This study aimed to know the management of school academic supervision activity that conducted by principal in the state primary school Pongangan, Gunungpati, Semarang area that included the planning, implementation, and the follow-up to increacse teachersâ performace. This research was conducted with qualitative descriptive method. The collecting data used interview, observation, and documentation. Research results revealed that (1) the planning of academic supervision by the principal at SDN Pongangan rated very good. (2) the implementation of academic supervision in SDN Pongangan a great fit the program, the schedule, the instruments that used according to the design, aspects that disupervisi votes had been lead on target academic supervision adapted to the needs of teachers and schools, the approach was with the program, academic supervision techniques used varied enough, the academic supervision of implementation constraints by the head of the school is the limited time; (3) the principal efforts made in the follow-up assessed academic supervision has been very good and hard-wired. Activities performed were: a) the beginning of each semester were held in groups/joint supervision of teachers meeting school/KKG school; b) performs the inverse to the teacher in order to reflect ourselves; c) implementing guidance on drafting/administration/creation of learning; d) emphasize on teachers that always paid attention to the discipline of work in carrying out the task of teaching as a teacher; e) provided guidance for teachers on how to teach in interesting and fun way; f) conducted coaching and guidance for teachers in the use of learning media, techniques/methods of teaching; g) provide a learning device formats that are new to the teacher, and taught how to fill them; g) For School Superintendent gave a complete written report in the end of years.

This research aims to: 1) Describe the process of implementing the Demonstration Method in improving science learning outcomes on Movement and Force material for students in class VII G of SMP Negeri 13 Magelang City. 2) Describe the level of science learning outcomes on Movement and Force material in class VII G students of SMP Negeri 13 Magelang City after implementing the Demonstration Method. This research is classroom action research, which consists of two cycles, each cycle consisting of three stages of activities, namely; planning, action and observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 30 students in class VII G at SMP Negeri 13 Magelang. Data collection in this research used observation sheets and learning outcome assessment sheets. The data analysis techniques used are qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive. Based on the results of the research and discussion, data obtained on the increase in science learning outcomes on Movement and Style material for class VII G students at SMPN 13 Magelang after implementing learning using the demonstration learning model in cycle I was an average of 75 with 70% KKM completeness, after being carried out in cycle II on a regular basis. the average is 78 90% KKM completion. These results show that the Demonstration model can improve the learning outcomes of class VII G students at SMP Negeri 13 Magelang for the 2022/2023 academic year.

Introduction: People with Type 2 DM (T2DM) tend to experience indirect health risks due to disturbances in aspects of health services and lifestyle during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, information on self-care among people with T2DM during the pandemic is still limited. This study aimed to know the self-care behavior change among T2DM in Kasihan 2 Community health center during the Covid-19 Pandemic.Method: This was a non-experimental study with a cross-sectional approach. An amount as 187 people with T2DM was recruited from a community health center in a rural area by using an accidental sampling technique. We exclude participants who have severe complications and impairment cognitive. Data were self-report administered by using The Summary of Diabetes Self-Care Activities Measure (SDSCA). The Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test was performed to examine the hypothesis.Results: Our study found that the average Diabetic self-care score before the COVID-19 pandemic was 65,257(±11,22), meanwhile self-care score during the pandemic was 59,15(±11,08). Wilcoxon test for SDSCA total score resulted in z coefficient was -9.596 with the p-value equal to 0.00 (<0.05). Several aspects of Diabetic self-care had a significant difference (p<0.05) between before and during the COVID-19 pandemic, such as general diet (z=-9.596); special diet (z=-4,836); physical activity (z=-9.629), and blood glucose monitoring (z=-5.760).Conclusions: There was a significant change in diabetic self-care before and during the COVID-19 pandemic especially in the general diet, special diet, physical activity, and blood glucose monitoring among T2DM in Kasihan 2 Community health center.

