Abstract

The problems found show that there are still some students who have experienced sexual violence committed by those closest to them, causing them to drop out of school due to embarrassment with their school friends. This is certainly a problem that must be addressed and overcome, if left unchecked it will have an impact on their psychological and mental state. So the purpose of this service is to provide education in the form of socialization about sexual violence to students at Bina Utama High School. This activity was carried out using the lecture method in the form of presentations and evaluated using questionnaires given before and after the activity. The results showed that socialization and mentoring activities to students about sexual violence, there was a significant increase in knowledge. Socialization and mentoring are effective in increasing knowledge and changing students' attitudes at Bina Utama Pontianak High School. Therefore, it is recommended that mentoring education on sexual violence in adolescents needs to be improved so that the younger generation is protected from sexual violence.

Abstract

Background: Optimal healthcare services at community health centers require effective logistic management to ensure adequate availability of medical devices. At Puskesmas X, there are several issues related to the availability and management of medical devices that affect the quality of healthcare services. This study aims to analyze the logistic management of medical devices at Puskesmas X as a basis for planning a logistic management improvement program. Method: This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with community health center staff and direct observation at the research site. Data analysis was conducted using thematic analysis. Results: The results show that the logistic management of medical devices at Puskesmas X is not yet optimal. There are deficiencies in planning, procurement, and storage of medical devices, as well as frequent delays in reporting. The main factors influencing this are the frequent turnover of goods treasurers and the lack of training for logistics staff. Conclusion: Improvements in the logistic management of medical devices at Puskesmas X are needed through enhancements in planning, procurement, and storage systems, as well as training for logistics staff to ensure adequate availability of medical devices and improved quality of healthcare services.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan perlindungan kulit terhadap dampak buruk sinar matahari, karena salah satu faktor risiko kanker kulit adalah dengan perlindungan tabir surya. Saat ini terdapat berbagai merek kosmetik maupun perawatan wajah yang mempromosikan produk yang bermanfaat sebagai perlindungan dari paparan sinar matahari. Sehingga, banyak remaja syang sudah mulai menggunakan tabir surya akibat pengaruh media sosial dan teman sebaya namun masih belum mengetahui manfaat, cara memilih dan menggunakan tabir surya dengan benar. Tujuan: Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan kepada remaja mengenai manfaat, cara memilih tabir surya dan cara menggunakan tabir surya dengan baik. Metode: Metode yang digunakan dengan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab. Instrumen: Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu media power point dan kuesioner pre test dan post test untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan awal dan keberhasilan penyampaian materi edukasi. Hasil: Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan siswa/i SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak dengan adanya peningkatan presentase pengetahuan baik sebesar 16.7% menjadi 91.6% pada post test dan nilai rata-rata pre test adalah 62 kemudian meningkat menjadi 86 pada post test .

Abstract

Permasalaah yang biasa terjadi pada remaja putri adalah masalah kesehatan yang harus ditangani dengan serius karena dapat mengganggu pertumbuhan dan perkembangan fisik serta psikologis remaja. Tujuan dilakukan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM), dengan melakukan evaluasi terhadap pengetahuan santriwati sebelum dan setelah edukasi. Pemeriksaan dilakukan terhadap status anemia dan edukasi tentang anemia telah dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran santriwati tentang kondisi tersebut. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman mereka tentang anemia, terlihat dari hasil pre test 63%, setelah dilakukan post test mendapatkan hasil 89%. Diskusi dan tanya jawab yang terjadi juga membantu dalam memperdalam pemahaman tentang anemia. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pendidikan dan kesadaran tentang anemia dapat ditingkatkan melalui kegiatan PKM, dengan potensi untuk menciptakan perubahan positif dalam pemahaman dan pencegahan anemia yang sering terjadi pada remaja putri khususnya di lingkungan pondok pesantren.

