Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of knowing the extent of the influence of work discipline on the work productivity of employees of PT Tunas Baru Lampung, Tbk. The sample used in this study were employees of PT Tunas Baru Lampung, Tbk as many as 65 respondents, data and research information obtained from questionnaires/questionnaires. The approach method used by the researcher is a quantitative approach. Meanwhile, for data analysis using simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the T test. In this case the researcher manages the data calculations with the SPSS for windows 25 program. The results of testing the hypothesis show that the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Where from the results of the analysis obtained a simple linear equation as follows Y = 11.096 + 0.414 X , with the value of the correlation coefficient (R) obtained at 0.723 this shows that there is a positive direction of influence between work discipline on work productivity and the value of the coefficient of determination (Rsquer) is obtained. ) in this study of 0.522 where every 1% increase in the work discipline variable has an effect of 52.2% on employee work productivity and the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Then the results of the t test obtained the value of t_count > t_table (8.297 > 1.67) with a significant value of less than 0.05 (0.00 < 0.05) meaning that the hypothesis shows that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that the research hypothesis shows a positive and significant influence between work discipline variables on the work productivity of PT Tunas Baru Lampung, Tbk - PKS 4 Cinta Manis Lama employees.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of price and product quality on consumer decisions of Mas Azis grenade meatballs Palembang branch. This study uses associative descriptive analysis, namely research that seeks to find the influence or relationship between one or more. The sample used in this study were 96 consumers of Mas Azis grenade meatballs Palembang hill branch. The data collection techniques and research information used in this study were interviews and questionnaires. The approach method used is a quantitative approach. The data analysis method in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the T test and F test. In this case, the researcher manages to use data calculations through the SPSS 25 program. Based on the results of the study, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between price on purchasing decisions of Mas Azis grenade meatballs, Palembang hill branch. It is known that the value of sig t of the price variable (X1) is 0.002 < = 0.05 and tcount > ttable (3.175 > 1.661). There is a positive and significant influence between product quality on purchasing decisions of Mas Azis grenade meatballs Palembang hill branch. It is known that the sig t value of the product quality variable (X2) is 0.000 < = 0.05 and tcount > ttable (3.777 > 1.661). There is a positive and significant influence between price and product quality on the purchase decision of Mas Azis grenade meatballs Palembang branch. It is known that the value of sig F is 0.000 < 0.1 and Fcount > Ftable (43.977 > 2.36). The value of R Square is 0.486 which indicates that the relationship between price and product quality variables affects purchasing decisions by 48.6%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out: 1. To find out how the quality of service provided by Teman Bus transportation to passengers, 2. To find out how the decision of suit users to the services provided by Teman Bus transportation, 3. To find out how the influence of service quality on the decision of the Teman Bus transportation service user.The sample used in this study were people who had used the Teman Bus transportation service as many as 100 respondents, the data was obtained through 22 questionnaires. The method used in this sampling is by using simple random sampling method. The analytical method used is a quantitative analysis method using path analysis with the SPSS for windows version 24 program. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that there is a significant influence between service quality on service user decisions with a coefficient of determination (R2) obtained of 0.596, which means that there is an influence of the independent variable (service quality) on the dependent variable (service user decisions) of 59.6% and From the t-test, the results show that there is a significant effect of service quality on customer satisfaction on the Teman Bus transportation service with a significance value of t-count (12.013) > t-table (1.9844). Thus the hypothesis explains that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the public speaking skills of Pasundan 1 High School students in Bandung City through public speaking training. The problems faced by students are a lack of understanding and awareness of the importance of public speaking skills, limited opportunities and platforms to apply these skills in the school environment, as well as a more theoretical teaching approach. The solution offered is to hold public speaking seminars and workshops with an interactive and practical approach, as well as encouraging the development of extracurricular programs that focus on improving public speaking skills. This training was carried out in three stages: preparation, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. The results of the activities showed an increase in students' self-confidence, a reduction in anxiety about speaking in public, as well as an increase in communication skills and critical thinking abilities. This research makes a significant contribution to improving students' public speaking skills, which is vital for their future personal and professional development.

Abstract

Berkembangnya dunia pemasaran membuat banyak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah modal kerja dan likuiditas berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas, baik, baik secara parsial maupun silmutan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Manufaktur Sub Sektor Semen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama tahun 2017-2022, yaitu sebanyak 6 perusahaan. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dimana sampel yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Sampel yang terpilih sebanyak 6 perusahaan. Data yang digunakan berasal dari laporan keuangan masing-masing perusahaan yang dipublikasikan melalui situs www.idx.co.id. Pengolahan data menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda. Pengujian dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel modal kerja dan likuiditas secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas, hal ini dapat diketahui dari nilai sig sebesar 0,008 yang menunjukkan nilai siginifikasi lebih kecil dari 0,05 atau 0,008 < 0,05. Secara parsial, variabel modal kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, ini dapat diketahui dari nilai sig sebesar 0,010 lebih kecil dari 0,05 atau 0,010 < 0,05. Sedangkan, variabel likuiditas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, hal ini dapat diketahui dari nilai sig sebesar 0,005 yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05.

