Abstract

This research aims to: 1) to know the condition of students in memorizing the Qur'an using translated and non translated Al-Qur'an at PPTQ Al-Asy'ariyyah Kalibeber Wonosobo; 2) to know the effectiveness of the method of memorizing translated and non translated Al-Qur'an at PPTQ Al-Asy'ariyyah Kalibeber Wonosobo; 3) to know the factors that influence the effectiveness of the method of memorizing Al-Qur'an using translated and non translated Al-Qur'an at PPTQ Al-Asy'ariyyah Kalibeber Wonosobo. This thesis uses a comparative descriptive qualitative research approach. Where researchers understand phenomena or events through an in-depth description of the data collected in the form of words not numbers. And comparing in depth (qualitative) about a phenomenon, with the aim of identifying similarities and differences, as well as understanding the context and meaning behind it. The data collection technique uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in comparative descriptive qualitative analysis are data selection, data classification, data interpretation and the final step of comparison, where researchers compare the speed level of memorizing the Qur'an with the use of different Qur'ans but using the same method. The results showed that: 1) the condition of students who memorize using the translated Al-Qur'an tends to have a better understanding of the meaning of the verse, but the memorization process is slower because it takes time to understand the meaning of the verse. Students who memorize using the non-translated Al-Qur'an are faster in memorizing because they only focus on the lafadz and the rhythm of the reading. 2) the effectiveness of memorization methods using translated and non-translated Al-Qur'an at PPTQ Al-Asy'ariyyah. In terms of speed, memorizing using the non-translated Al-Qur'an is superior because students only focus on repeating the lafadz. The durability of memorization in both methods is strongly influenced by the consistency of murojaah. Understanding the meaning is better owned by students who memorize using the translated Al-Qur'an. 3) factors that influence the effectiveness of memorization, namely motivation, intelligence, psychological conditions, support from parents and ustadzah, learning environment, as well as time management and discipline are very influential on the success and effectiveness of students' memorization.

Abstract

Muhammad Abdul Latif. The Implementation Of The Uswah Hasanah Habituation Model By Kyai To Develop The Moral Character Of Santri At Pondok Pesantren Al Istiqomah Kebumen. Undergraduate Thesis, Wonosobo: Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Al-Qur’an Science University of Central Java in Wonosobo, 2025. Uswah hasanah, which means good exemplary conduct, is a fundamental concept in Islamic teachings that greatly influences the development of individual personality and morality. In the Qur’an, particularly in Surah Al-Ahzab verse 21, Allah SWT affirms that the Prophet Muhammad SAW is the ultimate role model for humankind in all aspects of life. This concept is not merely a normative doctrine but a practical principle that can be implemented in everyday life, whether in the context of family, education, society, or leadership. This study aims to analyze the application of uswah hasanah values in contemporary life and their relevance in shaping a society of noble character.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the level of administrative problems experienced by Islamic Education (PAI) teachers in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum and its relationship to the quality of teaching in SMK Al Mabrur Pejawaran. The research is grounded in the concern that administrative burdens may affect teaching effectiveness. A descriptive quantitative method was used, with data collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The sample consisted of 119 students and one PAI teacher. The results showed that the level of administrative problems was categorized as low, with an average score of 86.67%. Meanwhile, the teacher’s teaching quality was considered fairly good by students, with a mean score of 54.46. Statistical analysis using a one-sample t-test produced a significance value of 0.505, indicating no significant difference between the perceived teaching quality and the reference mean. This suggests that although the teacher faced administrative responsibilities, they did not directly hinder classroom performance. The implication is that well-managed administration can support the learning process. Systematic support and technical training are needed to help teachers balance their administrative and pedagogical roles effectively within the framework of the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

