Abstract

This Community Service activity is aimed at socializing motor learning through engklek question educative games at SD Plus Ditawijaya in Palembang City. The implementation of community service activities is divided into three stages, including: 1) planning, 2) implementation and 3) evaluation. The planning stage was carried out to see the condition of SD Plus Ditawijaya in Palembang City, how the students' activities were while participating in teaching and learning activities, besides that it also checked the readiness of the engklek questions educative game as a medium for learning. At the implementation stage the entire community service team became resource persons. This stage is carried out through a series of socialization events. The evaluation stage aims to see the results of increasing the knowledge of teachers and students learning motor skills through engklek question educational games. Retrieval of data through observation using observation guidelines carried out for 2 days. The subjects consisted of physical education teachers and SD Plus Ditawijaya students with a total of 20 people. The result of this community service activity is that there is an increase in knowledge about motor learning through educational games engklek questions by 40% (8 people) including the high category and 60% (12 people) including the medium category. The hope is that the engklek questions educational game will be an alternative choice for teachers in motor learning activities at school.

Abstract

The purpose of community service socialization of sports pedagogy through sensory balance board educational games at SLB Negeri Pembina Palembang is one of the efforts to increase understanding of sports pedagogy in the community. Community service activities are carried out in three stages, namely 1) planning, 2) implementation and 3) evaluation. Data collection through observation while data analysis techniques using quantitative analysis. Subjects amounted to 17 people. The results of community service show that there is an increase in understanding by 100% (17 people). Another thing that was revealed was that students showed a desire to learn, were active during the game, were happy and cheerful. Sensory balance board educational games are an alternative choice of sports pedagogy games that can be utilized by the community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the profile of basic motion skills and motor development of early childhood aged 4-6 years. This study will focus on collecting data related to basic early childhood movement skills, taking into account various aspects that affect motor development. Research using descriptive quantitative methods. The population in this study were children who were at the age of 4-6 years in kindergarten (TK) in the city of Palembang. The sample used a random sampling technique with a total of 60 children. Collection using tests, observations, and interviews. The research instrument used the Test of Gross Motor Development-2. Data analysis uses quantitative analysis and descriptive analysis. The results showed that TK Negeri 4 Pembina had the highest average score in the category of very good 31.25% and good 37.92%, showing good motor skills in the majority of children. TK Harapan Bangsa 3 recorded the highest score in The Good category of 45.42% but low in the very good category of 25.83%. TK Gita Wijaya has the highest score in the category of enough 25.00% and less than 5.00%, indicating the need for more attention to the development of children's motor skills. Research in three kindergartens in Palembang shows the majority of children have good motor skills, especially in skills such as balanced walking and sprinting.Further research suggestions could be to put together structured exercise programs and training for educators to optimally improve children's motor skills.

Abstract

  This study aims to develop the Movekids Flashcard as a learning medium to enhance physical literacy among third-grade elementary school students. The research follows the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The study involved 18 third-grade students from SD Negeri Talang Giring in the small-scale trial phase and 46 students from SD Negeri Bunga Sekoti and SD Negeri Kotanegara in the large-scale trial phase. Expert judgment in this study consisted of three experts: one learning media expert, one motor learning expert, and one physical educator. The content validity of the learning media was assessed using the Content Validity Index (CVI) and Content Validity Ratio (CVR), yielding a CVI score of 3.83 and a CVR score of 0.25. These results indicate a high level of content validity, allowing the study to proceed to the field trial phase. The findings suggest that the Movekids Flashcard effectively enhances students' physical literacy and can serve as an innovative learning medium in elementary school physical education.

