Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa Apakah Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kualitas Produk berpenaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Pupuk Bersubsidi pada PT Pertani (Persero) Cabang Kalimantan Selatan (2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa Apakah Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kualitas Produk berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Pupuk Bersubsidi pada PT Pertani (Persero) Cabang Kalimantan Selatan dan (3) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa dimensi manakah dari Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kualitas Produk yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi Kepuasan Pelanggan Pupuk Bersubsidi pada PT Pertani (Persero) Cabang Kalimantan Selatan. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode adalah Deskriptif Kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan menggunakan kuesioner, observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data regresi linier berganda menggunakan software SPSS for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kualitas Produk memiliki pengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Pupuk Bersubsidi pada PT Pertani (Persero) Cabang Kalimantan Selatan. Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kualitas Produk juga berpengaruh secara Parsial terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Pupuk Bersubsidi pada PT Pertani (Persero) Cabang Kalimantan Selatan, serta pengaruh yang paling dominan adalah Kualitas Pelayanan karena memiliki koefisien yang besar yaitu 0,168 atau 16,8% di antara variabel lainnya.

This study aimed to explore the effect of work motivation and discipline on employee performance at Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kuala Kapuas. This study was a quantitative study using a survey approach. Forty respondents participated in this study. The collected data through a questionnaire was analyzed using multiple linear regression via SPSS. The results showed that work motivation had a minimal and statistically insignificant effect on employee performance, though it contributes slightly, reflecting the complex nature of its impact. In contrast, work discipline had a significant and dominant effect, emphasizing the importance of adherence to organizational rules and accountability in enhancing productivity. Furthermore, the combined analysis revealed that work motivation and discipline significantly influenced employee performance, contributing 33.6% to its variability. These findings emphasize the importance of fostering motivation and discipline as complementary strategies for optimizing employee contributions and achieving organizational success.

Kebijakan DMO (Domestic Market Obligation) merupakan instrumen kebijakan yang diterapkan oleh pemerintah untuk mengatur dan mengendalikan alokasi dan distribusi Olein (Minyak Goreng) di dalam negeri. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, kebijakan DMO minyak goreng telah menjadi topik yang menarik perhatian, terutama terkait dengan dampaknya terhadap penjualan ekspor. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak penerapan kebijakan DMO terhadap penjualan ekspor dan cara untuk meminimalisir dampak tersebut pada PT. Citra Borneo Utama Tbk. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan DMO Minyak Goreng dapat menyebabkan perusahaan mengalami perubahan dalam model bisnis mereka. Jika mereka sebelumnya mengandalkan ekspor sebagai sumber pendapatan utama, pembatasan ekspor dapat mengurangi akses ke pasar internasional dan berpotensi mengurangi pendapatan perusahaan. Namun, untuk mengurangi dampak negatif kebijakan DMO tersebut perusahaan mampu menyesuaikan strategi pemasaran mereka untuk fokus pada pasar domestik dan juga pasar internasional.

Pendampingan Belajar Bahasa Inggris Dengan Media Interaktif untuk anak-anak di Panti Asuhan Mizan Amanah Banjarmasin adalah untuk menumbuhkan minat dan daya tarik anak-anak di Panti Asuhan Mizan Amanah Banjarmasin belajar Bahasa Asing, terutama Bahasa Inggris, sesuai dengan kemampuan anak. Tujuan lain yaitu untuk mengenalkan Bahasa Inggris secara dini untuk anak-anak, mendorong semangat anak-anak untuk belajar dan berlatih menggunakan Bahasa Inggris baik dilingkungan tempat tinggal maupun dilingkungan sekolah, sehingga tumbuh rasa percaya diri dalam menggunakan Bahasa Inggris. Dengan adanya pendampingan juga membuat anak-anak terdorong dan termotivasi untuk terus belajar menambah kosakata Bahasa Inggris. Media interaktif yang digunakan yaitu flashcard dalam mengetahui kosakata Bahasa Inggris dari gambar yang ditunjukan. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan, terlihat anak-anak sangat antusias dan mau berinteraksi secara kolaborasi selama kegiatan berlangsung, sehingga terdapat peningkatan keterampilan anak-anak dalam penguasaan Bahasa Inggris.

In the process of learning physics, teachers can still not develop ICT-based learning media using Macromedia flash software that is effective and efficient. It is necessary to analyze articles from the results of previous studies to understand the right media for learning physics. This research was conducted to know what types of research have been carried out in the development of physics learning media using Macromedia flash software and to analyze the effect size of the influence of physics learning media using Macromedia flash software in terms of student learning outcomes based on education level, type of media developed and learning materials. The type of research used is a meta-analysis study. The subjects of this research are 21 articles on the development of physics learning media using Macromedia flash software in terms of student learning outcomes that have been tested in class published in 2011-2020. The data used in this study is a quantitative analysis by calculating the effect size using statistical parameters. The result of the research is that the best effectiveness of physics learning media using Macromedia flash software in terms of student learning outcomes based on education level is in Higher Education. The best effectiveness of the media in terms of student learning outcomes based on the type of media developed is multimedia. The best effectiveness of physics learning media in student learning outcomes based on learning materials is on motion material. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between knowledge about hypertension and adherence to taking medication in the elderly at Puskesmas Nanggeleng, Sukabumi City. This analytic observational study with a cross-sectional design involved 74 elderly people diagnosed with hypertension. Data were collected using a questionnaire that included demographic information, knowledge about hypertension, and medication adherence based on MMAS-8. Analysis was conducted using chi-square test with significant results (p-value 0.002 <0.05), indicating a positive relationship between hypertension knowledge and medication adherence. The majority of respondents (93.2%) had a good level of knowledge, while 86.5% showed high compliance in taking medication. Educational factors, especially the high school level of the majority of respondents (40.5%), play a significant role in improving knowledge and compliance. Family support is also an important factor in ensuring medication adherence. The results of this study emphasize the importance of health education to increase elderly knowledge about hypertension, so as to encourage adherence to treatment. The role of nurses as health educators is crucial in this process. This study makes an important contribution in identifying factors that influence the successful management of hypertension in the elderly, and suggests improving educational programs that involve families to encourage treatment adherence.

