Abstract

Women’s empowerment in the microeconomic sector has received attention in various studies, but research specifically examining the role of Islamic financial institutions in empowering female traders based on Longwe analysis remains limited. This study aims to analyze the role of PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) Mekaar Syariah in empowering female traders in Padang Sarai Pratama Complex, Koto Tangah Subdistrict, Padang City. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving female customers and field officers as participants selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, and were then analyzed using the interactive analysis technique of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña as well as the Longwe analysis approach. The results showed that PNM Mekaar Syariah played a significant role in empowering female traders through collateral-free financing and group-based business assistance. This program had an impact on improving women’s welfare, access to resources, critical awareness, participation, and control in economic activities. However, its implementation still faced obstacles in the form of a lack of discipline in installment payments and limited business management among some customers. The conclusion of this study affirms that the integration of sharia financing and business assistance is an important factor in strengthening women’s economic empowerment. These findings contribute to the development of studies on women’s empowerment based on Islamic economics and provide practical implications for Islamic financial institutions to improve education, assistance, and customer capacity building in microenterprise development.

Abstract

The influence of financial ratios on the stock prices of Islamic banking companies has received attention in several studies, yet research that specifically analyzes the effect of Return on Equity (ROE), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Non-Performing Financing (NPF) on the stock prices of Islamic banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021–2024 period remains limited. This study aims to analyze the effect of ROE, CAR, and NPF on the stock prices of Islamic banking companies. This study used a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design based on panel data regression. The research sample consisted of four Islamic banking companies selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through documentation based on quarterly financial statements and company stock price data during the 2021–2024 period, and were then analyzed using panel data regression with the assistance of EViews version 13. The results show that ROE and CAR have a positive and significant effect on stock prices, whereas NPF has a negative and significant effect on the stock prices of Islamic banking companies. Simultaneously, ROE, CAR, and NPF have a significant effect on stock prices, with an Adjusted R-squared value of 77.7055%. This finding contributes to the development of signaling theory and broadens understanding of the influence of financial performance on stock prices in the Islamic banking sector in Indonesia. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of profitability, capital adequacy, and financing quality in increasing investor confidence in the stocks of Islamic banking companies. The implications of this study include theoretical contributions to enriching the literature on the Islamic capital market and practical implications for companies and investors in making investment decisions based on financial performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem kontrak kolam ikan yang diterapkan oleh petani ikan serta dampaknya terhadap kesejahteraan ekonomi petani dalam perspektif fiqih muamalah. Sistem kontrak kolam ikan merupakan salah satu bentuk kerja sama yang berkembang di masyarakat sebagai upaya meningkatkan produktivitas budidaya perikanan dan memperluas akses permodalan. Namun, dalam praktiknya masih ditemukan berbagai permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan kejelasan akad, pembagian keuntungan, dan risiko usaha yang berpotensi memengaruhi tingkat kesejahteraan petani ikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi lapangan. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap petani ikan serta pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam sistem kontrak kolam ikan. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan mengacu pada prinsip-prinsip fiqih muamalah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem kontrak kolam ikan yang diterapkan umumnya menggunakan pola kerja sama bagi hasil yang memiliki kesamaan karakteristik dengan akad syirkah dan mudharabah. Dari sisi kesejahteraan, sistem kontrak tersebut memberikan dampak positif berupa peningkatan pendapatan, perluasan kesempatan usaha, dan pengurangan beban modal bagi petani ikan. Namun demikian, masih ditemukan beberapa praktik yang belum sepenuhnya memenuhi prinsip keadilan, transparansi, dan kerelaan sebagaimana yang disyaratkan dalam fiqih muamalah, terutama terkait penentuan pembagian hasil dan penanggungan risiko. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penyempurnaan mekanisme kontrak agar sesuai dengan prinsip syariah sehingga dapat memberikan manfaat yang lebih optimal bagi kesejahteraan petani ikan.

Abstract

Skripsi ini disusun oleh Juita Romauli Butar-Butar dengan NIM 3722034 program studi strata-1 (S1) Manajemen Bisnis Syariah, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam, UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi. Dengan judul skripsi "Strategi Pemasaran Melalui Media Sosial Dalam Upaya Perluasan Pangsa Pasar (Studi Kasus: Usaha Rumahan Khiju.id Di Kabupaten Agam)". Penulisan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perkembangan teknologi digital yang mendorong UMKM untuk beradaptasi dengan sistem pemasaran digital, khususnya melalui media sosial. Khiju.id sebagai usaha rumahan di bidang fashion muslimah menggunakan Instagram dan WhatsApp sebagai media pemasaran utama. Meskipun telah mengalami peningkatan penjualan sejak tahun 2022, usaha ini menghadapi kendala dalam konsistensi konten, kualitas konten rendah, pemahaman digital marketing, serta jangkauan pasar yang masih terbatas di wilayah Sumatera Barat. Penelitian ini juga mengkaji kesesuaian strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan dengan prinsip-prinsip pemasaran syariah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kendala-kendala yang dihadapi Khiju.id dalam menjalankan pemasaran melalui media sosial, menganalisis kualitas dan efektivitas konten media sosial dalam menarik minat konsumen, menganalisis strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan dalam upaya memperluas pangsa pasar, serta menganalisis kesesuaian strategi pemasaran dengan prinsip-prinsip pemasaran syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik usaha, tim internal, serta empat konsumen Khiju.id. Data sekunder diperoleh dari literatur dan dokumen terkait strategi pemasaran media sosial dan prinsip ekonomi syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Khiju.id menghadapi tiga kendala utama: kendala teknis visualisasi produk, kendala pemahaman digital marketing, dan kendala konsistensi konten. Dari segi kualitas konten, media sosial Khiju.id belum optimal dalam menarik konsumen baru karena konten bersifat spontan, terbatas pada foto produk, dan banyak postingan tanpa caption serta hashtag relevan. Strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan mencakup segmentasi jelas (mahasiswa, pelajar, guru), positioning sebagai penyedia hijab syar'i premium yang dapat dikustomisasi, namun jangkauan pasar masih terbatas karena kendala biaya pengiriman. Dari perspektif syariah, strategi pemasaran Khiju.id telah sesuai dengan prinsip kejujuran, keadilan (margin 5% dan sistem harga fleksibel), amanah, dan etika Islami, namun aspek promosi masih perlu ditingkatkan agar produk lebih dikenal luas