External debt and foreign direct investment (FDI) in seven countries in the Southeast Asian Region have increased by more than 40% over the period 2014-2021. Likewise, gross domestic product (GDP) per capita over eight years has grown by 25%. When compared to countries in the European Region, external debt and FDI grew by only 7% and 17%. Meanwhile, in African countries, external debt increased at a very high rate of almost 70%. Given the high increase in external debt and FDI in seven ASEAN countries, this study analyzed whether external debt and foreign direct investment (FDI) are a driving factor for increasing gross domestic product (GDP) per capita in seven ASEAN Countries, by including a set of control variables such as inflation and human development index (HDI). The research uses quantitative methods with the panel data for eight years from 2014 to 2021 obtained from several resources, namely International Debt Statistics, World Bank, UNCTAD Statistics and The Global Economy. The multiple linear regression fixed effect model with robust estimator of the feasible general least square (FGLS) with panel-corrected standard errors (PCSE) was used to overcome heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation. The results of the analysis found that external debt and HDI have a significant and positive effect on the GDP per capita. In contrast, inflation and FDI actually affect GDP per capita adversely. It shows that external debt is still needed as a policy instrument to finance development projects that are productive for increasing public welfare. This study recommends attracting greater foreign direct investment and allocating it to productive economic sectors.

This research explains a comparison estimation for AUV position using Kalman Filter (KF), Ensemble Kalman Filter (EnKF), and Fuzzy Kalman Filter (FKF) algorithm in some specified trajectories. Estimation is developed for AUV Segorogeni ITS which was built by the Institute Technology of Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), Indonesia. The specified trajectories are the diving, straight, and turning path which is the real trajectories. We compare the result estimation for each of the trajectories from the simulation and the RMSE (Root Mean Square Error). In this case, the best estimation is given by the difference estimation method. Fuzzy Kalman Filter gives the best result for the diving trajectory (Y-position and angle) and the straight trajectory. Ensemble Kalman Filter (EnKF) gives the best result for the X-position in the diving trajectory. AbstrakPenelitian ini menjelaskan tentang perbandingan estimasi untuk posisi AUV antara algoritma Kalman Filter (KF), Ensemble Kalman Filter (EnKF) dan Fuzzy Kalman Filter (FKF) untuk trayektori tertentu. Estimasi dilakukan terhadap AUV Segorogeni ITS yang dibuat oleh ITS (Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember), Indonesia. Trayektori yang diberikan adalah menyelam, lurus dan lintasan membelok yang merupakan lintasan real. Peneliti melakukan perbandingan untuk setiap lintasan berdasarkan hasil simulasi dan Root Mean Square Error (RMSE). Pada kasus ini estimasi terbaik diberikan oleh metode yang berbeda. Fuzzy Kalman Filter memberikan hasil terbaik untuk lintasan berbelok pada posisi-Y dan pada garis lurus. Ensemble Kalman Filter memberikan estimasi terbaik untuk posisi-X pada lintasan menyelam. Sedangkan Kalman Filter memberikan hasil terbaik untuk lintasan lurus.Kata kunci: AUV; Kalman Filter (KF); Ensemble Kalman Filter (EnKF); Fuzzy Kalman Filter (FKF); AUV Segorogeni ITS.

Based on the assessment of the ability of teachers in strengthening the character education of students concerned about the environment in pre-cycle it can be seen that the ability of teachers in strengthening the character education of students caring about the environment in the low category because it only gets an average score of 1.06. Furthermore, based on the assessment of the ability of teachers in strengthening the character education of students concerned about the environment in the first cycle it can be seen that the ability of teachers in strengthening the character education of students caring about the environment in the category of teacher ability in strengthening the character education of students caring about the environment is due to getting an average score of 3, 12 Evidently there is an increase in the ability of teachers in strengthening the character education of environmental aspects of students seen from the average assessment of the ability of teachers in strengthening the character education of environmental aspects of students initially in the pre-cycle conditions showed a low average rating of 1.06 increased to the ability category the teacher in strengthening the character education of students concerned about the environment because of getting an average score of 3.12. Even so the improvement of the ability of teachers in strengthening the character education of students concerned about the environment after the implementation of UKS in the first cycle has not been able to reach the target set, namely 100% of teachers have an assessment of the ability of teachers in strengthening character education of students who care about the environment. For this reason, the implementation of the first cycle needs to be evaluated and reflected. Based on the assessment of the ability of teachers in strengthening the character education of students concerned about the environment in the second cycle can be seen that the average score indicates a value of 4.5 or included in the high category. It can be seen that the ability of teachers in strengthening the character education of environmental aspects of students in SKH Negeri 01 Tangerang Regency is already high.