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendukung pengembangan potensi pariwisata di Desa Teluk Tamiang, Kabupaten Kotabaru, melalui pembuatan website profil desa. Desa Teluk Tamiang memiliki daya tarik wisata yang signifikan, seperti pantai pasir putih dan terumbu karang, namun masih kurang dikenal oleh masyarakat luas. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, tim pelaksana mengembangkan sebuah website menggunakan platform CMS WordPress dan plugin Elementor, yang dirancang agar mudah digunakan oleh pengelola desa. Pelatihan juga diberikan kepada masyarakat dan perangkat desa untuk memastikan mereka mampu mengelola dan memperbarui konten website secara mandiri. Proses pengembangan meliputi pembuatan desain, pengisian konten, serta pengujian website untuk memastikan kelancaran akses dan kemudahan navigasi bagi pengguna. Selain itu, website ini diintegrasikan dengan media sosial untuk meningkatkan jangkauan promosi. Diharapkan, dengan adanya platform digital ini, potensi wisata desa dapat lebih dikenal dan menarik lebih banyak wisatawan, baik domestik maupun internasional. Hal ini diharapkan berdampak pada peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat dari sektor pariwisata serta pelestarian lingkungan dan budaya lokal.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tantangan dan strategi yang dihadapi oleh mahasiswa Program Pertukaran Mahasiswa Merdeka (PMM) 4 dalam mengatasi fenomena culture shock selama masa pertukaran di Politeknik Negeri Malang. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan mendeskripsikan fenomena sosial yang terjadi. Penelitian ini fokus pada tantangan dan strategi adaptasi mahasiswa terhadap culture shock di Politeknik Negeri Malang sebagai institusi penerima. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi, dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder, serta dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk kurangnya persiapan mengenai cuaca, makanan, dan budaya lokal, serta kurangnya pengalaman sosial yang membuat mereka merasa terasing. Strategi adaptasi yang diterapkan meliputi upaya untuk memahami tantangan-tantangan ini dan mencari solusi efektif untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungan baru. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting tentang bagaimana mahasiswa dapat lebih baik mempersiapkan diri untuk program pertukaran internasional dan mengatasi culture shock dengan lebih efektif.

English in vocational higher education is a compulsory subject in semester 1. In dealing with future career needs, presentation is provided in the Semester Learning Plan. In this study, students worked in groups to deliver presentations. This study aims to explore students' perceptions of learning English in presentation material by describing students' motivation, anxiety, and experiences. The researchers used a qualitative descriptive method. The participants of the study were all first-semester students at the Politeknik Negeri Banjarmasin who voluntarily responded to the questionnaire (79 students) and seven students who would represent those to be interviewed. The research instruments are a fifty-item question through Google Form and an interview guide for data triangulation. The results of this study showed that, in general, the students perceived group presentation positively. They have a very positive perception of motivation and a positive perception of presentation experience, although they are also anxious when preparing and delivering the presentation. The use of a project in the group presentation helped students collaborate, enhanced their motivation, and facilitated student-centered learning. Speaking anxiety of students was influenced by internal factors such as nervousness, which can interfere with supporting devices and situations in the classroom. All in all, students perceived positively the implementation of the presentation project to finish the presentation. The result of this research study is expected to be used in teaching and learning in the field of learning English as a foreign language and to encourage students to be more motivated and less anxious so that their speaking performance is better.

English is a required course during the first and second semesters learning in Vocational Higher Education in Indonesia. Recognizing the importance of future career demands, presentation skills are incorporated into the Semester Learning Plans as English for Specific Purposes. This research focuses on students' perspectives regarding English learning through presentations regarding their own field particularly the implementation of peer scoring. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, the study involved first-semester students at Politeknik Negeri Banjarmasin. One hundred and fifteen students of Banjarmasin State Polytechnic, Indonesia majoring in Mining Engineering (19 students), Civil Engineering (35 students) and Accounting (61 students) responded to a questionnaire, and ten students were interviewed, serving as voluntarily participants. Data collection method included a questionnaire administered via Google Form and interviews for triangulation. Students filled in the questionnaire after scoring their peer’s presentation. In scoring their peers, they used a presentation scoring rubric. Findings indicate a generally positive perception among students towards peer scoring presentations. Despite experiencing anxiety during preparation and delivery of presentation, students expressed high motivation and found the presentation experience rewarding as the scores not only from the lecturer but also from their peers. They worried to score at the beginning, but the scoring rubric help them guide along the process. Some students who commonly do not pay attention to the presenters in the presentation are now fully paying attention because they are in charge to score. Overall, students viewed presentation projects favorably, highlighting their potential to improve speaking performance and be a rater on their peers’ performance. The implication of this research is to highlight students’ ability to deliver a presentation as well as build their confidence in speaking activities.
