Abstract

In order to create order in the Trimurti High School Surabaya environment, rules are made which must be obeyed by students. However, there are violations committed by students at school. Every violation committed will get points based on the points guidebook. This recording takes approximately 4 hours, and the accumulated points calculation is done after 3 months / one semester. Causes delays in issuing warning letters, so students do not receive letters on time. To ensure that the recording process of this violation runs well, this application was created so that it can be a container that can monitor violations. This application, will help the order team in recording violations and student achievement, assist in awarding and calculating points, and determining the sanctions students will get from the total points. Warning Letters can be issued and given to the guardians in real time. This application can be useful for monitoring violations and points that have been obtained so that students will be more careful. The results of the trials that have been carried out, the calculation of points and the determination of the sanctions that the students get results in a value that corresponds to the percentage of 100%

Abstract

Clinic House of Healthy Living Center (H2LC) is a clinic Aesthetic & Anti Aging consistently apply the concept of healthy living by combining elements of beauty and health of the skin and body. Constraints faced H2LC Clinic is the start of record-keeping, duplication of card history data medical records of patients, health progress / results of treatment patients were still recorded on medical record cards, prescriptions that are difficult to read, and payments are still using hand-written memorandum.To overcome the above problems the development method used in Information Systems Web-Based Medical Record On H2LC Clinic Surabaya is to use the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall. Medical record system electronically application is beneficial not only administratively. But can be felt doctors and health workers is the ease in accessing patient information that ultimately helps in clinical needs.The results based on the implementation and evaluation of the banks have done the research was able to make Medical Record Information System Web-Based Clinical H2LC In Surabaya that produce information and manage the registration process assessment of the patient, record-keeping, and payments. Generate reports to consider the development of patient medical record information to be more easily and quickly.

Abstract

Sistem pembelajaran Studi from Home di masa Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak pada seluruh aktivitas belajar mengajar, termasuk bimbingan konseling yang dilakukan secara daring (online). Penyelenggaraan bimbingan konseling bertujuan untuk memfasilitasi sekolah dalam mengembangkan potensi para siswa, supaya mampu bekerja secara efektif, produktif dan menjadi manusia mandiri. Para Guru BK pada SMA Negeri/Swasta yang ada di Kabupaten Sidoarjo mengalami kesulitan dalam proses berinteraksi dengan para siswa untuk kegiatan bimbingan konseling. Salah satu media interaktif yang digunakan dalam melakukan pembelajaran online ini adalah aplikasi Powtoon. Kegiatan ini tidak sekedar dilakukan untuk siswa bermasalah saja, namun juga dilakukan untuk menyebarkan informasi terkini mengenai proses belajar mengajar di sekolah, himbauan positif kepada siswa, dan peringatan / pengumuman penting terkait proses belajar siswa. Untuk itu diperlukan sebuah kegiatan pelatihan bagi para Guru SMA Negeri/Swasta dengan mempelajari semua fitur yang telah disediakan oleh Aplikasi Powtoon. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini dapat membantu Para Guru BK untuk menyebarkan informasi terkait dengan proses belajar, himbauan, maupun peringatan/pengumuman yang bermanfaat bagi para siswa berupa Video Animasi yang dapat diakses secara online melalui media online seperti Youtube Channel. Pemberian pelatihan ini dibagi menjadi 2 sesi, sesi workshop dan sesi konsultasi. Pada sesi workshop, pemateri/trainer memberikan demonstrasi bagaimana penggunaan dan pengoperasian aplikasi powtoon, mulai dari pendaftaran akun baru hingga publish hasil animasi video. Sedangkan pada sesi konsultasi dimungkinkan adanya interaksi 2 arah dari peserta dan pemateri untuk mendalami materi yang telah diberikan. Di akhir pelatihan, ditutup dengan evaluasi menggunakan kuisioner via Google Form dan melakukan pengamatan dari sisi pemateri/trainer dengan melihat hasil akhir dari video animasi yang dihasilkan oleh peserta. Hasil feedback dari kuisioner menunjukkan bahwa 93,7% setuju dengan pernyataan bahwa pelatihan ini dapat menambah wawasan para Guru BK, penyampaian materi sudah cukup baik, dan kualitas video yang dihasilkan juga memuaskan. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan dari pemateri/trainner terdapat sekitar 80% peserta mampu menghasilkan video animasi versi diri mereka sendiri.