Abstract

Economic growth is an important indicator in assessing the success of a country’s development. Although the development of the Islamic capital market and inflation has been widely studied, research that specifically analyzes the effect of the market capitalization of Sharia stocks included in the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) and inflation on Indonesia’s economic growth during the 2021–2024 economic recovery period remains relatively limited. This study aims to analyze the effect of ISSI Sharia stock market capitalization and inflation on Indonesia’s economic growth, both partially and simultaneously. This study used a quantitative approach with a causal associative design. The research sample covered all quarterly data for the 2021–2024 period, selected through saturated sampling. Data were collected through documentation from official publications of Statistics Indonesia, Bank Indonesia, the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and the Financial Services Authority, and were then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that ISSI Sharia stock market capitalization had a positive and significant effect on Indonesia’s economic growth, with a significance value of 0.002. Inflation also had a positive and significant effect on economic growth, with a significance value of 0.000. Simultaneously, the two variables had a significant effect on economic growth, with a significance value of 0.000 and an Adjusted R² value of 0.741. These findings strengthen Keynesian Growth Theory, which emphasizes the importance of investment in driving economic growth, and broaden understanding of the role of the Islamic capital market and macroeconomic stability in national development. The conclusion of this study confirms that ISSI Sharia stock market capitalization and inflation are important factors contributing to Indonesia’s economic growth during the economic recovery period. The implications of this study point to the importance of strengthening the Islamic capital market and controlling inflation to support sustainable economic growth.

Abstract

Firm value is an important indicator that reflects investors’ perceptions of a company’s performance and prospects. Although the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and profitability on firm value has been widely examined, studies that specifically analyze these two variables with firm size as a control variable in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) for the 2021–2024 period remain limited. This study aims to analyze the effect of CSR and profitability on firm value with firm size as a control variable. This study used a quantitative approach with a causal associative design. The sample consisted of 13 food and beverage companies listed on the ISSI and selected using purposive sampling, resulting in 52 observations. Data were collected through documentation of companies’ annual reports and analyzed using panel data regression with the assistance of EViews 13. The results show that, partially, CSR has no significant effect on firm value, whereas profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Simultaneously, CSR and profitability have a significant effect on firm value with firm size as a control variable. These findings contribute to the development of Signaling Theory by showing that profitability information serves as a stronger signal for investors than CSR disclosure. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of profitability in increasing firm value. The implications of this study include theoretical contributions to the development of Islamic financial management literature as well as practical implications for company management in formulating strategies to improve financial performance and implement CSR more effectively. Future research is recommended to expand the sample coverage and observation period, as well as to add other variables that may potentially influence firm value.

Abstract

The optimization of sukuk as an Islamic investment instrument in supporting economic development has received attention in various previous studies. However, studies that specifically integrate analyses of the role of sukuk, constraints on its optimization, and development strategies within a single research framework remain limited. This study aims to analyze the role of sukuk as an Islamic investment instrument in accelerating Indonesia’s economic development, identify various constraints encountered, and formulate optimization strategies. This study employed a qualitative approach with a literature research or library research design. Data sources were obtained through documentation studies of books, journal articles, laws and regulations, fatwas of the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI), as well as official publications from the government and relevant institutions selected purposively based on their relevance to the research focus. The data were analyzed using an interactive analysis model that includes data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results show that sukuk plays a strategic role as an instrument for development financing, strengthening the Islamic capital market, and increasing investment in the real sector. Nevertheless, the optimization of sukuk still faces constraints in the form of low Islamic financial literacy, limited investor participation, suboptimal product innovation, and the need to strengthen regulation. These findings reinforce studies in Islamic economics, particularly regarding the optimization of sukuk as an Islamic investment instrument in supporting economic development. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of improving Islamic financial literacy, expanding the investor base, product innovation, and strengthening regulation to enhance the effectiveness of sukuk development in Indonesia. The implications of the study include theoretical contributions to the development of Islamic economics literature and practical implications for the government, regulators, and Islamic financial institutions in formulating more effective sukuk development policies.
