Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence servicescape and service quality on customer emotion through customer satisfaction at the coffee square. This research is a quantitative approach using the SPSS Statistics 20 program with a total sample of 185 respondents whose people live in Jadebek who have eaten or drank at Alun Alun Coffee by using nonprobability sampling and purposive sampling techniques. The results of this research t test shows that servicescape directly affects customer emotion with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05 and a t value of 3.463> 1.973 so that servicescape is very important for Alun-Alun Coffee. Service quality variables have a direct effect on customer emotion with a significance value of 0.000> 0.05 and a t value of 10.745> 1.973 which means that partially service quality variables have a positive effect on customer emotion at Alun Alun Coffee. Meanwhile, servicescape directly affects customer emotion through customer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.000> 0.05 and a t value of 4.598> 1.973. The benefit of this research for Alun Alun Coffee is as input or evaluation in order to maintain and improve facilities and service quality to compete with other competitors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study aims to investigate and compare prices and service quality on customer satisfaction of XXI Cinemas and CGV Cinemas in the DKI Jakarta province. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method by collecting data using a questionnaire distributed to consumers of XXI Cinemas and CGV Cinemas in the DKI Jakarta province. The research sample consisted of 60 respondents to Cinema XXI and 60 respondents to Cinema CGV. The results of this study indicate that the better the service quality, the more satisfied consumers will be. The results of this study can be a reference for companies that manage XXI Cinemas and CGV Cinemas to continuously improve service quality and apply prices according to the benefits that consumers get. This is expected to increase consumer satisfaction in both cinemas.

Abstract

A product is anything that can be offered to a market for attention, acquisition, use, or consumption that can satisfy a consumer want or need. The problem in this research is to determine purchasing decisions in the shoe industry, especially Compass shoes. For this reason, the method chosen in this research is quantitative with the help of surveys carried out in the data collection process. The results of this research reveal that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence between the product quality variable on the decision to purchase Compass shoes among students in Jakarta, (2) there is a positive and significant influence between the product innovation variable on the decision to purchase Compass shoes among students in Jakarta, (3) there is a positive and significant influence jointly between product quality and product innovation variables on the decision to purchase Compass shoes among students in Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain whether service quality, brand image, and consumer perceptions of pricing, affect consumers' intentions to repurchase Golden Lamian goods. Consumers of these products who responded to a survey were asked for information. The link between the independent factors (brand image, pricing perception, and service quality) and the dependent variable (repurchase intention) was investigated using multiple linear regression analysis. The study's conclusions show that repurchase intention is highly influenced by pricing perception, brand image, and service quality. The management implications of these results can help businesses improve their customer service and marketing plans to win over more customers to Golden Lamian products.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of social media marketing, product quality on purchasing decisions through interest as an intervening in Eldra Pratama stores. This study used validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis tests both partial and simultaneous with the help of the SPSS version 22. A sample of 122 respondents was taken. The study used a quantitative approach with purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires using the Likert scale to measure each statement. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between social media marketing, product quality and purchasing decisions through interest as an intervention in the Eldra Pratama store.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether the quality of e-ticketing, price and attraction affect consumer satisfaction at Dunia Fantasi, North Jakarta. An associative quantitative approach was used, which involved analyzing the relationship between two variables through the distribution of questionnaires to 115 respondents who were consumers who had purchased tickets to Dunia Fantasi North Jakarta. This research includes validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, main testing and hypothesis testing. The sampling method used was non-probability using a purposive sampling method. Researchers processed the data using SPSS 22. The survey distributed by the author was a questionnaire using Google from to 115 respondents online. Based on the hypothesis in the t test, overall e-ticketing quality, price and attraction together have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

The utilization of eggshell waste offers a sustainable solution to reducing the environmental impact of organic waste while providing economic value to local communities. This program aims to develop educational strategies and community empowerment through practical training on processing eggshell waste into value-added products. Implemented using a participatory approach, the activity actively engaged community members in both learning and hands-on practice. The training focused on transforming eggshells into organic fertilizer, handicrafts, and animal feed additives. The event was conducted on October 2, 2025, in Pancoran, South Jakarta, in collaboration with the Family Welfare Movement (PKK) RW 3 as the primary community partner. PKK’s strategic role in fostering community welfare and facilitating information dissemination made them an ideal collaborator for this initiative. The success of the program is reflected in increased community knowledge and skills, strong participant engagement, the emergence of recycling-based entrepreneurial ideas, and strengthened partnerships between the implementation team, PKK RW 3 Pancoran, and the local community.

Abstract

Pendidikan seksual dan kesehatan reproduksi merupakan kebutuhan penting bagi remaja, terutama yang tinggal di panti asuhan dengan akses informasi dan pendampingan orang tua yang terbatas. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran remaja Panti Asuhan Yayasan ABAS Bogor mengenai kesehatan reproduksi melalui program penyuluhan berbasis komunikasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap, yakni persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Metode yang digunakan memadukan ceramah, tanya jawab, serta permainan partisipatif untuk mendorong keterbukaan dan keaktifan peserta. Data evaluasi diperoleh melalui kuesioner kepuasan dan pembelajaran di akhir sesi dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil menunjukkan seluruh aspek kegiatan dinilai dalam kategori baik dan peserta menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi selama diskusi dan permainan. Observasi juga memperlihatkan peningkatan pemahaman mengenai perubahan tubuh, perilaku seksual berisiko, kekerasan seksual, serta jalur pelaporan dan bantuan. Kegiatan ini menawarkan model praktis komunikasi kesehatan partisipatif untuk pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi remaja di panti asuhan.

Abstract

This study examines how adding flavors (vanilla, butterscotch, palm sugar) to espresso‑based beverages affects customer satisfaction at Eighteen Coffee Jakarta. Drawing on a short survey of 50 customers, field observations, brief interviews, and limited recipe trials, we describe perceived taste balance, aroma, and texture as key drivers of satisfaction among 20–35‑year‑old customers. Original Oat Baby Latte (oat milk, butterscotch, vanilla) was favored for its smoothness but considered “too light” by some; Craft Latte Palm Sugar (palm sugar, robusta espresso) pleased those preferring stronger profiles yet was sometimes “too sweet.” A modified Craft Latte (arabica espresso with vanilla and butterscotch) received the most positive responses for balanced sweetness, cleaner aftertaste, and “premium” aroma. We discuss implications for flavor development, recipe standardization, and barista training to improve consistency and loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the function of Kitchen equipment and Kitchen utensils in supporting hot Kitchen operations at Grandkemang Hotel Jakarta. The development of the tourism industry requires hotels to provide high-quality food and beverage services; therefore, the availability and proper utilization of Kitchen equipment are important factors in supporting the food production process. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through direct observation and interviews with Kitchen staff. The findings indicate that adequate and well-functioning Kitchen equipment and Kitchen utensils play a significant role in improving work efficiency, maintaining consistency in food quality, and supporting coordination among Kitchen sections. Furthermore, systematic Kitchen equipment management contributes to the smooth operation of the hot Kitchen and enhances the overall quality of hotel services.