Abstract

Abstract : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang bangun aplikasi penjadwalan pemesanan di sebuah UMKM penerima jasa percetakan di Surabaya. Lamanya waktu tunggu yang diberikan oleh pemilik jasa percetakan menjadi permasalahan utama yang sering dikeluhkan oleh pelanggan. Jenis produk yang termasuk dalam proses penjadwalan diantaranya adalah brosur, kartu nama, undangan, cover buku, dan cetak sticker. UMKM ini tidak mencetak sendiri pemesanan dari pelanggan, namun masih harus dilempar ke perusahaan pencetak lain yang mempunyai mesin khusus percetakan. Dengan kata lain, UMKM ini hanya menerima pesanan saja, tidak memiliki mesin cetaknya. Lamanya waktu pengerjaan pemesanan produk hanya berdasarkan perkiraan, tergantung pada jumlah cetak dan info dari perusahaan pencetak. Hal ini menyebabkan proses pemesanan tidak optimal. Untuk mempercepat waktu tunggu biasanya pemilik masih harus menghubungi kontak perusahaan pencetak untuk mengetahui proses pemesanan yang sedang berjalan. Di sisi lain, sebenarnya perusahaan pencetak dapat mengatur penjadwalan percetakan yang berjalan di mesin cetak. Namun, ada kalanya tidak sesuai dengan antrian atau bahkan tidak mengetahui waktu kapan selesai pemesanan untuk produk tersebut. Oleh karena itu, dengan menerapkan metode Shortest Job First, waktu tunggu dapat dipersingkat dengan memperhatikan jenis produk yang dipesan dan jumlah pesanan. Uji coba aplikasi penjadwalan percetakan menghasilkan 94,4% fungsionalitasnya berjalan dengan baik menggunakan Black Box testing. Kegagalan uji coba dikarenakan terdapat pesanan khusus percetakan yang membutuhkan waktu lebih cepat, tidak mengikuti antrian pesanan yang ada.

Abstract

One indicator of the success of a platform so as it can attract customers to visit is a user-friendly and creative application design, in the area of information technology known as User Interface and User Experience. Therefore, to improve the ability, both intellectually and practically, a community service activity is carried out, especially for the younger generation in the form of introducing and implementing UI/UX designs for beginners so that they can compete with today's business and technology world.This activity, which is packaged in the form of a webinar, focuses on understanding the basics of UI/UX design and its methodology as well as how to apply the tools, namely Figma, to design a website. Participants in this workshop amounted to 166 people spread across various parts of Indonesia, with an online learning method using Zoom for two hours. As a result of this activity, participants were able to follow the material given by the two speakers well, but in terms of time efficiency, there were delays due to technical problems. Participants' input for the material in the next activity is more focused on graphic design, coding, big data and cyber security

Abstract

The production process is the main activity of a manufacturing company, and one of the success factors of production is good raw material inventory management. One of the problems is the inefficiency of using raw materials that impacted raising inventory costs caused by the large number of raw materials left in the warehouse. This study aims to reduce inventory costs by embedding the Just in Time (JIT) method in the inventory application to calculate the raw material inventory. The application of the JIT method will consider 5 things, namely optimal number of shipments, order quantity per order, delivery quantity, frequency of raw material purchases and total inventory costs with JIT.The analysis used data from 2019-2021, proving the JIT could reduce the total inventory cost by 92%. In 2019 the total inventory cost decreased from Rp. 6.773.533 to Rp. 829.976. JIT is able to lower the total inventory cost in 2020 and 2021 by 93% and 96%. The application testing results using Black Box shows that all application features can be used properly and accordingly. It’s supported by the percentage of the trial pass value reaching 100%. Based on those results, it can be concluded that the established built inventory application was appropriately used, accordingly, and effectively to reduce the inventory cost.

