Sabakota is an electronic Tangerang City Assistance Application System) is an innovation of the Tangerang City Communication and Informatics Service aimed at preventing problems related to the transparency of grant funds and social assistance and providing convenience for grant applicants. The purpose of this study is to describe Sabakota's electronic Public Service Innovation. This research uses qualitative descriptive research. The research focus uses the theory of innovation success factors according to Cook, Mattews and Irwin consisting of Leadership, Management / Organizatin, Risk Management, Human Capital and Technology. The results of this study show that Sabakota's electronic service innovation has been running quite well even though in its implementation there are obstacles. This is evidenced by analysis using innovation success factors, among others. The leadership factor held by the person in charge of Sabakota's service innovation has shown its role, responsibility and commitment well. Management/Organization factors related to policy strategies and network improvement have been well done. The Risk Management factor shows that there are still obstacles in the difficulty of changing the habit of grant applicants to apply toelectronic systems, low digital literacy of the community, as well as obstacles in technical implementation, the Human Capital Factor shows that in terms of the quality of Human Resources has been adequate but still lacking in terms of quantity.

The development of information technology encourages the development of the Smart City model in various major cities in Indonesia. The city of Tangerang is trying to develop the Smart City through various programs that are starting to be developed by the Tangerang City Government. The Smart City concept promoted by the City of Tangerang is Tangerang LIVE. This concept has been launched since December 2013 and was implemented in 2014. This study aims to determine how the City Government realizes the concept of Smart City in Tangerang City and the obstacles that arise in it. implementation of programs from the Smart City Concept in Tangerang City. This research was conducted using a qualitative method with a focus on the Tangerang City Information and Communication Office as the main data source. The results showed that the strategy and implementation carried out by the Office of Communication and Information Technology was implemented based on Perwal no. 2 of 2016 which is guided by the RPJMD which has been compiled to support the concept of Smart City which is wrapped through Tangerang LIVE, but in the implementation of this Smart City it cannot be said to be optimal due to the lack of socialization carried out by the Communication and Informatics Office and the lack of awareness and readiness of SKPD and community to run programs from the Smart City so that it can hinder the implementation process of the Smart City

This study aims to determine the evaluation of village fund management in accordance with PMK NO. 7 of 2016 especially in the field of facilities such as infrastructure development and also pre-facilities such as empowering rural communities. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method in Kedaung Barat Village, East Sepatan District, Tangerang Regency, with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation of relevant sources, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the use of village funds had prioritized to finance the implementation of local village-scale programs and activities in the field of village development and village community empowerment. However, there are several programs or policies on the use of village funds that are considered less than optimal if analyzed based on the theoretical indicators that the author uses, such as the leveling indicators, which are still not optimal.

Adanya sebuah teknologi masyarakat diberi kemudahan dalam berbagai hal yang menjadi kebutuhan sehari-hari. Teknologi ini tidak hanya memberikkan dampak yang besar bagi individu, tetapi juga memberikan dampak yang besar bagi masyarakat luas. Smart city dirancang oleh Pemerintah Kota Tangerang sebagai salah satu cara untuk perbaikan wilayah dari segala aspek, termasuk pelayanan. Perkembangan teknologi informasi tidak hanya sebagai penunjang smart city, tetapi juga bisa sebagai Big data atau hal-hal lain berhubungan dengan digitalisasi. Penelitian ini dirancang untuk dapat memberikan gambaran rinci terkait Smart city (kota pintar) “Bagaimana gambaran perkembangan sistem teknologi informasi pada konsep smart city dapat memberikan nilai bagi Kota Tangerang dalam membranding). Pengolahan data angket dilakukan dengan menggunakan sofwer Vosviewer untuk melihat lebih detail mengenai hal-hal apa saja yang berkaitan dengan penelitian branding smart city. Titik dan garis penelitian baru sebagian besar terkonsentrasi di internet of think, urban areas, big data, sustainable develovment, smart building, cloud computing, dan conceptual model. Hal ini menjadi sebuah temuan konsep baru untuk bisa diadopsi oleh negara-negara yang ingin mengembangan pembangunan dan siap terhadap teknologi.Kata Kunci: Branding, Smart city, Kota Tangerang AbstractThe existence of a community technology is facilitated in various things that are daily needs. Dampak pandemi Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) 2019 terhadap Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) sangat signifikan. Pandemi membuat volume penjualan UMKM turun drastis dan terus menerus. Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) harus dipertahankan dengan kekuatan yang cukup termasuk keterlibatan pemerintah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji peran pemerintah dalam mengembangkan UMKM di Kota Tangerang pada masa pandemi Covid-19 dengan memanfaatkan media sosial dan e-commerce. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa Pemerintah Kota Tangerang bekerja efektif sebagai fasilitator, regulator, dan katalisator. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif karena data yang dikumpulkan bersifat eksploratif dan deskriptif serta bersumber dari sumber berupa tulisan, kata-kata, dan dokumen yang dibuat oleh informan yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa di masa pandemi COVID-19, Pemerintah Kota Tangerang berperan penting dalam mendorong ekspansi UMKM. Beberapa upaya dilakukan dalam upaya pengembangan UMKM diantaranya sebagai fasilitator dalam memberikan dukungan dan dorongan berupa sarana dan prasarana, regulator dalam upaya mendukung kebijakan UMKM, dan katalis dalam upaya menunjukkan UMKM diapresiasi dan dirangsang pertumbuhannya.

