Abstract

Chitinase is an enzyme that degrades chitin on β-1,4-acetamido-2-deoxy-D-glycoside bound to produce Chitin oligosaccharide or its soluble monomer, N-acetylglucosamine (NAG). Chitinase are usually produced naturally by chitinolytic microorganism that are found in soil or water environment. Chitinase have been widely used for biocontrol agents of plant pests. The product from chitinase hydrolysis can be used as antiinflammatory agent and anti hyperpigmentation. This research was aimed to screen and evaluate the chitinolytic ability of 9 isolate. The best isolate was the one which produced high chitinolytic activity and hydrolyzed chitin into NAG. 9 isolate were examined and BPPTCC-2 was the best isolate which produced highest level of chitinolytic activity 0.1780 U/ml. The chitinase was able to hydrolyzed chitin resulting high yields of NAG 11.5% as the only product.

Abstract

Iron deficiency anemia (IDA) is a health problem in Indonesia. Prevention and treatment of IDA is carried out by giving fortified foods and oral iron therapy. Both can use ferrous fumarate which is made with reacting bivalent iron and disodium fumarate. Bivalent iron can be obtained from iron sand in Indonesia. This study aims to synthesize ferrous fumarate from Indonesian iron sand, which is from Malang, Sukabumi, and Cianjur area, and to determine its absorption through in vivo body weight gain test in male Wistar white rats (Rattus norvegicus). First, ferrous fumarate was synthesized through reaction of ferrous sulfate, which was made from Indonesian iron sand with the highest iron content, which was from Sukabumi area, and disodium fumarate. Second, in vivo body weight gain test was conducted to 3 rat groups (negative control, ferrous sulfate group, and ferrous fumarate group, respectively) and monitored for two weeks. The results showed that ferrous fumarate was successfully obtained as brownish red-orange fine powder with yield of 62.17 ± 1.66 %. In addition, the in vivo body weight test suggested that the rats from ferrous fumarate group showed similar weight gain (35.1%) compared to those from the ferrous sulfate group (30.6%), indicating a possibility of iron absorption from ferrous fumarate.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan sistem berbasis web yang mengoptimalkan manajemen transaksi penjualan dan akuisisi barang pada operasional Minimarket Alfani. Metodologi penelitian meliputi teknik pengumpulan data komprehensif serta pendekatan analisis dua tahap yang terdiri dari evaluasi sistem yang sedang berjalan dan pengkajian kebutuhan sistem yang diusulkan. Setelah tahapan evaluasi menyeluruh, penelitian dilanjutkan dengan proses perancangan arsitektur sistem yang mencakup pemodelan struktur, aliran data, dan interaksi antarmuka. Kontribusi utama penelitian ini adalah terciptanya aplikasi manajemen inventaris dan transaksi berbasis web yang dirancang secara spesifik untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan akurasi pencatatan data pada Minimarket Alfani, dengan mempertimbangkan karakteristik unik dan kebutuhan pengguna dalam konteks usaha ritel berskala kecila

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: The Merdeka Mengajar (PMM) Platform was developed to support the Merdeka Curriculum by offering flexibility for teachers in designing technology-based learning. It features independent training, diagnostic assessments, and digital resources aimed at improving learning effectiveness. Background Problems: : Despite its benefits, PMM implementation faces challenges such as limited technology access, low teacher proficiency in using the platform, and minimal supporting training. This study evaluates PMM’s effectiveness using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. Novelty: This study offers a comprehensive evaluation of PMM using the CIPP model. Research on PMM’s effectiveness in primary education remains limited, making this study a new contribution to understanding teacher use. Research Methods: A qualitative case study was conducted at SD Negeri 057/1 KM V Muara Tembesi. Data were collected through interviews with the principal and teachers, observations of PMM usage, and analysis of relevant documents. Finding/Results: PMM assists teachers in preparing materials, conducting assessments, and accessing digital resources. However, limited internet and training remain key barriers. Conclusion: PMM has the potential to enhance learning, but its success depends on infrastructure support and ongoing teacher training. The study provides recommendations for improving PMM implementation.

Abstract

Media yang dipilih guru dalam proses belajar mengajar sangat menentukan keberhasilan pemahaman materi. Media yang beragam dapat menimbulkan motivasi dan semangat belajar bagi anak. Media yang digunakan dan cara penyajian yang menarik dapat menimbulkan daya tarik tersendiri bagi anak. Keingintahuan anak sangat besar jika ia melihat media yang menarik. Hal ini dapat meningkatkan kemampuan belajar anak. Berdasarkan deskripsi siklus I dan siklus ke II refleksi dapat disimpulkan bahwa hampir semua masalah dapat diatasi dengan meningkatkan kompetensi mengajar. Hal ini dapat kita lihat dengan hasil pencapaian kemampuan anak. Pada siklus I dan II ditetapkan nilai ketuntasan yang berbeda, namun pada akhir kegiatan perbaikan ke V di siklus II nilai yang diperoleh melebihi nilai ketuntasan yang ditetapkan yaitu 90%. Sedangkan nilai ketuntasan ditargetkan 85%.

Abstract

Technology itself from time to time has increased significantly so that it can be utilized in various fields, especially in the field of education itself. In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, students are unable to take part in learning at school face to face with teachers. So here the role of educational technology is very important to apply. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of educational technology to increase student interest in learning during the pandemic. Research used literature research is combined with qualitative approaches. Research is conducted by collecting from various sources of literature from various journals and books that have a relationship with our research theme, namely the implementation of educational technology to increase students' learning interest in pandemic times. The application of educational technology acts as an effort to improve and launch the current online learning process, it can be said that educational technology is not only as bridging teaching and learning activities but becomes the heart of the process of ongoing activities.
