Abstract

Informatics Engineering is one of the department  at STMIK Nurdin Hamzah, Jambi which was opened since 2002. According to data from the academic division STMIK Nurdin Hamzah, until 2012, Prodi Informatics Engineering has graduated 735 colleger. However, the alumni data processing has not been done optimally. The purpose of this research is to make alumni website to facilitate the alumni of Informatics Engineering Department to tie the ropes of brotherhood and sharing information and job vacancy after graduated.  This system is done by design that includes database design and interface. Programming language used to create web-based applications, while to create a website using PHP programming language and using MySQL as database.

Abstract

Application which is a computer program that made to do and implement a special assignment from users, in which the application can be used many people to ease in the daily. in STMIK Nurdin Hamzah contract lecture is still classified as manual, especially student who have to write the registration form study as many as three sheets of in accordance with the subjects that will taken, that calls for more of the time and energy. This is exactly the foundation for a review what do research on STMIK Nurdin Hamzah. In conducting the study, the authors using some of the research methodology, including field research, to the library and laboratory. This application was built with support for Visual Basic 2013, Crystal Report 13 as well as additional libraries are required. Furthermore, the application that has been built is expected to be more helpful STMIK Nurdin Hamzah in contracting lectures, such as the students taking the course. From the results of this study concluded contract applications lectures pas STMIK Nurdin Hamzah were made with the aim of helping STMIK Nurdin Hamzah in data processing of the contract relating to the students, and the application is built with support for Visual Basic 2013, Crystal Report 13 as well as additional libraries are required.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Nurul Iman Muaro Jambi is one of foundation that is in kabupaten muaro jambi .Information media are dipondok pesantren still still not use internet media , to follow time progress the complex this and introduce pondok pesantren nurul iman virtual world , it takes information systems and are equipped with the registration form santri online , and produce information that more update .The purpose of the construction these information systems is meant to make ease the registration process santri also attends located outside regions .Because santri pondok pesantren nurul iman not only come from kabupaten muaro jambi just , namely tanjung jabung east , tanjung jabung west , bahakan from outside provincial as palembang , riau , lampung .Excess of these information systems assist the pondok pesantren in dataWith dirancangnya information system is expected to optimize the candidates santri to the registration online .That the process the registration was not manually again.

Abstract

The success of a business whether it be a company or an individual is reflected in the profit generated within one operational year. Profit requires businesses to have a social responsibility to their business environment. It is today that very rapid technological developments require business owners to make it even more advanced by delivering accurate information. Due to the lack of information delivery to the public regarding the marketing of housing / property with only banner and mouth-mouth information is less effective, therefore, the businessmen and residential goldland estate begin to look for other methods that can be more effective in terms of attracting enthusiasts. One of the problem solving proposals that can solve the above problem is the use of Information Technology, in this case the internet media. Web Based Marketing Information System In Gold Land Estate Housing is made with PHP web programming language with phpmyadmin database. With this application is expected to provide more complete information to the public.

Abstract

This Financial Budget Planning Information System was created to convey information about annual financial budget planning at Muaro Jambi State 2 Islamic Madrasah. The purpose of this study is to find out and describe the presentation process which includes: Identifying activities and sources expressed in money, Developing budgets, revising budgets, approving budgets, approving budgets and implementing financial management principles in budgeting. Data collection methods used in preparing this final assignment are Observation, Library Studies and interviews. This program was developed using PHP and MySQL. In conclusion, the Financial Budget Planning Information System at Muaro Jambi State 2 Madrasah Aliyah has been completed using PHP and MySQL.

Abstract

Buluh Kasab Village is one of the villages in Sungai Rengas Village, Kec. Maro Sebo Ulu, Kab. Batang Hari, Jambi. This village produces handicrafts in the form of caping hats, screwpine leaves mats, beaded bags, etc. Made by Youth Organization members, Buluh Kasab Village. In this case Buluh Kasab Village is used as a research location because so far the sales system, data collection, and sales reports are still using the old system by using the agenda book as a tool to collect goods and produce sales reports, a relatively narrow on market share. making the process of selling craft products less smooth. The purpose of this study is to build an E-Commerce system to facilitate  Youth Organization to process goods data, expand market share to produce reports on sales of handicraft products. Input in this system is in the form of customer data, item data, shipping data, transaction data and item category data. In this system there is a process of entering data, processing transaction data, making reports on stock data, reports on sales results. Output of the E-Commerce system are sales reports, transaction data reports and stock data data reports. E-Commerce system is expected to be able to help  Youth Organization in Buluh Kasab Village in improving the sales process and data collection in a more detailed and detailed way and can expand market share.

Abstract

Researchers are interested in taking the title of the thesis "Application of Surveillance and Complaints to the Jambi City Environmental Service" due to the advancement of current technological developments needed by an information system that can support the development and progress in fulfilling information related to complaints and public oversight of the Jambi City Environment. The purpose of this design is to produce a complaint and supervision application that can facilitate complaints and supervision and help the government to monitor the complaints process and supervision. Researchers use analysis (interviews and literature studies). The concepts used in this study are complaints and public supervision, website-based online. The results achieved in making this complaint and monitoring application is to facilitate the complaints and supervision process for the people who live far from the Jambi City Environmental Service Office and make it easier for office staff to collect every complaint and supervision which will then be processed. Conclusions from the making of this application are the complaints process and supervision of the Jambi city government which will be processed by the admin can be streamlined by using the complaint application to the environment office of Jambi City.

