Abstract

The purpose of this study is to create a web-based motorcycle workshop management application that can improve operational efficiency and quality of service provided by workshops. Many motorcycle workshops still use manual systems. This causes many problems, such as errors in recording service history, inaccuracy in managing spare part stock, and difficulty in setting customer service schedules. To solve these problems, this application is designed using the rapid application development (RAD) method, this method allows application development to be carried out quickly and involves users in every stage. The Black Box Testing method is used to test the functionality of the application without examining the internal structure of the code. The test results show that all the main features of the application login, spare part management, service transaction recording, product search, out of stock notification, receipt printing, and logout run well. In addition, performance testing shows that the application can handle a large user load without crashing and has a response time of less than 3 seconds. It is expected that this application will help workshops record motorcycle maintenance history, monitor stock in real-time, and increase customer satisfaction by providing faster, more precise, and more organized services.Keywords: Web Application, Black Box Testing, Operational Efficiency, Motorcycle Workshop Management, Rapid Application Development

Abstract

Materi keterampilan dasar tentang peta pada mata pelajaran geografi kelas VIII merupakan salah satu materi yang sangat penting dan diminati oleh siswa kelas VIII program IPS SMP. Dengan kemampuan yang baik dalam mempelajari peta, siswa dapat memperoleh banyak informasi tentang objek daerah atau gejala di permukaan bumi. Kenyataan di sekolah tidak semua siswa memiliki minat yang tinggi untuk mempelajari peta. Hal ini didasari karena media yang digunakan untuk belajar tentang peta masih menggunakan Peta cetak yang ditempel di dinding. Mereka beranggapan bahwa peta terlalu sulit dipelajari karena di dalamnya penuh dengan simbol-simbol yang kurang mereka pahami. Era industri 4.0 menghadirkan berbagai teknologi dan kemajuan yang memudahkan semua aspek kehidupan manusia.Demikian halnya dengan peta. Pada saat ini, peta dapat dipelajari dengan cara memanfaatkan teknologi. Perancangan aplikasi pembelajaran peta berbasis web dilakukan agar siswa lebih mudah dalam memahami serta menarik minat dan perhatian siswa dalam belajar. Selain agar siswa tidak merasa bosan hanya dengan mendegarkan ceramah guru dan membaca materi, penyampaian materi peta menggunakan aplikasi tersebut menjadi lebih mudah diterima dan dipraktikkan oleh siswa. sehingga menghasilkan kemampuan siswa membaca peta juga meningkat, dan mereka tidak lagi menganggap materi peta sesuatu yang sulit dipelajari

Abstract

Educational media is an important component in education for making the Jambi Province Map which must be presented in an innovative way. Media that is currently known is a digital map that is not easy to read and the position and location or color errors, this situation will lead to errors in meaning and purpose. This study aims to make a product in the form of a digital map and test its validity based on media experts. This study uses the ADDIE model development procedure which is modified into 4 stages, namely analysis, design, development and implementation. The Likert scale method was used as an analysis to retrieve information from 20 class VII students of SMPN I Jambi City as respondents, while the validation method was used as an analysis to test product validity. The results of the development in this study are in the form of digital map images designed through the Android-based UMapper and WhatsApp Plus Aero applications. Test results from two material experts show that this product gets a score of 47 and 46 out of a maximum score of 50 which means very good. This shows that the development of this media is very good in meeting the needs of students in the field of education for making Jambi Province maps, being creative and innovating in using media in the form of android-based applications.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital saat ini sangat pesat sekali, khususnya dalam penggunaan kecerdasan buatan. Teknologi kecerdasan buatan saat ini bukanlah sesuatu alat yang sulit didapat, saat ini kecerdasan dapat di akses dan digunakan oleh seluruh pengguna internet dimana saja dan kapan saja. Pemanfaatan kecerdasan buatan ini sangat sedikit sekali digunakan oleh guru-guru di SMK Negeri 6 Muaro Jambi untuk pengembangan media pembelajaran, maka dari itu tim pengabdian Masyarakat melakukan pelatihan pengembangan media pembelajaran yaitu pemuatan video pembelajaran dengan OBS, evaluasi pembelajaran dengan classroom dan pembuatan quiz dengan AI. Adapun hasil kegiatan yang diikuti oleh 15 guru termasuk kepala sekolah pelatihan berjalan dengan lancar dan seru dengan melihat antusias guru saat mengikuti pelatihan. Dari hasil pelatihan yang didapatkan terjadi peningkatan kompetensi guru-guru dalam pembuatan media pembelajarn yang sebelumnya di saat pre test hanya 2 guru yang pernah menggunakan OBS dan tidak ada guru yang pernah membuat soal quiz dengan kecerdasan buatan, namun setelah diadakannya pelatihan dan hasil post test semua guru sangat menyukai pembuatan video pembelajaran dengan OBS dan 12 guru yang menyukai pembuatan quiz dengan menggunakan kecerdasan buatan. Serta dari hasil pengumpulan tugas yang diberikan 13 guru berhasil melakukan pengumpulan tugas video pembelajaran dan 12 guru dapat membuat quiz dengan menggunakan quiziz dengan kecerdasan buatan

