Abstract

Entrepreneurial education is a carefully planned process that leads to acquiring entrepreneurial capacity and competence, equipping students with the knowledge, skills, and motivation to drive entrepreneurial success. Many goals are achieved by organizing entrepreneurial education and promoting entrepreneurial orientation. In reality, only a few students choose a career as an entrepreneur, even though they have received an entrepreneurship education. Entrepreneurship orientation is crucial because it shows innovativeness, proactiveness, and risk-taking. This study aimed to examine how entrepreneurship education promotes entrepreneurial orientation. By conducting explanatory research, the researcher intends to investigate entrepreneurship education's effect on medical students' entrepreneurial orientation. The research was conducted on medical students who took the entrepreneurial block, with the number of respondents as many as 113 students, where data collection was conducted with questionnaires. The results were obtained that entrepreneurial education can promote entrepreneurial orientation in medical students. Entrepreneurs who have an entrepreneurial orientation will be able to identify new opportunities, create tangible and intangible resources for innovation, and opportunities to launch innovative products. It must be supported by entrepreneurship education in which the quality of the application of standards, curriculum, and learning methods can promote student entrepreneurial orientation and assess entrepreneurial activities.

Abstract

  Program Wirausaha Merdeka “Smart Entrepreneurship” merupakan Program Wirausaha Merdeka Angkatan 2 Tahun 2023 UMSU.  Dalam program ini, terdapat 3 tahap yang harus diikuti oleh mahasiswa peserta, yaitu pre immersion, immersion dan post immersion.  Pada tahap immersion, mahasiswa melakukan entrepreneurial practical di lokasi UKM mitra.  Dalam kegiatan entrepreneurial practical pada tahap immersion, mahasiswa belajar proses bisnis secara langsung pada mentor (pemilik ukm/ manajer ukm), Menyusun proposal bisnis dan melakukan prototyping produk, dengan didampingi oleh DPL dan mentor. Entrepreneurial Practical bertujuan untuk meningkatkan dan mengembangkan minat kewirausahaan mahasiswa, serta memicu aktivitas kewirausahaan. Kegiatan yang dilakukan berupa persiapan (bimbingan teknis dan penyamaan persepsi DPL, mentor dan mahasiswa, pelaksanaan entrepreneurial practical (DPL, mentor dan mahasiswa) dan monitoring dan evaluasi (DPL, mentor mahasiswa dan tim pengelola program).  Kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan dan mengembangkan minat kewirausahaan mahasiswa, memicu aktivitas kewirausahaan dan menciptakan usaha-usaha baru.  Kegiatan pendampingan ini dinyatakan berhasil karena mampu menciptakan 30 prototyping produk yang sudah diuji pasar dan divalidasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis determinan dari Intensi Mahasiswa dalam menggunakan teknologi digital dalam mendukung pembelajaran. data penelitian dikumpulkan dari mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara, dengan menggunakan angket yang disebarkan dengan bantuan google form, dan menghasilkan 248 jawaban yang valid. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital mempengaruhi perceived ease of use dan perceived usefulness, namun literasi digital tidak mempengaruhi Intensi Mahasiswa dalam menggunakan teknologi digital dalam mendukung pembelajaran. Di samping itu, analisis data mengungkapkan bahwa Intensi Mahasiswa dalam menggunakan teknologi digital dalam mendukung pembelajaran dipengaruhi oleh Perceived ease of use dan Perceived usefulness. Sementara hasil uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa Perceived ease of use dan Perceived usefulness berperan dalam memediasi hubungan antara literasi digital dan Intensi Mahasiswa dalam menggunakan teknologi digital dalam mendukung pembelajaran. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa digital literasi harus dikembangkan agar mampu menumbuhkan Intensi Mahasiswa dalam menggunakan teknologi digital dalam mendukung pembelajaran, dan didukung oleh Perceived ease of use dan Perceived usefulness

Abstract

Today's technological advances have made many smartphone companies try to be at the forefront in order to attract buying interest from potential consumers. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of review content and product quality on buying interest in Samsung series z smartphone products through trust in the buying interest of generation z consumers. The population in this study is all Medan city residents who use Samsung series z products. The sample in this study used a quota sampling of 100 people. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique in this research uses a quantitative approach using statistical analysis using Auter Model Analysis, Inner Model Analysis and Hypothesis Testing. Data processing in this research uses the PLS (Partial Least Square) software program. The results of this research prove that directly review content, product quality and trust have a significant effect on buying interest, review content and product quality have a significant effect on trust and indirectly review content and product quality have a significant effect on buying interest through trust in the people of Medan city.

