Abstract

Wijen merupakan salah satu tumbuhan berpotensial karena menghasilkan minyak yang berguna dalam sektor industri. Identifikasi kualitas dalam tanaman wijen ditentukan dengan warna cangkang biji wijen. Sehingga perlu dilakukan persilangan benih wijen untuk menghasilkan wijen dengan kualitas baik. Hasil dari persilangan tersebut menghasilkan warna biji wijen yang beragam dan hampir mirip sehingga perlu dilakukan pengelompokan berdasarkan kedekatan warna. Beberapa penelitian terdahulu telah mengelompokan wijen secara kualitatif dengan pengamatan langsung dan kuantitatif menggunakan metode tertentu. Penelitian metode sebelumnya menggunakan 3 metode kuantitatif yaitu IWOKM, PSO-K-Means dan GA-KMEANS. Pada penelitian tersebut menggunakan data hasil pengukuran dengan alat chromameter yang menghasilkan data dengan atribut L* a* b*. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan data serupa dengan mengusulkan metode lain yaitu ACOKHM yang merupakan gabungan metode clustering (K-Harmonic Means) dan optimasi (Ant Colony Optimization). Hasil pengelompokan metode ACOKHM akan dibandingkan dengan metode terdahulu. Berdasarkan hasil pengelompokan penelitian ini akan diuji nilai fitness dan nilai kekompakan menunjukkan bahwa metode ACOKHM memiliki performa yang baik dengan nilai fitness yang mencapai 10,16899 dan nilai kekompakan kelompok mencapai 0,770765. Hasil pengelompokan data wijen juga mirip dengan penelitian sebelumnya dengan C1 : C2 adalah 233 : 58. Sehingga metode pada penelitian ini cocok dan memiliki performa yang baik dalam mengelompokan data wijen.

Abstract

Scheduling in the world of education is important due to the presence of a schedule so lessons can be run well. One example is the scheduling moving class, where it is a scheduling system for teaching and learning is characterized by students who came to guru processed. Process for preparing the schedule moving class is applied in SMA Negeri 1 Turatea that are still in the process of scheduling with the manual way which causes a lot of obstacles because of the scheduling process takes a long time and the results have not been definitely accurate. One of the optimization method that is suitable for this problem is through genetic algorithm approach. With the application of genetic algorithm to be performed the best solutions by using search operators (crossover (one-cut-point), mutations (reciprocal exchange mutation), selection (elitism) and evaluation). The best solution will be measured from the value of fitnessnya. In this study, there are 35 teachers who taught in 18 subjects in 12 classrooms. From these data will be made of chromosomes based on code teacher. From the test results that obtained the best results with the highest fitness value on the amount of population 100, crossover rate 0.4, mutation rate of 0.4, and the number of generations of 80. The end result of that is the best chromosome that produces the highest fitness value of scheduling. By applying genetic algorithms are expected to generate an optimized scheduling solution. Abstract

Poklahsar Berkah Lumintu is a Small and Medium Business (SME) located in Gondosuli Village, Gondang District, Tulungagung Regency. As a minapolitan area with the main results of Catfish and Patin Fish. SMEs are producing various kinds of processed fish-based meals by utilizing every part of the fish. The best selling products sold on this SME namely catfish abon, Tuna abon , Patin fish abon, and Salmon abon. It Have been Proved that the abon sales is increased from year to year. In 2011 sales of catfish abon were 6336 packs, and experienced a significant increase in 2015 of 41,000 packs. Determination of the amount of abon production is done only according to the owner's estimate that is subjective only, so often there is excess stock abon.Untuk able to overcome these problems, it needs an analysis based on sales data so as to minimize the remaining stock abon.At the right amount of production can increase the profit industry . Optimization is needed to maximize profits with certain time, materials, and capital in accordance with the limitations that have been set. Optimization of increased production abon in this study using genetic algorithm. After the implementation and research, the best result is 50 with population size = 100, generation size = 90, cr = 0.8, and mr = 0.2

Abstract

Tumor is one type of cell that grows by the speed of irregular and not having a useful function for the human body. A tumor can be categorized into two types of a malignant tumor (cancer) and a benign tumor.Benign tumor different from a malignant tumor that may lead to death by those with, some cases benign tumor that growing on certain vital parts that indirectly can disrupt vital organs, a lack of knowledge to knowing kind of benign tumor often makes hard to perform the act of treating a tumor suffered due to a kind of benign tumor of which various by symptoms and the characteristics of that is almost the same, also required special knowledge to recognize and how to deal with the tumor with To research this problems are addressed by making a system with an implement a method of dempster-shafer aimed at to diagnose the types of benign tumor suffered by man , hopefully this system is expected to help users in diagnosing kinds of tumors benign. After doing some test the result ended on 80% accuraccy points, thats mean that this systems are able to help user to detect the kind of benign tumor

Abstract

Badminton Activity Unit Universitas Brawijaya is a unit that accommodates students who have interest and talent of badminton sport. It also has to hold selection for badminton athletes who enter through the scholarship path. Those athletes who pass the selection will be the candidates with the athletes in the unit into a team as the representatives of Universitas Brawijaya in certain competition. In selecting process, the candidates need to pass variety of criteria of qualificationt, they are the power of punch, physical stability, movement agility, speed, offense, defense, and readiness. Selection will be conducted using Fuzzy tsukamoto and AHP-SAW method. The Fuzzy Tsukamoto method is used to calculate the number of exercises a player should follow, then the number of these exercises will be used to get the player's readiness score. While the AHP-SAW method is used to determine the weight of each category of matches and the player's rank. The player who has the highest ranking will be selected to be the player candidate in the team. After implementation and testing, the result of single men category correlation is 0.839753, single women is 0.75736, men's double is 0.99079, female double is 0.98921, male tiriple is 0.99886, and triple women is 0.989426. From these results it can be concluded that the results of program and coach decisions are in line and have a positive correlation value and very strong.