Abstract

Technology is a tool that is used today to facilitate human work both in everyday life and in organizations. Currently, the services carried out by the Kejaksaan Muaro Jambi in serving the community still serve conventionally and require a long time, so that the services at the Kejaksaan Muaro Jambi are still divided into several parts and lack transparency. Based on this problem, the researcher will build a service system that can be accessed at one door as stated in the One Stop Service Implementation (PPTSP) in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 24 of 2006 and the Circular Letter of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 188.32/498/V/Bangda concerning the Implementation Guidelines for the Minister of Home Affairs Number 24 of 2006, has goals and objectives to realize public services that are fast, cheap, easy, transparent, certain and affordable, as well as being able to improve the rights of the community in public services. Researchers have a goal to build an electronic information system for one-stop integrated services to facilitate and improve services to the public by the Kejaksaan Muaro Jambi. In building the system, the researcher will use the method in stages starting from data collection, needs analysis, system design, system design, and system implementation and testing until the system can run well. The system built can be accessed with only one portal by having many services in it without having to open service portals one by one and also the system built can be accessed from anywhere and anytime to make it easier for the public to report and get information from the Kejaksaan Muaro Jambi. The EPTSP of the Kejaksaan Muaro Jambi is very useful in improving service and employee performance as well as making it easier for the public to get information from the Kejaksaan Muaro Jambi quickly and accurately.

Abstract

Posyandu Cempaka IV in Mekar Jaya Village still uses manual recording with books and Microsoft Excel in processing health data for mothers, toddlers, and the elderly. This often causes delays in data collection, writing errors, difficulties in data searching, and incomplete reports. Therefore, it is necessary to design a web-based information system that can assist posyandu cadres in managing data in a more structured and efficient manner. This study uses the Waterfall method with UML (Unified Modeling Language) as a modeling tool, and is developed using Visual Studio Code, PHP, MySQL, and XAMPP. The result of this research is a web-based information system that facilitates cadres in data collection and report generation, as well as providing convenience for the community in accessing information about posyandu services.

Abstract

Almetta Egg Strips Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMK) is a home industry established in 2011 in Jambi City, owned by Mrs. Dewi Safrida, with 11 employees in production, packaging, and marketing. The products produced include egg strips, various chips, and rempeyek, which have been marketed in local stores, but have not yet entered modern retail due to limited packaging and financial records. An initial survey identified three main problems: conventional marketing, low literacy and technology-based financial records, and limited production equipment. This PKM activity aims to increase the competitiveness of MSEs by strengthening digital marketing, financial management, and modernizing production equipment. The program was implemented for eight months in a participatory manner by lecturers and students of Adiwangsa University Jambi through digital marketing and e-commerce training, digital financial application assistance, online store development, and the provision of production equipment. Activity outputs included redesigning packaging according to modern retail standards, implementing the SIApik application, preparing simple financial reports, and activating social media and online stores. As a result, partners have implemented digital financial recording, online marketing has begun to develop, and production efficiency and quality have increased, so that MSEs have become more modern, efficient, and adaptive to the digital economy and support the achievement of SDGs, KPIs, and the vision of Adiwangsa University Jambi.