Abstract

Minuman herbal merupakan warisan budaya yang di ajarkan oleh orang tua terdahulu yang sangat bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan kekebalan tubuh. Hingga saat ini masih banyak masyarakat yang memilih mengkonsumsi minuman herbal dikarenakan bersumber dari bahan yang alami sehingga tidak menyebabkan efek samping dan reaksi berbehaya terhadap tubuh. Mitra pada perogram pengabdian masyarakat merupakan pengerajin minuman herbal hingga dikenal kota Kisaran Sumatera Utara. Mitra memproduksi minuman herbal yang berbahan utama jahe untuk di jual kepada masyarakat sekitar. Semakin hari, permintaan minuman herbal yang di produksi mitra semakin meningkat dan mitra merasa sulit untuk memenuhi permintan karena minimnya alat produksi dan masih dikerjakan secara manual. Dengan memberikan mesin-mesin produksi, permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra saat ini dapat teratasi. Produksi minuman herbal yang di awal hanya mampu memproduksi 20 kg/hari, kini dengan menggunakan mesin penggiling basah, mesin pengaduk otomatis, dan mesin penggiling kering produksi minuman herbal meningkat 90% yaitu sekitar 180 kg/hari

Abstract

Mahasiswa yang terjun ke dunia bisnis perlu memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang aspek manajerial, termasuk perencanaan bisnis, Business Model Canvas, pemasaran digital, manajemen keuangan, serta perizinan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendampingan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi mereka melalui pelatihan. Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk memperkuat pemahaman mahasiswa dalam mengelola bisnis secara efektif. Pendekatan yang diterapkan dalam pelatihan meliputi perencanaan kegiatan, pelatihan penyusunan Business Model Canvas dan rencana bisnis, pelatihan pemasaran digital, manajemen keuangan, perizinan, serta evaluasi hasil kegiatan. Setelah mengikuti program ini, mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara mampu menyusun rencana bisnis, laporan keuangan, serta strategi pemasaran digital yang lebih baik. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa pelatihan memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan kewirausahaan mahasiswa.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi saat ini sangat mempengaruhi bisnis para pelaku usaha, termasuk salah satunya kemajuan sosial media Instagram. Selama ini ketidaktahuan para pelaku usaha yang hanya memanfaatkan instagram sebagai media sosial untuk memposting konten produk berupa foto dan video. Pelaku usaha hanya melayani konsumen dari direct message dan kolom komentar saja tanpa mengintegrasikan ataupun menghubungkan konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian secara langsung melalui website, e-commerce, ataupun dari akun instagram itu sendiri. Para pelaku usaha masih enggan menggunakan instagram shopping karena adanya peraturan instagram yang mewajibkan para pelaku usaha tersebut harus memiliki website terlebih dahulu. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan maksud memberikan pendampingan tentang pentingnya memiliki saluran pemasaran yang terintegrasi, pembuatan akun instagram bisnis dan pembuatan katalog produk online, pembuatan website, setelah itu mendampingi pelaku usaha dalam mengaktifkan dan membuat instagram shopping hingga pelaku usaha tersebut dapat mengakses tokonya pada instagram shopping. Manfaat yang diharapkan dengan adanya sistem saluran pemasaran yang terintegrasi, keuntungan yang akan didapatkan pelaku usaha: Toko, Label Belanja, Toko di Jelajahi, Koleksi, Halaman Detail Produk, Iklan dengan Label Produk. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terbentuknya akun instagram bisnis pelaku usaha, adanya e-katalog, adanya website bisnis pelaku usaha yaitu http://mafazagift.com dan https://sinirasa1.wordpress.com, serta adanya fitur Instagram shopping dari kedua pelaku usaha.

Abstract

This study aims to see and determine the factors of the Compensation System at PT.Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division I North Sumatra. Theapproachused in this research is an associative approach . The number of samples in this study using the slovin formula was 60 employees. Data collection techniques in this study were using interviews (interviews), documentation studies, and questionnaires (questionnaires). The data analysis technique used is factor analysis technique. Processing data in this study using the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) 16 software program for windows. Through factor analysis obtained which determines the compensation system atPT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division I North Sumatra, namely: Factor1 follows the Education Level factor variable. Factor 2 follows the Work Experience factor variable. From the processing of factor analysis, it can be obtained that the most dominant factor determines the compensation system at PT. KeretaApi Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division I North Sumatra is the Education Level factor, where the higher the level of education, the higher the compensation received.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Organizational Culture and Physical Work Environment on employee performance at the Medan Deli Sub-District Office. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The associative approach is an approach where to find out that there is a relationship or influence between the two variables (the independent variable and the dependent variable). The population in this study were employees at the Medan Deli Sub-District Office, amounting to 60 people. The sample used in this study was taken by probability sampling method. In this study, the sample was the entire population of 60 people. The data collection technique used classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of workload on employee performance at the Medan Deli Sub-District Office. Simultaneously there is a significant effect between workload and supervision on employee performance at the Medan Deli Sub-District Office.

Abstract

Skincare is a very important product for the skin, so consumers are very picky in choosing the best quality products according to their skin type. One of the most popular skin care products in Indonesia today is the Ms Glow skin care product. Based on the reviews given by consumers on marketplaces and social media, it was found that there were still many consumers who were not suitable for these skincare products and when compared to the prices of some competitors, MS Glow skincare tended to be more expensive. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of product quality, price and electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions for Ms Glow Skincare. The method used in this research is to use associative and quantitative methods. The number of samples is 98 people using the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques through questionnaires (questionnaire). Analysis of the research data is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that product quality, price and electronic word of mouth simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Ms Glow Skincare. Partially product quality, price and electronic word of mouth have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.