Education creates reliable and competitive people resources, which determines a nation's success. Scholarship policies have a substantial impact on the growth of a nation, particularly in terms of enhancing the quality of human resources and access to quality education. Open access to education can help establish an improved education system. The Excellence Scholarships Program is part of the Indonesian government's goal to produce trustworthy and competitive human resources. This research used a qualitative descriptive methodology by tracing official government documents associated with the Excellence Scholarships program. This report analyzes the 2019-2020 implementation and impact of Indonesia's main scholarship program. This study examined program implementation using descriptive-qualitative research. According to the findings of this study, 2025 undergraduates won scholarships in the last two years. The procedures and aid distribution of the Excellence scholarship program are effective because they adhere to the predetermined flow and conditions, however, future improvements are required for the implementation of these scholarship programs: first, improving the principle of equal distribution of scholarship recipients to combat inequality, particularly in eastern Indonesia; and second, providing equal opportunities. This research also suggests further research could look into how the excellence scholarships program enhances scholarship recipients' quality of life and human resources.

The existence of information systems in the industrial era 4.0 is important in an effort to realize the quality of government administration. Therefore, the disdukcapil together with diskominfo work together to innovate the public service system. The purpose of this study is to find out what are the service system innovations provided to the people of Tangerang City. Using qualitative methods, it means that the data collected comes from direct observation, documentation with a qualitative descriptive type of research. Through observation to describe and know directly related to the innovation of the public service system of the tangerang city population and civil registration service on the application of sobat dukcapil. The results of the research show that the system in terms of the quality of e-service services is still less than feasible, because of the internal factors of the agency which are still not responsive and external factors the community is still not familiar with e-service. Keberadaan sistem informasi di era industry 4.0 menjadi hal penting dalam upaya mewujudkan kualitas penyelenggaraan pemerintahan. Oleh karena itu pihak disdukcapil bersama diskominfo bekerjasama membuat inovasi sistem pelayanan publik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa saja inovasi sistem pelayanan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat kota tangerang. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, maknanya data yang dikumpulkan berasal dari observasi secara langsung, dokumentasi dengan tipe penelitan deskriptif kualitatif. Melalui observasi untuk menggambarkan dan mengetahui secara langsung terkait inovasi sistem pelayanan publik dinas kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil kota tangerang pada aplikasi sobat dukcapil. Hasil penlitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dari segi kualitas pelayanan e-service masih kurang dari kata layak, karena dari faktor internal instansi tersebut yang masih kurang responsive dan faktor eksternal masyarakat yang masih belum paham dengan pelayanan e-service.

Tangerang City is a city that is one of the capital's supporting areas, which is experiencing severe environmental pollution due to rapid urbanization, industrial activity, the large number of electric vehicles, and low public awareness of the environment. By utilizing technology and innovation to create smarter, more sustainable, and greener cities, the smart city environmental concept can provide effective solutions to environmental problems. Smart city is a concept that is applied globally, including in the city of Tangerang, Indonesia. The combination of technological developments with urban infrastructure is an effort to improve citizens' quality of life, increase the effectiveness of public services, and encourage sustainable economic growth. There is significant research development regarding the application of smart environment cities, including innovation in government, but there is still very little research regarding the application of smart environment cities and efforts to increase environmental sustainability. This study emphasizes the importance of the government's role, especially in policies, to mitigate the negative impact of urban development in Tangerang City on the environment.

Kolaborasi pemerintah melalui partisipasi masyarakat dan sektor lainnya merupakan unsur keberlanjutan yangpenting dalam pembangunan daerah. Salah satu bentuk partisipasi masyarakat yang semakin populer adalahmanajemen kolaboratif dengan pendekatan tata pemerintahan yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untukmengetahui bagaimana peran dan kerja kolaboratif yang terjadi pada setiap pelaku yang terlibat dalampengembangan wilayah pesisir di Kabupaten Tangerang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptifdengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data diperoleh melalui studi literatur dan studi lapangan dalam bentukobservasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi pemerintah dalam pengembanganwilayah pesisir masih sangat minim bahkan di tingkat internal pemerintah daerah. Para pihak hanya fokus padatugas dan peran masing-masing dan sangat minim satu sama lain.

Tangerang City is a city that has developed rapidly in recent years. The industrial area in this city is one of the causes of significant economic growth. Apart from that, good road infrastructure and easy accessibility to Soekarno-Hatta international airport are also factors that facilitate access and mobility to this city. In recent years, the city of Tangerang has also begun to introduce the smart city concept by utilizing information and communication technology to improve public services and the quality of life of the community. This research uses a quantitative approach, explanatory research, with a sample of 100 people. The research results obtained are that communication technology variables (X) on public communication (Y) on service quality (Z) influence each other or the hypothesis is accepted. The smart city concept is an intelligent and in-depth approach to information technology and public services to build a dream city, integrated in nature to solve city problems such as population growth, ICT infrastructure, economic, political, cultural problems and the changes in government paradigms. Information and communication technology as a solution to problems that have occurred so far and become facilitators, mediators and interpreters between organizations and the public. Communication technology allows faster and wider access to information.
