Abstract

Hypertension is one of the most common non-communicable diseases (NCDs) whose prevalence continues to increase and has become a leading cause of death in Indonesia. To address this issue, the government, through BPJS Kesehatan, launched the Chronic Disease Management Program (Prolanis), which is implemented in first-level health facilities, such as health centers. The success of this program depends greatly on patient satisfaction with the services provided. This study aims to identify factors associated with the satisfaction of patients with hypertension who use Prolanis services at the Pulau Panggung Health Center. A quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design was applied, involving 131 hypertensive patients registered as Prolanis participants. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire that referenced the five dimensions of service quality outlined in the SERVQUAL model: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles. Data were analyzed using the chi-square test to examine the relationship between service quality dimensions and patient satisfaction. The findings revealed that all five dimensions of service quality had a significant association with patient satisfaction (p≤0.05). Among them, the tangible evidence dimension was identified as the most dominant factor influencing satisfaction. In conclusion, Prolanis' service quality plays a crucial role in determining patient satisfaction. Therefore, improving the quality of services, particularly in tangible aspects such as facility cleanliness, comfort, availability of medical equipment, completeness of infrastructure, and the professional appearance of healthcare workers, is expected to enhance the effectiveness of Prolanis implementation at health centers.

Abstract

Background & Objective: Gouty arthritis is a condition that occurs when uric acid levels in the blood exceed normal limits, characterized by prolonged pain and impaired daily activities. Based on data at the Gedong Tataan Health Center, there were 26 elderly people with Gout Arthritis who experienced joint pain. Pain in patients with Gout Arthritis can be treated through pharmacological therapy, such as the administration of drugs, and non-pharmacological therapy, such as active range of motion exercises. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of active Range Of Motion exercises on the Gout Arthritis pain scale in the elderly in the Gedong Tataan Health Center Working Area. Method: Quantitative research method with quasy experiment type and pretest posttest control design approach. The population of this study was 26 elderly people while the sample used by the total sampling technique was divided into 2 groups, consisting of 13 intervention groups, and 13 control groups. The research instrument used SOP Range Of Motion and pain scale measurements, the data analysis test used in this study used Mann-Whitney. Result: The results of the study obtained a p-value of 0.004, meaning that there is an effectiveness of active Range Of Motion exercises on the Gout Arthritis pain scale in the elderly in the Gedong Tataan Health Center Working Area. Conclusion: It is hoped that this intervention can be applied at the health center in overcoming pain complaints in the elderly suffering from Gout Arthritis.

Abstract

Rumah sakit merupakan salah satu pemberi pelayanan kesehatan yang wajib memberikan pelayanan yang berorientasi keselamatan pasien. Keselamatan  pasien  (patient  safety)  menjadi  landasan  kualitas  pelayanan  kesehatan  dan prioritas  utama  dalam  memberikan  pelayanan  kesehatan  diseluruh  dunia,  sehingga  menjadi komponen  penting  dari  mutu  pelayanan  kesehatan  itu  sendiri. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui stimulus faktor yang mampu mengotimalkan pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien. Metode : Literatur review denngan menggunakan 18 jurnal penelitian dari data base ProQuest dan Google Scholar. Hasil : Hasil tinjauan literatur diperoleh beberapa stimulus faktor yang berhubungan dengan pengoptimalan penerapan patient safety yaitu Penggunaan tehnologi informasi, peningkatan pengetahuan dan pelatihan, umpan balik positif, pengaturan beban kerja perawat, pengotimalan peran keluarga dalam proses pelayanan, peran pimpinan dalam penentuan kebijakan terkait patien safety, peranan budaya keselamatan pasien. Kesimpulan : Pengoptimalan pelaksanaan pelayanan yang berbasis keselamatan pasien dapat diupayakan dengan beberapa stimulus proses. Menurut Roy Adaptasi Model Stimulus tersebut akan diproses sebagai perilaku adaptasi sehingga menghasilkan output tindakan yang adaptif. Saran: stimulus factor yang dapat mengoptimalkan patient safety dalam pelayanan perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mendapatkan data yang lebih obyektif menggunakan pelatihan secara langsung , sehingga peran dari stimulus tersebut terbukti secara lebih valid. Hasil tinjauan literatur ini juga menyoroti peranan dari manajemen untuk membuat peraturan yang dapat mendukung iklim keselamatan pasien di lingkungan pelayanan keperawatan.