Abstract

Al-Fath Hotel located in Jambi City is one of the Jasmine 2 syariah hotels located in Jambi City, and is a growing hotel and continues to strive to improve hotel services and quality standards from various sides, including the use of information technology. The Hotel Reservation information system is a system that can support the level of fluency in carrying out Hotel reservation activities. In room rentals often experience errors in making reports specifically to calculate the number of reports staying overnight. This study aims to develop the Al-Fath Jambi Hotel Reservation Information System, which will be easier in promoting and marketing. Making this Website uses Adobe Dreamweaver CS5 tools, MySQL as its database and CSS Bootstrap so that the display is more attractive and responsive. Inputs from the system are input guest data, room type data, booking data, room data, transaction data and photo data. The process carried out on input data is the booking process, guest process, and transaction process. The system output is information about transaction data reports. Results of the Information System Research Reservation Al-Fath Jambi Hotel can assist the hotel in processing reservation data.

Abstract

Abstrak – Teknologi informasi saat ini sudah sangat jauh berkembang dengan pesat dengan tujuan untuk memudahkan dan membantu manusia dalam melakukan pekerjaaanya. Di era digital yang semakin maju, kebutuhan akan sistem informasi yang terintegrasi dan efisien menjadi sangat krusial, terutama dalam bidang pengamanan proyek strategis. Kejaksaan Tinggi Jambi sebagai lembaga penegak hukum memiliki peran penting dalam memastikan keamanan dan kelancaran proyek-proyek strategis yang dilaksanakan di wilayahnya. Proyek-proyek ini sering kali melibatkan banyak pihak dan memerlukan pengawasan ketat untuk menghindari potensi ancaman dan pelanggaran hukum yang dapat merugikan negara. Pengolahan data pengamanan proyek strategis saat ini masih dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data dan arsip secara langsung dalam bentuk berkas, hal ini berpotensi terjadinya kehilangan data dan proses pencarian data menjadi sangat lambat apabila data sudah memiliki jumlah yang besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Bank Data Intelijen yang berfokus pada pengamanan proyek strategis di Kejaksaan Tinggi Jambi. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman yang berbasis web untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam pengumpulan, pengolahan, penyimpanan, dan distribusi data intelijen yang berkaitan dengan pengamanan proyek-proyek strategis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi studi literatur, pengumpulan data dan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak RAD. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat membantu pihak Kejaksaan Tinggi Jambi dalam memonitor dan mengamankan proyek-proyek strategis, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih cepat dan akurat. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi alat yang penting dalam mendukung tugas dan fungsi intelijen Kejaksaan Tinggi Jambi, khususnya dalam bidang pengamanan proyek strategis.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Bank Data Intelijen, Pengamanan Proyek Strategis, Kejaksaan Tinggi Jambi Abstract - Information technology has advanced significantly with the aim of facilitating and assisting humans in their work. In this increasingly advanced digital era, the need for integrated and efficient information systems has become crucial, especially in the field of strategic project security. Kejaksaan Tinggi Jambi, as a law enforcement agency, plays an important role in ensuring the safety and smooth execution of strategic projects in its region. These projects often involve multiple parties and require strict oversight to prevent potential threats and legal violations that could harm the state. Currently, the processing of strategic project security data is still done by directly collecting and archiving data in physical files, which poses a risk of data loss and makes data retrieval very slow when the amount of data becomes large. This research aims to design and develop an Intelligence Data Bank Information System focused on the security of strategic projects at Kejaksaan Tinggi Jambi. This system is designed using web-based programming languages to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the collection, processing, storage, and distribution of intelligence data related to the security of strategic projects. The research methodology includes literature studies, data collection, and the RAD software development method. The result of this research is an information system that can assist the High Prosecutor's Office of Jambi in monitoring and securing strategic projects, as well as supporting faster and more accurate decision-making. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital saat ini sangat pesat sekali, khususnya dalam penggunaan kecerdasan buatan. Teknologi kecerdasan buatan saat ini bukanlah sesuatu alat yang sulit didapat, saat ini kecerdasan dapat di akses dan digunakan oleh seluruh pengguna internet dimana saja dan kapan saja. Pemanfaatan kecerdasan buatan ini sangat sedikit sekali digunakan oleh guru-guru di SMK Negeri 6 Muaro Jambi untuk pengembangan media pembelajaran, maka dari itu tim pengabdian Masyarakat melakukan pelatihan pengembangan media pembelajaran yaitu pemuatan video pembelajaran dengan OBS, evaluasi pembelajaran dengan classroom dan pembuatan quiz dengan AI. Adapun hasil kegiatan yang diikuti oleh 15 guru termasuk kepala sekolah pelatihan berjalan dengan lancar dan seru dengan melihat antusias guru saat mengikuti pelatihan. Dari hasil pelatihan yang didapatkan terjadi peningkatan kompetensi guru-guru dalam pembuatan media pembelajarn yang sebelumnya di saat pre test hanya 2 guru yang pernah menggunakan OBS dan tidak ada guru yang pernah membuat soal quiz dengan kecerdasan buatan, namun setelah diadakannya pelatihan dan hasil post test semua guru sangat menyukai pembuatan video pembelajaran dengan OBS dan 12 guru yang menyukai pembuatan quiz dengan menggunakan kecerdasan buatan. Serta dari hasil pengumpulan tugas yang diberikan 13 guru berhasil melakukan pengumpulan tugas video pembelajaran dan 12 guru dapat membuat quiz dengan menggunakan quiziz dengan kecerdasan buatan
