengujian black-box dengan 68 test case dengan hasil 100% valid dan pengujian compatibility dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak sortsite dengan hasil 2 critical issue karena fungsi SSL tidak diaktifkan.

Abstract

Tomaru Oto is dealer of car that has stood since the year 2000 was located in Mamajang, the city of Makassar, South Sulawesi. UD. Tomaru Oto sold the car in both the new and used. In running its business owners from UD. Tomaru Oto does all its business activities manually, both sales and purchase data recording, search sales and purchases data, and in calculating income and expense data. Based on these problems then needed an information system at the showroomcar (SISMOB). Building information system, needed requirements analysis and design of the system, in order for the system to be implemented in accordance with the needs of the user. The purpose of this study is to model the business processes, analyzing system design requirements and specifications, as well as to evaluate requirements and design specification system interface. This research use the BPMN to model business processes as well as the object-oriented approach to analysis and design of the system. Evaluation on research uses the preview on the use case, prototype and traceability matrix. The results of this research in the form of business process models of current and proposed specifications, features and system requirements, models of interaction, the model data and interface system as well as the results of the evaluation. Evaluation results showed that every requirement can be traced into the feature, the need and the model diagram. The results of the review showed that the flow of the user is in compliance with the flow on the use case specification.

Abstract

Dispendcukcapil Malang Regency is conducting services that can help to speed up the process of publishing population documents. Based on the observations and interviews, the conventional service that curently being run, especially on the civil registration document which is marriage certificate issuance, found some problems, those are the uncertain of form inventory in the head village, the discovery of grafitty on the form, and consuming a lot of time for people who live far from the Dispenduk office. Based on these problem, so the aplication web-based of online registration for civil registration service are being developed to serve a online registration for people of Malang Regency. Development method used is waterfall method. For the model design used is a structured design model In impementation phase, used PHP programming language and some libraries such as Bootstrap, Jquery, and Java Script. In testing, validation test and compatibility test were performed. The result of this research is the registration of the civil document information system website. This information system is expected to help the public in conducting the process of the submission of the civil document

Abstract

KPRI "GURU" Kec.. Sumbermanjing Wetan is a corporation consisting of civil servant teachers in Sumbermanjing Wetan. One part of this corporation is a unit simpan pinjam, a service of savings and loans for its members. The currently savings and loan unit business process is still manually, where all activities can only be done at KPRI office. This raises the problem, because the natural condition of Sumbermanjing Wetan is vast and hilly area, it's allows KPRI members to move to more accessible corporation. Therefore an information system based on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy especially Service Automation is needed to maintain the loyalty of corporation members. Result from this study is a Customer - Touching Applications to ease members in the savings and loan activity. In the developing system RUP method used because it can accommodate changes during development when developed the system included in the financial system which the functionality is a great concerned. The developed system has 23 functional requirements to support business processes on savings and credit units. Testing on system were performed by black box test there are 67 test case to test functional requirement system with 100% result and compatibility to test non functional requirement with result of 2 critical issue. UAT testing is used to determine whether the system is accepted by the end user and generates an acceptance value of 83.123%

Abstract

PDAM Malang City is one of Regional Owned Enterprises (BUMD) which provides clean water in Malang. As an organization in the service sector, PDAM Malang City is expected to give the best service for Malang's citizen in various business process viewpoint. A dominant service in PDAM is water payment which defined in three payment status based on an interview to resolve different customer characteristic. It is necessary to do an evaluation of the business process to guaranty best service in PDAM and understand business process quality which is currently running. The water payment business process is modeled by Yet Another Workflow Language (YAWL). Furthermore, the business process is simulated to acquire event log from the models. The event log is used to find business process variant using process mining method and ProM Tools. Evaluating the business process has been implemented by the Quality Evaluation Framework (QEF) method. There are 6 Quality Factors which doesn't suit with organization target. It shows that there are gaps between targets and performances in the organization. Further evaluation related to the business process variant so it can be concluded that the emergence of nonconformance in Quality Factor business process is not influenced by business process variant existence. And the existence of business process variant is not influenced by business process evaluation type of water payment in PDAM Malang City.

Abstract

PDAM Malang is one of company that provide water distribution service. One of the services provided is complaint service which will help customers's complaints. The most frequently reported complaints services within the last 6 months of September 2017 - February 2018 are non-flowing water, booth meter checks, increased usage, leaking pipes, leaking cob and road reconditioning. Mission of PDAM Malang is to improve and give service priority. However, based on reviews from website of PDAM Malang, most of people gave criticism related to the handling of complaints on PDAM. Based on observations, the business process flow of complaint-handling service has variations on certain conditions that may affect targets from those already established. Variations can be formed due to an uncertain condition in a business process, so that variation has a major influence on the ongoing activity. Therefore it is necessary to evaluate the variation of 6 business process complaint services. Getting the variation will be conducted through applying process mining that will get two variations, then the evaluation will be conducted by using Quality Evaluation Framework (QEF) method, so it will found 15 quality factor in 6 types of complaint. From the result of the evaluation, that was founded is one of quality factor that is not in accordance with the target and has no relation with the resulting variation, but there are some quality factors that can be achieved or in accordance with the target.

Abstract

Wonojati Wijoyo is a company in industrialized furniture of teak. In this company, there are some division that was create for helping so many others short or long terms goals. Accounting and finances is the one of division in this company. There are 3 main steps or processes, the first thing is accountancy finances reports and the reports of employee's salary. The process of this business was getting some seriously problem in accounting and finances division, they always need much time to give the best report and it always exceed of the time was given. As the result, in this division also needs evaluation and repairing for better process in every aspect that what we hope and was given the best solution. The best solution is give the recommendation for the new business process and this process was believing that it was more effective. From the result of value chain analysis and decomposition of business program in reports of employee's salary. Based on evaluation of this program by using five whys analysis methods, the researcher was the main problem is in the absences still using manually program by using check log, but in this condition this manually program was susceptible of dishonest and there was some mistake in the process of recapitulation. Based on this evaluation there was done a treatment by using tools streamlining from Business Process Improvement (BPI). From the result of the recommendation this company has program for changing system of absence by using finger print and lost the old one program of recapitulation absence. From all simulation process of business it was getting a gap around 3 hours 34 minutes with 28.92% percent.

Abstract

Printed Circuit Board (PCB) is one of the features available on the SFE-Electronics website. Recommended PCB ordering is expected to meet the needs of PCB buyers who can be ordered according to the needs of the buyer. However, in its application the PCB ordering feature has not been able to increase PCB bookings through the website. Of the total PCB sales only 6 out of 120 buyers make PCB order through the website. This study focuses on the evaluation and preparation of user interface design recommendations by adapting the Human-Centered Design (HCD) method. HCD is an approach method that incorporates a user's view of a system into the software development process to achieve a system that can be used as needed. Research begins with an initial evaluation conducted by identifying and analyzing stakeholders and understanding the user context and exploring the constraints of using PCB bookings. The second stage is to design the results of the first evaluation in which the results of the design is done further evaluation to find constraints on the design results. From the first evaluation stage found three obstacles on ordering PCB that is on aspect of user expectation, aspect of making of online form as ordering facility and participant response aspect. Nine pages of the design were made on the basis of the first evaluation results and from those nine outcomes were further evaluations that found obstacles on the PCB order page and automatic calculations which were then repeated.