Penelitian ini berlandaskan pada permasalahan ketidakmampuan remaja dalam menyampaikan keinginannya atau pemikirannya sehingga cenderung berperilaku agresif, hal ini disebabkan oleh komunikasi yang tidak stabil. Untuk mengstabilkan interaksi dalam sosial, maka remaja membutuhkan kemampuan mengungkapkan sesuatu tanpa mengucilkan atau menghina satu pihak, dan pemyampaianya secara jelas yang tidak mengandung muliti tafsir. Sehingga dalam berinteraksi sosial, remaja dituntut untuk dapat berperilaku asetif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perilaku asertif siswa. Metodologi penelitian yang digunaka dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP YPKI Jakarta Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 170 siswa yang dipilih dengan tekni random sampling. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan skala Inventori Perilaku Asertif (IPA) dengan tingkat Reliabilitas sebesar 0,92 pada kategori sangan baik. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistic deskriptif. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa: tingkat perilaku asertif siswa YPKI Jakarta pada kategori sedang, artinya perilaku aserti siswa membutuh bimbingan serta peningkatan. Oleh karena itu peran bimbingan konseling sangat diperlukan melalui layanan dasar seperti bimbingan klasikal yang terdiri dari layanan informasi dan penguasaan konten.

Stroke is a condition where blood circulation in the brain occurs due to blockage or bleeding of blood flow to the brain. Non-hemorrhagic stroke patients often experience verbal communication disorders. Treatment of stroke with verbal communication disorders can use pharmacological and non-pharmacological methods such as A, I, U, E, O speech therapy. Determine the level of development of verbal communication in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients. This research uses a descriptive method which aims to describe the patient's condition objectively. The respondent experienced verbal communication disorders so he was given AIUEO speech therapy 2 times a day for 3 days, carried out for 10 minutes with 3 repetitions and there was an increase in the aphasia scale as measured using the DFCS (Derby Functional Communication Scale) scale, the patient's speaking ability increased on the third day. 3 with an aphasia score of 10 or moderate aphasia. A, I, U, E, O speech therapy is able to increase the scale of communication in stroke patients with verbal communication disorders.

Abstrak - Barbershop adalah inovasi dalam mode. Awalnya dikenal sebagai pangkas rambut di jalan raya atau hanya tempat cukur, mereka sekarang lebih luas dengan layanan dan alat yang lebih baik. Shortcut Barbershop merupakan sebuah barbershop yang berdiri di bawah naungan CV Bumi Ricky Cemerlang. Dalam melakukan operasional, masih menggunakan proses manual dalam pencatatan transaksi penjualan sehinga menyebabkan kesalahan dalam perhitungan harga atau jumlah barang, yang pada akhirnya dapat mengakibatkan kerugian dan ketidakpuasan pelanggan. Tanpa sistem yang terotomatisasi, manajemen inventaris dapat menjadi sulit dilakukan dengan efisien. Kekurangan stok atau dalam memperkirakan kebutuhan persediaan dapat mengganggu operasional dan menghambat kemampuan bisnis untuk memenuhi permintaan pelanggan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD). Hasil pembahasan dari penelitian dan pengujian sistem, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun dapat memudahkan manajemen transaksi secara real-time dan terintegrasi. Sistem ini menyediakan fitur manajemen inventaris yang membantu dalam pelacakan stok barang dan kebutuhan peralatan. Informasi untuk stok yang hampir habis membantu dalam pengelolaan persediaan yang lebih baik.Kata kunci: Point of Sales, RAD, Web Abstract - Barbershop is an innovation in fashion. Originally known as high street hair clippers or just barbershops, they are now broader with better services and tools. Shortcut Barbershop is a barbershop that was founded under the auspices of CV Bumi Ricky Cemerlang. In carrying out operations, manual processes are still used in recording sales transactions, which causes errors in calculating prices or quantities of goods, which in the end can result in losses and customer dissatisfaction. Without an automated system, inventory management can be difficult to do efficiently. Stock shortages or underestimating inventory needs can disrupt operations and hinder a business's ability to meet customer demand. The method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD). The results of the discussion from research and system testing, it can be concluded that the system built can facilitate real-time and integrated transaction management. This system provides inventory management features that help in tracking stock and equipment requirements.
