Abstract

Strengthening education has the aim of improving the quality of human resources in an area. Based on the observations made, several cases of delay in reading ability have been found in the category of high grade elementary school children. With these problems, we provide a solution by holding the "Bengkid Study Rolling" program. This community service activity aims to improve the quality of human resources, especially in reading skills. The obstacles experienced by children on average are difficulty reading syllables and consonants, the method of reading without spelling is one of the effective reading solutions and according to children's needs because learning is designed in a fun way but still firm and straightforward in learning.

Abstract

Purchasing decisions in determining or choosing the type of product to buy are certainly not something that just happens in a relatively short time. Before consumers decide to buy a product, consumers will also consider several things that can influence purchasing decisions, for example service quality, price, promotions, and so on. This research aims to determine the quality of service, prices and promotions on ticket purchasing decisions on the Access By KAI application at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop 9 Jember Probolinggo Station in February 2024 is the population of the study. The sampling technique used in this research is nonprobability sampling in the form of purposive sampling. Data collection uses documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis uses quantitative analysis with validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear analysis test, coefficient of determination (R2), t test (partial) and dominant test using the IBM SPSS application v.23.0. The results of testing service quality, price and promotion partially have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the partial, simultaneous and dominant influence of training, competency and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. ΚΑΙ (Persero) Daop 9 Jember Probolinggo Station. The population of this research is employees of PT. ΚΑΙ (Persero) Daop 9 Jember Probolinggo Station. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Apart from that, this research used a sample of 39 respondents with a sampling method, namely saturated sampling. This type of research is causal associative. Data processing in this research uses SPSS version 22. Data analysis methods include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing and dominance testing. The results of this research show that training (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a t-test value of 3,325 and is at a significance of 0,002, competency (X2) has a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y) with a t-test value of 3,485 and is at a significance of 0,001 and organizational culture (X3) has a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y) with a t test value of 2,442 and is at a significance of 0,020. The results of statistical analysis obtained an Fcount value of 17,462 > 2,87 and a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05. So there is a joint influence of the training variables (X1), competency (X2) and organizational culture (X3) on employee performance at PT. KAI (Persero) Daop 9 Jember Probolinggo Station. And the competency variable has a dominant influence with a standardized beta coefficient value of 0.434.