Abstract

The water level is less than ideal can lead to a lack of free areas and the lack of oxygen in the water that results in unhealthy and dying fish and damage plant roots. In addition to the pool water at open area also affected by the rain water can cause the water in the pond overflowed, the water becomes acid can also lead to impaired fish health. Based on the issue of his height control system of water on fish farming and plant yumina-bumina using fuzzy method of takagi-sugeno. This research uses 2 parameter i.e. altitude and rainfall as input that is controlled by the arduino and gives the output form control pumps to fill, reduce or replace the pool water. To define the output method using fuzzy takagi-sugeno. At the end of the study it can be concluded the system is able to control the height of the water in accordance with the initial draft.

Abstract

The Informatics Engineering Programme in Brawijaya University has 5 (five) interests that should be taken by each students in their course period. Considering the importance of this interests to students' academic process which later will affect their final project until their graduation, therefore students are expected to choose their insterests based on their attentiveness and ability. Based on the Faculty of Computer Science Handbook Universitas Brawijaya 2016, there are 5 (five) interests existing in Informatics Programme, namely Software Engineering, Smart Computing, Mobile devices, Computer Networks and Games. In order for students to choose the right interest then they need a recommendation system for students so that students can choose interest that suites their talent, desire and scores of courses that have been taken. By implementing K-Nearest Neighbor method which aims to give recommendation of interests based on attribute of compulsory courses scores. Testing is done by comparing the results of the interests that has been verified by campus' academic with the results of the system. From the test of data train as much as 30 data of students which have chosen their interests hence gotten the result of accuracy as much 76.66% to trainned data with the most optimal K value, the K value 10, therefore can be concluded this recommendation of interest system can help student give recommendation of interest which will be chosen.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with a very strategic geographical location, it is very beneficial for citizens because almost all plants can be planted in Indonesia. Especially the food crop. Food crops are plants that are very important for the role of living creatures, especially humans. Among the food crops are rice, corn, peanuts, soybeans, these four plants have a very important role for national food security. In every region in Indonesia have different types of soil and certainly the fit for different crops as well. From four food crops namely rice, corn, peanuts and soybeans. (Cm), peat thickness (cm), ph h2o, salinity (dS / m), alkalinity% of the soil,, Depth of sulfidation (cm), slope (%). Of the 12 criteria that will be matched with existing soil conditions klaten. By matching the suitability of the land based on these criteria it will be easier for farmers in determining what food crops are suitable for the area so then the agricultural output will be increased. ELECTRE and TOPSIS method is a multicriteria decision-making analysis method, ELECTRE is based on the concept of outrangking by using pairwise comparison of alternatives based on each appropriate criteria. In this study why use the ELECTRE method because the electre method is very suitable for use in cases that have many criteria and alternatives. The accuracy is 85.714% using 28 data.

Abstract

Perdana Group is a taxi service provider that have launched a mobile application for online taxi booking in an attempt to compete with its competitor. The Perdana Taxi application was created with interface for taxi users dan drivers to ease the process of ordering taxi service. However the usability of both application interfaces itself have not been measured, therefore an usability evaluation was needed in order to measure the usefulness of the applications. The evaluation was also aimed to search for any usability problem in the applications. WEBUSE method was used to measure the usability level of both applications from their users, and search for any existing difficulties faced by their users by using the task scenario and a questionnaire which summarized from four usability variables. In order to explore the usability problems experienced by the users, an analysis was conducted based on questionnaire, testing, and evaluation results. Heuristic evaluation was also conducted to support the WEBUSE result and further dig through usability problems in the applications by using Nielsen heuristic by appointed evaluators. Result shows that overall, both application interfacess have “GOOD” usability level even though there are some problem related to content, button and in application navigation. Some heuristic principal was also violated on both applications that most related to error prevention. Usability problems found on both evaluation then was given improvement recomendations to increase the usability level.

Abstract

The main task of a lecturer is to produce quality human resources and solve problems that exist in the wider community through research, dedication, and so forth. Competence owned by a lecturer determines the quality of the implementation of the college tridharma. So it is necessary to evaluate the academic performance of lecturers conducted periodically by the quality assurance team. Evaluation of academic performance of lecturers aims to maintain the quality of institutions, facilitate the decision-making, and provide appropriate treatment for improving the quality of lecturers. Each lecturer can have different competencies with each other. Therefore, there needs to be a grouping of data related to the academic performance of lecturers optimally. In this research, a lecturer clustering system will be built based on academic performance using k-means clustering method. Given that the method has the disadvantage of often getting different clusters because the initialization of the centroid is done randomly, therefore there is a need for centroid optimization on the k-means algorithm. The parallel genetic algorithm can be used to optimize the cluster center on the k-means algorithm. The result of clustering shows that cluster center optimization using parallel genetic algorithm get better result than only k-means method.
