The purpose of this study was to examine: (1) The effect of leader member exchange on turnover intention. (2) The effect of leader member exchange on job satisfaction. (3) The effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention. (4) The effect of leader member exchange on turnover intention through job satisfaction. The population in this study were all RST contract nurses. DR. Reksodiwiryo Padang totaling 152 people using proportional cluster random sampling. The analytical technique used is SEM analysis using smart PLS3. The results of this study indicate that: (1) leader member exchange has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. (2) leader member exchange has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. (3) job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. (4) Leader member exchange has a significant effect on turnover intention with job satisfaction as a mediating variable.

This study aims to prove and analyze the influence of the intellectual capital dimension on the performance of MSMEs in the city of Padang. In this study, 350 MSME entrepreneurs engaged in the culinary field in the city of Padang were used. The analytical method used is multiple regression and t-statistical testing. The data processing is done by using SPSS. Based on the results of testing the first hypothesis, it was found that human capital had no significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in the city of Padang, while structural capital and relational capital had a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in the city of Padang.

The purpose of this research is to (1) identify and analyze the effect of work from home on employee performance (2) determine and analyze the effect of work from home on work life balance (3) identify and analyze the effect of work life balance on employee performance (4) identify and analyze the effect of work from home on employee performance with work life balance as a mediating variable at Bank Mandiri KCP Payakumbuh. The population in this study were employees of Bank Mandiri KCP Payakumbuh totaling 33 employees. The sampling technique used total sampling where the number of samples was the same as the population of 33 people. This data collection uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale and the analytical technique used is the Structural Equation Model with the help of SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that: (1) work from home has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance at Bank Mandiri KCP Payakumbuh (2) work from home has a positive and significant effect on work life balance at Bank Mandiri KCP Payakumbuh (3) work life balance positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bank Mandiri KCP Payakumbuh (4) work from home has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with work life balance as a mediating variable at Bank Mandiri KCP Payakumbuh

The purpose of this study was to examine: (1) The effect of job autonomy on innovative behaviour in Whiz Prime Hotel Padang employees. (2) The effect of job autonomy on work engagement of Whiz Prime Hotel Padang employees. (3) The effect of work engagement on innovative behaviour of Whiz Prime Hotel Padang employees. (4) The effect of job autonomy on the innovative behaviour of Whiz Prime Hotel Padang employees through work engagement. The population in this study were all employees at Whiz Prime Hotel Padang totaling 61 people. While the number of samples in this study was determined by using the total sampling method, namely making the entire population in the study a sample, so that the number of samples obtained was 61 people. The analytical technique used is SEM analysis using smart PLS3. The results of this study indicate that: (1) job autonomy has a positive and significant effect on innovative behaviour in Whiz Prime Hotel Padang employees. (2) Job autonomy has a positive and significant effect on work engagement for Whiz Prime Hotel Padang employees. (3) Work engagement has a positive and significant effect on the innovative behaviour of Whiz Prime Hotel Padang employees. (4) Job autonomy has a significant effect on the innovative behaviour of Whiz Prime Hotel Padang employees with work engagement as a mediating variable

This study aims to determine the effect of interpersonal communication on employee commitment by using job engagement as a mediating variable. The research was conducted at PT PLN (Persero) Ulp Air Molek. The population in this study were employees of PT PLN (Persero) Ulp Air Molek. The sample used is 49 employees. Data collection is done through questionnaires and data processing is done by smart pls3. Research shows that there is a positive and significant effect between interpersonal communication and employee engagement at pt pln (persero) ulp air Molek. Interpersonal interaction has a positive and significant effect on job engagement at pt. pln (persero) ulp air Molek, interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on work engagement at pt. pln (persero) ulp air Molek, work engagement has no positive and significant effect on employee commitment at pt. pln (persero) ulp air Molek, work involvement does not moderate the influence of interpersonal communication on employee commitment at pt. pln (persero) ulp air molek.

The purpose of this study is to analyze work stress as a mediation between work family conflict on turnover intention. The population in this study were all non-PNS nurses at the Central General Hospital. Dr. M. Djamil Padang, totaling 443 nurses. The sampling technique used was proportions stratified random sampling. The number of samples that can be used in this research is 210 respondents. This study was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS 3.3.3. The findings from this study are: (1) There is an influence of work family conflict on turnover intention. The work family conflict variable has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention (2) There is an effect of work stress on turnover intention. Work stress variable has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. (3) There is an influence of work family conflict on work stress. The work family conflict variable has a positive and significant effect on work stress. (4) Work stress is proven to mediate the relationship between work family conflict and turnover intention

This research investigates the impact of career calling on students' learning engagement, taking into account the mediating role of career commitment. The research participants consisted of 213 students selected through cluster random sampling techniques from various economics majors. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), with data processing using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the hypothesis test show that career calling has a positive effect on learning engagement. Apart from that, career commitments also influence learning engagement. From the test results it can also be proven that career commitment is able to mediate the relationship between career calling and learning engagement of economics students at Padang State University. These findings highlight the importance of increasing learning engagement among students to carefully design learning activities for their future career development.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of job mutations and promotions on working psyche, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research was conducted at the Perum BULOG Regional Office of West Sumatra The population of this study was staff of the Perum BULOG Regional Office of West Sumatra. While the sample used was 52 employees. Data collection was carried out by distributing online questionnaires and data processing was carried out through Smart PLS4. The results showed that job mutations and promotions had a significant positive effect on work spirit at Perum BULOG Regional Office of West Sumatra. Job satisfaction can mediate the effect of job mutations and promotion on work spirit at Perum BULOG Regional Office of West Sumatra.

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dampak konflik hubungan dan persepsi politik organisasi terhadap keadilan organisasi di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Penelitian ini mengkaji: (1) pengaruh konflik hubungan terhadap keadilan organisasi, (2) pengaruh konflik hubungan terhadap persepsi politik organisasi, (3) dampak politik organisasi terhadap keadilan organisasi, dan (4) peran mediasi politik organisasi antara konflik hubungan dan keadilan organisasi. Pendekatan penelitian kausal digunakan dengan mengambil sampel 99 karyawan dari total 132 karyawan melalui teknik sampel acak berlapis proporsional. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis dengan perangkat lunak Smart PLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konflik hubungan berdampak negatif terhadap keadilan organisasi namun secara positif memengaruhi persepsi politik organisasi. Selain itu, persepsi politik organisasi berdampak negatif pada keadilan organisasi dan memediasi hubungan antara konflik hubungan dan keadilan organisasi, memberikan wawasan yang berguna bagi pengelolaan organisasi di lingkungan pemerintahan.

This research aims to determine and analyze the impact of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior through affective commitment in employees of the Payakumbuh City Transportation Department. This type of research is descriptive causative research. The respondents of this study were 42 people using total sampling techniques. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using SEM with the help of SmartPLS software version 4.0.1. The research findings show that job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on affective commitment. In addition, this study also proves that affective commitment mediates the impact of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior positively and significantly.