Abstract

The research was conducted because of the need for a recovery model that can be used by hockey athletes. Research and development was conducted to produce a product in the form of a Recovery model for Hockey athletes based on Propioceptive Neuromuschular Facilitation (PNF). The research was conducted using the research and development method of the Borg and Gall model. Research data were collected using a validation questionnaire, an attractiveness questionnaire, and documentation. Data analysis of research results using Content Validity Index and Content Validity Ratio techniques. The results of the study are recovery model products for hockey athletes based on Propioceptive Neuromuschular Facilitation (PNF) developed according to ten steps from the Borg and Gall model, namely research and information collection, planning, develop preliminary form of product, preliminary field testing, main product revision, main field testing, operational product revision, operational field testing, final product revision, and dissemination and implementation. The recovery model product for hockey athletes based on Propioceptive Neuromuschular Facilitation (PNF) shows the average value generated is 0.64 with the interpretation of high validity so that it is feasible and effective to use in the recovery activities of Hockey athletes. The recovery model product for hockey athletes based on Propioceptive Neuromuschular Facilitation (PNF) developed is very attractive to users with a percentage of attractiveness of 87.33% so it is possible that users will use the developed product in recovery activities.

Abstract

Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler olahraga memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kesehatan fisik, mental, serta keterampilan sosial peserta didik. Faktor internal dan eksternal mempengaruhi minat dan motivasi siswa dalam memilih ektrakurikuler. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor internal minat, kepuasan diri, self-efficacy dan faktor eksternal dukungan sosial, lingkungan sekolah terhadap minat dan motivasi siswa dalam mengikuti ekstrakurikuler olahraga. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode mix methods dengan desain concurrent embedded, di mana data kuantitatif dikumpulkan terlebih dahulu menggunakan angket, kemudian diperkuat dengan data kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 20 peserta didik di SD Negeri 2 Selat Penuguan, Kabupaten Banyuasin. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas siswa memiliki motivasi yang baik dalam mengikuti ekstrakurikuler olahraga. Kendala utama ditemukan, meliputi kurangnya dukungan orang tua, keterbatasan fasilitas, serta benturan dengan jadwal akademik. Solusi yang diusulkan meliputi peningkatan dukungan orang tua, penyediaan fasilitas yang lebih memadai, serta variasi pilihan olahraga sesuai minat siswa. Simpulan faktor internal dan eksternal berperan signifikan dalam membentuk minat dan motivasi siswa. Kolaborasi antara sekolah, orang tua, dan lingkungan sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi siswa dalam ekstrakurikuler olahraga.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to evaluate the management of the Sport Massage Laboratory at Universitas Bina Darma using the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product). The evaluation was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that, in terms of context, the existence of the laboratory is highly relevant and aligned with the vision of the study program as well as the needs of the community. Regarding input, the laboratory is equipped with facilities and support staff, but there are still shortcomings in human resource management and information systems. The laboratory’s activities are running fairly well; however, the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) is not yet optimal. In terms of product, the laboratory has provided tangible benefits for students, lecturers, and the general public, although there is no systematic evaluation of service outcomes in place. Overall, the laboratory management is running fairly well but requires improvements in several aspects. Therefore, it is recommended to enhance staff competence through training, develop a more organized management system, conduct regular service evaluations, and increase promotion efforts to make the laboratory more recognized and utilized optimally. Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model permainan panjat tebing untuk anak tunagrahita ringan melalui kegiatan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) bersama ahli pendidikan khusus, terapis okupasi, dan pelatih panjat tebing. dan juga melibiatkan mahasiswa. Hasil FGD menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas panjat tebing memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan motorik kasar, koordinasi, keseimbangan, perhatian, serta kemampuan mengikuti instruksi pada anak tunagrahita. Para ahli menekankan pentingnya permainan yang sederhana, aman, bertahap, dan menyenangkan. Selain itu, desain pegangan panjat (climbing grips) berkarakter hewan, buah, sayur-sayuran, dan alfabet dinilai efektif sebagai media stimulasi multisensoris karena mendukung visual, taktil, kognitif, dan motivasi anak. Integrasi model permainan dan desain grip karakter diharapkan memberikan manfaat fisik, kognitif, dan adaptif sebagai upaya meningkatkan perkembangan anak tunagrahita ringan dalam lingkungan yang inklusif.
