Abstract

Civil society groups and political parties have disagreed with the presidential threshold article passed by Parliament and the government. The regulation is considered to limit the democratic rights and freedom of the public in choosing, determining, and submitting themselves as presidential candidates. This study aims to explain how actors (agencies) build movements against presidential threshold regulations (structure). The theory used in this study is Anthony Giddens' structuration theory. This research uses qualitative methods by analyzing some content in online media and Constitutional Court rulings related to presidential threshold lawsuits and processing data using the Nvivo 12+ application. The findings of this study indicate that the most crucial aspect of the movement against actors is that it is conducted by challenging the presidential threshold rule before the Constitutional Court, developing public opinion, and holding multiple demonstrations. Second, the size of the presidential threshold rejection vote is based on the future of democracy and freedom, weakening the presidential system and contradicting other regulations. Third, of the many lawsuits filed by the public and political parties, the Constitutional Court has consistently rejected them because the rule is an open legal policy, which means fully being a lawmaker, in this case, in Parliament.

Abstract

Gunungkidul Regency experiences a clean water crisis every year due to the prolonged dry season and the geological condition of the Gunungkidul region, which is dominated by karst mountains, so that rainwater that falls on the ground surface will immediately seep into the ground and then form underground rivers. This research aims to see how disaster management in drought-prone areas by the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Gunungkidul Regency. This research uses a qualitative method by conducting interviews and observations. The results of this study indicate that in the face of drought BPBD Gunungkidul Regency has carried out various disaster management activities consisting of pre-disaster stages which include mitigation, preparedness and warning activities by producing various activities of mapping disaster-prone areas, monitoring weather forecasts and the formation of Disaster Resilient Villages/Groves and Disaster Safe Education Unit Schools (SPAB), during disasters by providing clean water dropping assistance and post-disaster at this stage BPBD Gunungkidul Regency conducts activities, namely rehabilitation and reconstruction.

Abstract

The shift from conventional business models to digital business models has become a significant trend among competitors of SMEs. The use of digital media holds great potential to accelerate SMEs' growth. This article aims to socialize the concept of digital marketing to SMEs so that they can effectively leverage it to enhance their competitiveness and business growth. The approach employed in this article involves conducting activities through seminars focused on imparting knowledge, training, and practical assistance to SMEs regarding digital marketing strategies relevant to the context of the Industrial Revolution. By gaining a better understanding of digital marketing, SMEs can attract a broader audience and experience sustainable business growth in this increasingly digital environment.

Abstract

Increased studies and research regarding the effectiveness of the biopore system in handling and mitigating floods have been carried out and have shown a positive impact on the effectiveness of the system. This research tries to carry out a bibliometric analysis on the topic of biopores and their relationship to flooding. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with a bibliographic approach. Data analysis was carried out using Vosviewer on 500 articles related to " biopore". The research results show that overall, research on flood problems and the use of biopore as a treatment solution has important implications in efforts to reduce the impact of flooding and create a more sustainable city. Several studies and research provide an initial picture of the potential effectiveness of biopores in flood management. Although specific data may not yet be available to show that biopores are considered as a potential solution in dealing with flooding problems at the local level.

Abstract

Pengelolaan bumdes di Indonesia di era pandemi covid-19 mengalami penurunan ekonomi dari berbagai sektor seperti UMKM, Pariwisata dan lain-lain. Maka hal tersebut perlu adanya inovasi dan potensi dari desa sebagai bentuk dari pemulihan ekonomi dan meningkat kebutuhan ekonomi di perdesaan. Dengan ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan aplikasi Nvivo 12 Plus dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif menggunakan fitur Crosstab Analysis, Cluster Analysis, Concept Map Dan Project Map Analysis, Dan Discourse Analysis. Ada 3 proses tahapan, pertama Ncapture website dan article, tahap kedua menganalisis dengan Nvivo 12 plus untuk memaknai text dan konten yang memiliki kesamaan makna, kata-kata serta konteks yang membuat saling berkaitan antara website dan article; tahap ketiga discourse analysis yaitu analisis dan pemaknaan content website dan article yang relevan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini dengan adanya inovasi dan potensi bumdes di Indonesia akan meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat desa di masa pandemi covid-19.Kata Kunci : Inovasi, Potensi, Badan Usaha Milik Desa, Covid-19.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan kualitas pelayanan publik melalui aplikasi E-Government Tangerang Gemilang. Aplikasi Tangerang Gemilang merupakan inovasi pelayanan publik Pemerintah Kabupaten Tangerang untuk memberikan kemudahan dalam pelayanan publik, pelaporan, dan pengaduan dari warga, organisasi, dan instansi pemerintah. Layanan yang terkesan kaku kemudian melalui penggunaan E-Government menjadi lebih fleksibel, efektif, dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dan diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan, dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Tangerang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kurangnya sinergitas antar instansi atau instansi yang ada di pemerintah Kabupaten Tangerang dalam menjalankan e-government dan rendahnya tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam penggunaan aplikasi Tangerang Gemilang serta penanganan pelayanan yang belum optimal. dikarenakan belum adanya integrasi aplikasi yang baik antar organisasi perangkat daerah di Aplikasi Tangerang Gemilang.