Dalam dunia pendidikan komunikasi menjadi suatu hal yang sanagt penting karena sebagai salah satu media untuk menyampaikan pesan  kepada peserta didik. Realita pendidikan di Indonesia memiliki etika yang sesuai dengan pendidikan islam yang mana dalam bertutur kata harus memliki sopan santun salah satunya berbicara dengan lembut (qaulan Layina). Tidak sedikit ditemukan percekcokan antara pendidik dan peserta didik yang disebabkan karena model komunikasi yang tidak sesuai dengan etika. Sehingga model komunikasi sangat diperlukan sehingga penulis tertarik untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis Model Komunikasi dalam dunia Penidikan (Analisis Q.S. Al Hujurat ayat 2). Penelitian ini bertujuan unntuk: 1) mengetahui bagaimana model komunikasi antara pendidik dan peserta didik dalam dunia pendidikan. 2) mengetahui bagaimana model komunikasi antara pendidik dan peserta didik yang terkandung dalam surat Al hujurat ayat 2. 3) mengetahui relevasi model komunikasi yang terkandung dalam surat Al Hujurat ayat 2 pada masa sekarang.                 Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian ini  menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Pendekatan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis secara mendalam fenomena sosial melalui sumber-sumber literatur. Data dikumpukan melalui analisis dokumen dan kajian literature yang relevan dengan fokus pada model komunikasi dalam pendidikan berdasarkan analisis Q.S. Al-Hujurat ayat 2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode komunikasi dalam dunia pendidikan (analisis Q.S. al-Hujurat ayat 2) yaitu  memiliki Model komunikasi antara pendidik dan peserta didik memegang peranan penting dalam menciptakan efektivitas proses pembelajaran. Dalam perspektif Islam, komunikasi tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai alat penyampaian informasi, tetapi juga sebagai sarana pembentukan karakter melalui adab dan etika berbahasa. Nilai-nilai seperti Qaulan Sadidan (perkataan benar) dan Qaulan Layyinan (perkataan lembut)menjadi pedoman dalam membangun interaksi yang santun dan penuh hormat. Q.S. Al-Hujurat ayat 2 menegaskan pentingnya menjaga sopan santun dalam berkomunikasi, khususnya kepada pendidik, sebagai refleksi dari akhlak Islami. Implementasi model komunikasi yang beretika, sebagaimana dicontohkan oleh Nabi Muhammad Saw., berkontribusi dalam menciptakan suasana belajar yang harmonis serta mendukung pembentukan akhlak mulia pada peserta didik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pembelajaran kitab Hidayathus Shibyan dalam meningkatkan kualitas bacaan Al-Qur’an santri di Pondok Pesantren Al Futuhiyyah Ali Masykur, Bumen, Wonosobo. Kitab Hidayathus Shibyan dipilih karena berisi ringkasan hukum-hukum tajwid dalam bentuk nadzom yang mudah dipahami dan dihafalkan oleh santri. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran tajwid mencakup lima aspek: perencanaan, materi, media, metode, dan evaluasi. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran terbukti meningkatkan kemampuan bacaan santri secara bertahap. Faktor pendukung meliputi media pembelajaran yang sesuai, rutinitas ngaji ba’da maghrib, serta dukungan guru yang kompeten. Adapun faktor penghambat antara lain latar belakang santri yang beragam, keterbatasan waktu belajar, ketidakhadiran santri, dan menurunnya motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kitab Hidayathus Shibyan efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran tajwid, namun memerlukan penguatan dalam hal strategi pembelajaran dan pendampingan bagi santri pemula.

