Abstract

Tourism is a variety of tourism activities that are supported by various facilities and services provided by the community, entrepreneurs, government and local governments. One of the tourism objects in Pasuruan Regency managed by Perhutani is Putuk Truno Waterfall. Putuk Truno Waterfall is one of the Perhutani areas under the Ecotourism Independent Business Unit division. This study aims to understand the role of the facilitator of the Perum Perhutani Independent Business Unit in the Tourism Development of Putuk Truno Prigen Pasuruan. This research method uses descriptive qualitative method. Qualitative data analysis techniques were obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research on the role of the Perum Perhutani Independent Business Unit Facilitator in the Tourism Development of Putuk Truno Prigen Pasuruan Waterfall is to carry out the role as a facilitator by providing physical and non-physical facilities. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the Strategy of the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports in Developing the Coban Canggu Tourism Object. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. By using purposive sampling technique in determining informants. The results of research in the resources support strategy of the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports in Developing Coban Canggu Tourism Objects, Pacet District, Mojokerto Regency, show that utilizing existing resources, both in the provision of infrastructure, human resources, and budgets. As there is still a lack of available budget, the slow pace of developing the Coban Canggu Waterfall attraction has not been maximized.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze community empowerment through the Kampung KB program in Ketegan Village, Tanggulangin District and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for community empowerment in the KB Village. The research method carried out by the researcher is a qualitative descriptive method. The technique of determining the informants in this study used a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study were obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. fish-based food processor by PLKB Tanggulangin Regency. Based on the results of the study, it is shown that the main target of this program is the community, especially in Ketegan Village. From the community side, they gave a positive response in the implementation of the family planning program in the form of community participation in providing information.

Abstract

This study was to determine the involvement of community participation in the village-owned enterprise program in Sidokepung Village, Buduran District, Sidoarjo Regency. The research method uses descriptive qualitative. The results of the research can be said that community involvement is quite good, although only a few. In reality, not all community members in Sidokepung Village are involved, this is based on the lack of socialization from the BUMDes management to the community related to the BUMDes program, then busy work is also still a barrier, housewives who still do not want to be involved because they think that is there any reciprocity if they participate in BUMDes activities, and there are still those who question whether the BUMDes programs are long-term and able to provide benefits for them.

Abstract

The government of the Population and Civil Registration Service of the Mojokerto Regency in implementing E-KTP services through the online service without meeting systems (POS KETANMU) must have a predetermined goal or target. To support the realization of E-KTP services in accordance with standard operating procedures, it must have the right time factor so that this E-KTP services can be carried out quickly and precisely. This study aims to describe the condition of an object of research, namely the E-KTP service through POS KETANMU as it is and based on existing facts. This research method uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of the study show that the time factor has provided services to the community and has not received a good response from the community. The public is enthusiastic to hear about the E-KTP service through this online system. However, the implementation process has not yet reached the predetermined time factor. This is due to the lack of orderly service providers in responding to request for public services.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine, describe and analyze the relative advantages of Mobile Medical Care (MMC) services. Qualitative descriptive research method through interviews, observation and documentation. Determination of informants was carried out by purposive sampling method which involved the Head of Medical Records, IT officers, KAURBIN and users of Mobile Medical Care (MMC) application services. Data analysis techniques using Miles and Hubberman through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the service of this relative advantage is indicated by the speed of response to each incoming registration.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the Supporting Factors of the Quality of One Stop Services Study at the Bangil Religious Court Class 1B, Pasuruan Regency. Qualitative descriptive research methods and data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Determination of informants is done by purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Supporting Factors for the Quality of One-Stop Integrated Service Study at the Bangil Religious Court Class 1B, Pasuruan Regency, have continuous employee direction to improve the competence of employees, one of which can be obtained through coaching. adequate facilities and infrastructure, and employee discipline in implementing SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) services, because discipline is education or training for employees who have focused on developing a good attitude towards work.

Abstract

The Sidoarjo People’s Service System Innovation (SIPRAJA) is an innovation of the Sidoarjo Regency/City government. This study aims to analyze and describe the obstacles that occur in innovation in the Sidoarjo people service system (SIPRAJA) in Sidokerto Village, Buduran District, Sidoarjo Regency, namely yhe conditionof the community that is still difficult to adapt or keep up with increasingly shophisticated times and the internet network is lacking stable. This research uses systems innovation theory. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, documentation, and observation. The results of this study indicate that the innovation of the Sidoarjo People’s Service System (SIPRAJA) in Sidokerto Village, Buduran District, Sidoarjo regency, nemly focusing on the innovation system providing convenience in mail management services effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

One form of e-government implementation carried out by the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Sidorjo Regency is by issuing the latest breakthrough in managing Population administration in the form of online services (PLAVON). The purpose of this study is to describe and implement e-government through online services (PLAVON) for dukcapil and to find out and describe the obstacles in implementing e-government through services via online (PLAVON) dukcapil. The type in this research is descriptive research through a qualitative approach.The implementation of e-government on legal infrastructure indicators uses guidelines through regulations from the Sidoarjo Regency Government. Second, institutional infrastructure, namely coordination with related parties at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sidoarjo Regency. Third, human infrastructure, namely Pulungan Village government employees, they understand very well the use of online services (Plavon). Fourth, technological infrastructure, namely the existing facilities in Pulungan Village itself, is also good, there are facilities and infrastructure. While the obstacles in implementing e-government are the lack of socialization from the Pulungan Village Government, the internet network is less stable, and not all people can access the Plavon application, especially for the elderly or elderly.

Abstract

Regional development is an integral part of national development in accordance with the mandate of Law number 33 of 2004 concerning financial balance between the central government and regional governments where regions can manage their own households to accelerate the realization of community welfare. Therefore, the Regional Government is given the authority to explore its own sources of income. PAD consists of the results of regional taxes, the results of regional levies, the results of separated regional wealth management and other legitimate regional income. In Pasuruan Regency the tourism sector has not become a major contributor to PAD so that in order to achieve this goal the Pasuruan Regency Culture and Tourism Office requires a tourism development strategy. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe tourism development strategies by the Pasuruan Regency Culture and Tourism Agency in increasing PAD. The method used is a qualitative method with data collection carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study state that there are several types of strategies namely Corporate Strategy, Strategy Program, Resources Support Strategy and Institutional Strategy in tourism development carried out by the Culture Service and Pasuruan Regency Tourism in increasing PAD in Pasuruan Regency. Of the four types of strategies in Pasuruan Regency the most prominent strategies are Corporate Strategy and Strategy Program.