Abstract

Human development is an important part of a series ofprocesses undertaken by a country or region to change for the better future. Human Development Index (HDI) becomesone of the benchmarks in assessing the success of human development. To support human development government must allocate an effective public budget. This study aims to see how the effect of capital expenditure on increasing HDI in Palembang City. The data used is the primary data for the period of 2013-2016. The analysis technique is simple regression analysis of two variables, namely HDI as dependent variable and capital expenditure (lag 1) as independent variable. The result shows that capital expenditure has a significant influence on the increase of HDI.

Abstract

This research was done in order to investigate the effect of compensation variables which are; salary and benefit, facility and honour toward the productivity of employees at PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang, the objectives of this research were: a) to investigate the effect of compensation variables which are; salary and benefit, facility and honour toward the productivity of employees at PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang, and b) to investigate which independent variable was dominant in affecting the productivity of employees at PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. The research method used was causal. There were 100 employees used as the relationship between variables was measured by using multiple linear regression analysis. The research findings in general showed that the variables of compensation which are; salary and benefit, facility and honour significantly affected the productivity of employees at PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. Partially, the salary and benefit variable had a dominant factor toward productivity of employees at PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of job satisfaction on employee performance of quality checker dry department PT. Aneka Bumi Pratama Palembang. (2)The effect of workload on employee performance of quality checker dry department PT.Aneka Bumi Pratama Palembang.(3) The effect of job satisfaction and workload on employee performance of quality checker dry department PT. Aneka Bumi Pratama Palembang. This is an assosiatif research.The type of datais quantitative dataor inthe formofnumbers.The research instrument uses questionnaires. The populationis employees of PT. Aneka Bumi Pratama Palembang. The sampling technique uses saturated sample.The instrument validity test uses Confirmatory Factor Analysiswhile the reliability test uses Alpha Cronbach. The measuring instrument is validandreliable for research instruments. Multiple regressionanalys is isused to test the hypothesis of this study. The results of the study at 5% significance level found that: (1) job satisfaction has appositive effect on employee performance of quality checker dry department PT. Aneka Bumi Pratama Palembang witht count of 3.281 while t table of 2.028 in addition to the significance value 0 f0.002 also indicates the value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05. (2) workload has a positive effect on employee performance of quality checker dry department PT. Aneka Bumi Pratama Palembang with t count of 5.947 while the value of t table (n=39,α=5%) of 2.028. Based on these values, t count is greater than t table, inaddition to the significant value smaller than the value of alpha (0.000<0.05). (3) Job satisfaction with F value of 135.064 is greater than F table of 3.26 besides the significance value of 0.000 smaller than the alpha value (n=39,α=5%), PT. Aneka Bumi Pratama Palembang with job satisfaction and workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze salaries and wages internal control system at CV. Surya Sumatra Palembang. It is a descriptive study. The technique of analysis used in this study is qualitative method by comparing the implementation of salaries and wages internal control system at CV. Surya Sumatera Palembang with existing theories. The conclusion of the study is the authorization system at CV. Surya Sumatera Palembang is inadequate because there are sums listed in the payroll wich have not verified yet and only authorized by personnel department, that does double duty as payroll administration itself. Procedure which forms the accounting information system at this company seems inadequate. This can be seen in the poor time recording system, there is no supervision of employee attendance list, resulting in employees coming in and out during working hours. Any changes to employee salaries are not accompanied by a salary change document. The company also has not implemented a proper system of company activities yet, because there is no special section that handles and supervises the presence of employees causing employees lack of discipline. The company should establish the payroll section, cash out slip section and employee salary payment section that carried out by a separate section. The company can choose based on the ability and expertise of each employee so it is created a good corporate organizational structure and to avoid intentional or unintentional fraud. In carrying out activities, CV. Surya Sumatera Palembang should not do double duty. The payroll personnel must be authorized by the personnel department, while cash out slip personnel is authorized by the accounting department, so as to create a good delegation of authority to the company.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of personnel management information systems on employee performance at Ogan Ilir Regency DPRD Secretariat. The sample used in this study were 31 respondents of the Secretariat of DPRD Ogan Ilir Regency, the data were obtained through 31 questionnaires. The method used in this sampling was Propotionate Sampling technique. The analytical method was quantitative data analysis using Product Moment Correlation. The results of testing hypothesis showed that the variable: management information systems had a positive effect on employee performance by 0.826. This could be seen from the rtest with 31 respondents with an error rate of 5%. Based on rtabel = 0.367 and rcount = 0.826 where rcount was in the correlation coefficient interval 0.80 - 0.100 stated that the correlation was very strong. Then the rcount was greater than rtable (0.862> 0.367) so that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected, this indicated a positive and significant relationship between management information systems and employee performance. This relationship had an influence of 68.22% and the remaining of 31.78% was the influence of other factors. From these results, the researcher hopes that the leadership in Ogan Ilir District DPRD Secretariat will implement a personnel management information system so that it can improve employee performance