Abstract

The IPNU-IPPNU organization has an important role in character building of students at SMP Ma'arif Kalibawang, Wonosobo Regency in 2024/2025. This study aims to describe and analyze how the organization's activities are able to internalize character values ​​such as religiosity, responsibility, discipline, leadership, and cooperation through various activities based on direct experience and real-life practices. The method used is descriptive qualitative field research, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana analysis models. The results of the study indicate that the active involvement of students in the IPNU-IPPNU organization significantly improves aspects of character, soft skills, and student discipline, and equips them to become a responsible, religious, and competitive young generation in accordance with the paradigm of experience-based character education.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the concept of takror learning in strengthening students' memorization, to examine the implementation of takror learning in strengthening the memorization of students in the tahfidz program of TPQ at the Great Mosque of Az-Zuhud, Petanahan, Kebumen, and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors of takror learning in the tahfidz program of TPQ at the Great Mosque of Az-Zuhud, Petanahan, Kebumen. This research uses a qualitative field method with interview and observation techniques. The results of the study indicate that the concept of takror learning implemented at the TPQ tahfidz program of the Great Mosque of Az-Zuhud, Petanahan, Kebumen is intended to strengthen students’ memorization. Takror learning is divided into two types: classical and individual. The process of takror learning also involves several stages. The takror learning implemented in the tahfidz program at TPQ of the Great Mosque of Az-Zuhud, Petanahan, Kebumen is carried out individually and classically. Individual learning is applie d after classical learning is completed, where students review their memorization and receive guidance from an ustadz (male teacher) or ustadzah (female teacher). Meanwhile, classical learning is conducted by collectively reviewing memorization in front of the ustadz or ustadzah. The factors supporting the implementation of takror learning there include time availability and the presence of PKBM (Community Learning Activity Center) activities. In contrast, the inhibiting factors are mostly related to age, which makes it difficult for students to manage their time during the learning process

Abstract

. In the midst of global challenges such as moral degradation, individualism, and the rise of hate speech, strengthening ethical and moral values has become an urgent need in the field of education. Islam, as a comprehensive religion, emphasizes the importance of morality through teachings derived from the Qur’an, Hadith, and classical scholarly works. This article aims to examine the moral educational values contained in the chapter "Maintaining Proper Conduct and Manners" (Bab Menjaga Adab-adab Tingkah Laku) from the book Risalatul Mu‘awanah by Sayyid Abdullah bin Alwi bin Muhammad Al-Haddad, and to assess its relevance to contemporary education. This study employs library research using a descriptive qualitative approach and content analysis. The findings reveal that this chapter contains essential moral values such as guarding one’s speech from gossip, speaking politely, avoiding careless oaths, and demonstrating proper behavior in dressing, eating, sleeping, and social interaction. These values emphasize the importance of morality, politeness, and social harmony, and remain highly relevant to character education today, especially amid the current moral crisis and growing individualism. The book Risalatul Mu‘awanah excels in delivering moral teachings in a concise, clear, and systematic manner. Although written in classical Arabic and not addressing modern issues explicitly, its teachings are still contextual and applicable. Therefore, its content deserves integration into both formal and non-formal education systems as a reference for building strong Islamic character.

Abstract

This research was conducted in response to the following issues: the students’ low understanding of Fathu al-Qarib; the declining interest learning, causing it to fade from Islamic education; inadequate enthusiasm; a lack of innovative and contextual teaching methods; and challenges posed by globalization and modernization. In light of these problems, this study aims to: 1) explore the concept of teaching; 2) examine how its learning is implemented; and 3) identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in efforts to teach. A qualitative field research methodology was employed. The findings indicate that the learning method applied at Karang Santri Islamic boarding school is the sorogan method. Additionally, the school has incorporated musyāwarah (group discussion) into their teaching of the Fathu al-Qarib book. The inhibiting factors include students’ lack of concentration during learning sessions and the absence of sanctions for those who do not attend. Abstract

This research aims to: 1) Determine the efforts of MTs Ma'arif Tieng teachers in improving students' emotional and spiritual intelligence through Akidah Akhlak learning, and 2) Determine the factors that encourage and inhibit the development of students' emotional and spiritual intelligence. The data collection for this research was carried out qualitatively through documentation, interviews, and observations. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction, descriptive presentation, and triangulation. Based on the results of the study, educators used discussion techniques, positive behavior patterns, role models, rewards, and punishments to help children develop their emotional and spiritual intelligence. Supporting factors include cooperation between teachers and homeroom teachers, student enthusiasm, and madrasah programs such as da'wah activities, tahfiz, duha prayer, reading of rotibul athos, and OSIS. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include negative attitudes of students, lack of ability to read the Qur'an, and low learning discipline. This research is expected to add insight into the importance of the role of Akidah Akhlak teachers in improving students' spiritual and emotional intelligence, as well as encourage the development of more effective learning methods in this field.