Abstract

FIKSI 2022 activities aim to form community relations and networks for high school students who can support entrepreneurial activities. The number of fields offered at FIKSI creates anxiety for SMA/MA students to determine their interests and competencies. By looking at the conditions of existing business trends, many entrepreneurial activities begin with product marketing using information technology. Therefore, there is a need for Training and Assistance in Product Marketing Application Prototype Design Analysis as an Effort to Support Generation Z's Participation in the Indonesian Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Festival (FIKSI) in this Digital Age. This training and mentoring activity is divided into 4 sessions, namely introduction of resource persons, delivery and presentation of material, practical use of tools, and a final evaluation session. The results of the final evaluation showed that 85.11% of high school students could understand and accept the material for this FIKSI Training and Assistance activity.

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkiraan bobot sapi berdasarkan dataset 23 citra/foto sapi yang diambil langsung pada salah satu Peternakan Sapi di Kota Mojokerto. Pada umumnya, pengukuran bobot sapi dilakukan secara langsung menggunakan alat timbangan digital dengan perolehan hasil akurasi yang tinggi. Namun, karena harganya yang sangat mahal, cara ini menjadi tidak praktis diterapkan pada peternakan dengan skala kecil. Hal ini memberikan pilihan lain pada peternak untuk menduga bobot sapi yang akan dijual dengan menaksir bobot sapi. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, diperlukan sebuah sistem yang dapat memperkirakan bobot sapi berdasarkan foto sapi yang diambil, kemudian diolah menggunakan Adaptive Mean Thresholding untuk segmentasi citra badan sapi. Dari proses tersebut didapatkan hasil segmentasi tubuh sapi dan diambil titik terluar menggunakan Bounding Box. Setelah itu, perolehan angka Lingkar Dada dan Panjang Badan Sapi akan dihitung menggunakan formula Lambourne. Perbandingan perkiraan hasil bobot menggunakan pengolahan citra dan hasil timbangan aktualnya terdapat perbedaan 8.45%. Perkiraan ini dapat dikatakan telah mendekati bobot aslinya, sehingga dapat membantu peternak meminimalkan kecurangan yang terjadi saat proses jual beli ternak sapi.

Abstract

PT. ABCDE is a service company operating in the field of goods delivery and online purchases. Currently, PT. ABCDE aims to improve its services and quality standards in various aspects within the company, including the utilization of information technology. Currently, the existing services do not utilize a tracking application to obtain real-time information about the current location of the goods, causing a lack of transparency and inconsistencies in data across different departments. Additionally, the current process of generating delivery notes is manual, time-consuming, and leads to delays for drivers in delivering goods. Therefore, there is a need for a tracking application that records and displays real-time information about the current location of the goods, inputted by the drivers. Additionally, the application should automate the generation of delivery notes to reduce delays. This system will be designed using the PHP programming language and the Laravel framework, utilizing a MySQL server database that allows access from anywhere and anytime. The benefits obtained from this system include facilitating each department, especially the administrative team and owner, in checking the current location of the goods, and ensuring transparency of data across different departments to avoid any misinformation.

Abstract

One of the keys to success in building e-commerce that can provide convenience and comfort for its users is knowing the users' needs. This study aims to create a website-based online store application that can improve user experience, especially for Jaya Utama Bearing companies engaged in selling industrial goods and auto spare parts so that they have detailed with clear product information, consumers can easily make transactions online, have an attractive visual design, and makes it easier for companies to manage and store sales reports. Based on the results of interviews with 30 customers using the User Experience Questionnaire, it was found that on the previous website, for the factors of attractiveness, clarity, efficiency, accuracy, stimulation and novelty, the results were below average and even bad, causing a decrease in income due to lost consumer loyalty. The results of this study are a catalog feature that can be filtered by category to display detailed product information, product purchase features, chat features to accommodate customer questions before buying, review or feedback features after a purchase transaction, and a sales report recording feature. The researcher also compared websites before and after using UEQ with the same 30 respondents, where it was seen that the scores for the six factors had increased from below average to above average and bad to good.