Abstract

Abstract The quality of health services is one of the indicators to assess the success and satisfaction of patients related to the service system while determining the loyalty and image of health institutions. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the assurance dimension in the quality of health services on the satisfaction of inpatients and outpatients in hospitals. This study is a meta-analysis and systematic review study using the PRISMA diagram. Article searches used databases from Google Scholar published in 2015-2025. Article search keywords include "Service Quality" AND "Assurance" OR "Guarantee" AND "Patient Satisfaction" AND "Inpatient" AND "Outpatient" AND "Cross Sectional". Articles were analyzed using the PRISMA diagram and the Review Mager 5.4 application. The meta-analysis consisted of 14 cross-sectional articles, namely 6 articles on inpatients and 8 articles on outpatients. Good assurance/guarantee increases inpatient satisfaction by 3.96 times compared to service quality with poor assurance/guarantee (aOR= 3.96; 95% CI = 2.02 to 7.73; p = 0.02) and the results are statistically significant. Good assurance/guarantee increases outpatient satisfaction by 3.96 times compared to service quality with poor assurance/guarantee (aOR= 5.18; 95% CI = 2.50 to 10.70; p = 0.005) and the results are statistically significant Keywords: meta-analysis, assurance, patient satisfaction, hospital

Abstract

Background: The National Social Security System is organized through a mandatory Social Health Insurance mechanism based on Law No. 40 of 2004 concerning the National Social Security System. The goal is to fulfill the basic needs of decent public health and the protection of the Indonesian people in the insurance system. However, the journey of the program with the most BPJS patients in the hospital is a problem, there are obstacles in the hospital regarding the submission of claims, the hospital bears the risk of costs if the claim submitted is delayed or the claim is not accepted. Objective: to determine the descriptive causes of the return of BPJS health claim files for inpatients in terms of claim submission requirements. Methods: Descriptive qualitative research using case studies where researchers explore a particular phenomenon (case) in a time and activity (program, event, process, institution or social group), collecting detailed and in-depth information using various data collection procedures during a certain period. Results: Some of the factors causing delays in claims are differences in coding perceptions by casmix officers, incorrect reading of diagnoses and medical records, less casemix officers as verifiers of internal claims in hospitals, regulations from health bpjs regarding disbursement of claims according to the MOU per month if it does not reach then the claim is postponed in the month of giving.

Abstract

Puberty is an important phase in adolescent development characterized by changes in the physical, emotional, and functional of the reproductive organs. However, the limited knowledge of students about reproductive health is still a problem, mainly due to traditional learning methods that are less interesting and interactive. This research aims to improve students' understanding of reproductive health through innovative educational and interactive learning media at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Pontianak. Method the used is community service with a participatory approach through observation, interviews, as well as pre-tests and post-tests for students in grades VII and VIII. The material is delivered using interactive media such as educational videos, games, and open discussions to create a fun learning atmosphere and facilitate students in understanding sensitive material without embarrassment. Results The showed a significant improvement in student understanding, with the change in the category from "Less" to "Good" and "Very Good" after the activity was implemented. In addition to increasing knowledge, there has also been a shift in students' positive attitudes in responding to reproductive health issues. They become more confident and open in discussions, both with teachers and health workers. In conclusion, educational and interactive learning media have proven to be effective in improving students' understanding of reproductive health during puberty. This activity is recommended to be integrated into the curriculum and extended to other schools, with training for teachers and parental involvement so that the results are more optimal and sustainable.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memperkuat literasi gizi ibu balita melalui edukasi gizi seimbang berbasis pangan lokal di Desa Rasau Jaya Dua, Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Pendekatan partisipatif digunakan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan penerapan prinsip gizi seimbang dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Posyandu Dahlia dengan melibatkan 21 ibu balita melalui metode ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, serta pre–post test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan rata-rata 10–20% dengan proporsi peserta berpengetahuan baik meningkat dari 66,7% menjadi 81%. Peningkatan terbesar terjadi pada pemanfaatan bahan pangan lokal dan penyusunan menu seimbang. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan edukasi gizi yang kontekstual dan partisipatif efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran gizi keluarga serta mendorong pemanfaatan potensi pangan lokal. Model intervensi ini dapat direplikasi di wilayah semi-pesisir lainnya sebagai strategi pencegahan stunting berbasis komunitas.