Abstract

ABSTRACT One of the cities in Indonesia with the highest population density is Jakarta. Congestion is considered a big problem that can be solved through an integrated transport system. This study aims to evaluate the impact of the implementation of Jak Lingko on the willingness of DKI Jakarta residents to use public transportation. The random sample used in this research methodology was quantitative and descriptive. Jak Lingko users in 2022 constitute the sample of this study, which includes a total of 295 respondents. The results showed a good and substantial relationship between convenience, benefits, and interest in using Jak Lingko transit in DKI Jakarta. The findings of this study can be a guide for the government in advancing the mobility of public transportation facilities and infrastructure in DKI Jakarta. ABSTRAK Salah satu kota di Indonesia dengan kepadatan penduduk tertinggi adalah Jakarta. Kemacetan dianggap sebagai masalah utama, yang dapat diselesaikan melalui sistem transportasi terintegrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak penerapan Jak Lingko terhadap kesediaan warga DKI Jakarta menggunakan angkutan umum. Sampel acak digunakan dalam metodologi penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan deskriptif. Pengguna Jak Lingko pada tahun 2022 merupakan sampel penelitian ini, yang mencakup total 295 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan yang baik dan substansial antara kemudahan, manfaat, dan minat penggunaan Jak Lingko transit di DKI Jakarta. Temuan-temuan penelitian ini dapat menjadi panduan bagi pemerintah dalam memajukan mobilitas sarana dan prasarana transportasi publik di DKI Jakarta.

Abstract

Plastic waste in school environments is not just a matter of cleanliness, but also a reflection of how we educate children to care for and take responsibility for the environment from an early age. In one of Indonesia's major urban areas, schools play an important role as learning spaces and places for instilling sustainable living values. Through the Adiwiyata program and the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project, children are encouraged to learn while taking action to manage waste, maintain cleanliness, and understand the impact of their choices on the environment. This study is important to assess how far these efforts have progressed, what has been successful, and what challenges still need to be addressed collectively. This research aims to examine how cross-sector collaboration between the government, schools, communities, businesses, and the media plays a role in plastic waste management at one of Indonesia's senior high schools. Using a qualitative approach and case studies, data was collected through interviews with the Tangerang Selatan Environmental Agency (2 individuals), the Community (2 individuals), students (20 individuals), and teachers (3 individuals). The results of the study show that the active involvement of all parties not only fosters an environmental culture in schools but also provides students with opportunities to act as agents of change. They learn to sort, process, and creatively address environmental issues. However, challenges such as insufficient teacher training, uneven distribution of roles among institutions, and weak integration of programs into the curriculum still need to be addressed. The implications of these findings suggest that consistent active involvement and commitment from all parties can lead to improved plastic waste management in schools, supported by adequate policies and teacher training in the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Stunting masih menjadi masalah serius di indonesia termasuk kota tangerang. Oleh sebab itu pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan untuk mengatasi masalah stunting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan pemerintah dalam mengatasi masalah stunting di Kota Tangerang. Dalam penelitian ini, saya melakukan analisis terhadap kebijakan yang telah diimplementasikan oleh pemerintah Kota Tangerang dalam upaya mengatasi masalah stunting. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi studi dokumentasi dan analisis kebijakan, dengan mengumpulkan data dari dokumen kebijakan, laporan terkait, dan sumber informasi lainnya yang relevan. Sumber data saya dapatkan dari beberapa jurnal nasional dan juga wawancara di dinas kesehatan kota tangerang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pemerintah Kota Tangerang dalam mengatasi masalah stunting telah memberikan langkah-langkah yang penting dalam upaya penanggulangan stunting. Namun, masih diperlukan upaya yang lebih besar untuk mengatasi tantangan yang ada dan memastikan keberlanjutan program-program penanggulangan stunting di masa depan.

Abstract

Electronic-based administrative services support the CAK3P online program in the Jurumudi Baru Village. The CAK3P online program is a form of e-service in the form of online birth certificate and death certificate services which also have similar values ​​such as Efficiency, Fulfillment, System Availability, Responsiveness, Privacy, Compensation, and Contact. There is an indirect relationship between the e-service concept and the CAK3P online service program. This study aims to determine the Quality of Administrative Services Based on the CAK3P Online Program in Jurumudi Baru Village. This study uses a qualitative approach using observation and interview techniques in collecting research data. In the CAK3P online program, the staff's timeliness in promising the issuance of birth and death certificates has not been maximized because there are still people who complain about the timeliness that does not match working hours and also the availability of an online system, there are still problems with the main application, so from Meanwhile, the community is still not satisfied with the CAK3P online program service.