Abstract

The role of a leader in a company is to be the main figure who controls the successful performance of a company. Competition is getting tighter day by day so companies are required to have strategies to improve employee performance, one of which is at the BeeJay Bakau Resort Tourist Destination, Probolinggo City. This research aims to determine whether or not there is a relationship between Leadership, Training and Career Development on Employee Performance, either simultaneously, partially or dominantly. The method used in this research is quantitative with a sample size of 38 respondents, all employees at the BeeJay Bakau Resort Tourism Destination, Probolinggo City. The results of this research are the first to show that there is a significant simultaneous influence between Leadership, Training and Career Development variables on Employee Performance at the BeeJay Bakau Resort Tourism Destination, Probolinggo City. Second, there is a partially significant influence between the Leadership, Training and Career Development variables on Employee Performance at the BeeJay Bakau Resort Tourism Destination, Probolinggo City. And third, the Leadership variable has a dominant influence on Employee Performance at the BeeJay Bakau ResortTourism Destination, Probolinggo City.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Rocket Chicken Cokroaminoto, Probolinggo City, which aims to determine the impact of social class, lifestyle and product quality on purchasing decisions at Rocket Chicken Cokroaminoto, Probolinggo City. Population used by consumers who made purchases in October 2023 at Rocket Chicken Cokroaminoto, Probolinggo City. The sample in this study used a simple random sampling technique, totaling 80 Rocket Chicken Cokroaminoto consumers, Probolinggo City. The data analysis technique used is SPSS (statistical package for the social sciences) through multiple linear analysis calculation tools. The results of this research show: (1) Social class, lifestyle and product quality variables have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, (2) Product quality variables have a dominant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine "The influence of service quality, product quality and price on consumer satisfaction with Adidas products among Panca Marga University students who use Shopee." The type of research used in this research is a type of quantitative research that produces discoveries that can be achieved (obtained) using statistical procedures or other methods with measurement quantification. The data collection method in this research used interviews, documentation and questionnaires which were distributed to 100 respondents. The analysis in this research uses SPSS. The results of this research show that service quality has an influence on consumer satisfaction, but it is not significant, product quality and price have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian tindakan ini adalah: mengetahui peningkatan motivasi Dan hasil belajar matematika setelah diterapkannya model pembelajaran Number Head Together pada siswa Kelas V SD Negeri 2 Srimulyo. Ingin mengetahui model pembelajaran Number Head Together dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa terhadap materi pelajaran matematika setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran Number Head Together pada siswa Kelas V SD Negeri 2 Srimulyo. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research) sebanyak tiga siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu: rancangan, kegiatan dan pengamatan, refleksi, dan refisi. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas V SD Negeri 2 Srimulyo. Data yang diperoleh berupa hasil tes akhir siklus, lembar observasi kegiatan belajar mengajar. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I sampai siklus III yaitu, (50,00%) atau ada 7 siswa yang telah tuntas dengan nilai tertinggi 80 dan terendah 48. Pada siklus II siswa yang telah tuntas sebesar (71,43%) atau 10 siswa dengan nilai tertinggi 85 dan terendah 55. Pada siklus III siswa yang tuntas sebesar (92,86%) atau ada 13 siswa dengan nilai tertinggi 98 dan terendah 63. sedangkan nilai rata-rata kelas diperoleh siklus I (65,21), siklus II (74,43) dan siklus III (80,00). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa model pembelajaran Number Head Together dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan tourism experience, harga tiket, dan citra destinasi terhadap revisit intention di Lava Hill Resort Bromo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif assosiatif kausal. Variabel penelitian yang digunakan tourism experience, harga tiket, citra destinasi dan revisit intention di Lava Hill Resort Bromo dengan jumlah sampel 70 responden. Penentuan sampel menggunakan jenis Nonprobability Sampling dengan teknik Accidental Sampling. Dalam membuktikan dan menganalisis hal tersebut, maka digunakan uji validilitas dan uji realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi (R square), pengujian hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial tourism experience berpengaruh terhadap revisit intention dengan thitung sebesar -4,535 > ttabel 1,997 dengan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05, harga tiket berpengaruh terhadap revisit intention dengan nilai thitung 5,096 > ttabel 1,997, dan citra destinasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap revisit intention dengan nilai thitung 0,987 < ttabel 1,997dengan sig 0,327 < 0,05. Secara simultan tourism experience, harga tiket, dan citra destinasi parsial berpengaruh terhadap revisit intention dengan nilai fhitung 24,676 > ftabel 2,744.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana harga, kualitas layanan, dan kualitas produk mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen di UD. Probo Sakti Kota Probolinggo. Sebanyak 78 responden dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Strategi pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dan non-probability sampling. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 4.0 yang terdiri dari dua model penilaian, yaitu model pengukuran (outer model) dan model struktural (inner model). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, 1) Pada UD. Probo Sakti Kota Probolinggo, kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. 2) Pada UD. Probo Sakti Kota Probolinggo, kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh besar terhadap keputusan pembelian. 3) Harga berpengaruh besar terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen.

Abstract

Oral corrective feedback (OCF) plays an important role in helping to develop students’ speaking skills in the EFL classroom. In practice, the application of OCF varies depending on teaching style and classroom conditions. This research investigates the types and implementations of OCF by seventh-grade English teachers in a private school, MTs NU Mranggen, in teaching speaking skills. This qualitative single case study used observation and semi-structured interviews. The results showed that teachers used three types of OCF: rephrasing, explicit correction, and request for clarification, with rephrasing being the most frequently used as it allowed teachers to correct errors without interrupting the interaction process. In addition, OCF often appeared at the main activity stage, especially when students interacted with the teacher. Based on the findings, it is suggested that teachers use OCF techniques in a more planned way to improve students’ speaking ability in the EFL classroom.
