Abstract

The use of digital-based financial reports has been widely used by business actors in Pamekasan Regency. Various trainings on preparing digital-based financial reports have also been provided by the Cooperatives, SMEs and Manpower Office of Pamekasan Regency to its fostered employees. Although it has been implemented, not all parties can implement it optimally due to several factors that become obstacles. The preparation of financial reports is an urgent problem besides other problems. The purpose of this study is to find the effect of effectiveness and efficiency on the preparation of digital-based financial reports. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive which is measured using the SPSS statistical analysis tool. The population in this study was 490 active cooperatives and a sample of 57 cooperatives. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant influence both partially and simultaneously between the variables of effectiveness and efficiency on the preparation of digital-based financial reports with the most dominant influence being the efficiency variable. These results are evidence that training in digitalizing financial reports needs to be redesigned by emphasizing the efficiency aspect of system use and the digital system used should be selected based on its ability to simplify processes and save resources.

Abstract

The Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) is a nationwide initiative launched by the Indonesian government to improve children’s health and reduce malnutrition through free nutritious meals in schools. While the program is a key pillar of Indonesia’s long-term development vision (Indonesia Emas 2045), its large-scale implementation presents significant risks across operational, financial, and governance domains. This study aims to identify and assess the key risks involved in the MBG program using the ISO 31000:2018 risk management framework and a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through field observations, structured interviews, stakeholder questionnaires, and document analysis involving schools, catering service providers, and student beneficiaries. Risk levels were assessed based on probability and impact ratings, and further analyzed using a risk matrix and SWOT framework. Findings reveal that schools face the highest risk exposure, particularly in areas of delayed budget disbursement, food safety, and governance transparency. Catering providers reported medium risks related to delivery logistics and hygiene standards, while students expressed concerns primarily related to meal variety and portion sizes. Three priority risk categories were identified: financial uncertainty, food quality assurance, and program accountability. This study contributes to the growing literature on public nutrition policy and risk governance by providing evidence-based recommendations to enhance program implementation. Key recommendations include digital risk monitoring platforms, improved stakeholder coordination, food safety audits, and policy transparency mechanisms. By managing these risks proactively, the MBG program can be transformed into a sustainable and equitable intervention to improve child health and education outcomes in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to identify benchmarks for developing employee performance by examining the effects of knowledge sharing and internal communication on performance, as well as understanding the mediating role of self-efficacy in these relationships at PT Marinal Indoprima. Employing a quantitative approach, data were collected through Google Forms and interviews with 80 employees, determined using the Slovin formula from a total population of 369 employees. The collected data were processed using Smart-PLS software and analyzed through the SEM-PLS method, which allowed for the examination of complex relationships between multiple variables simultaneously. The findings reveal that employee performance is positively influenced by knowledge sharing, but not significantly affected by internal communication. Furthermore, the study demonstrates that self-efficacy mediates the relationship between knowledge sharing and performance, but does not mediate the relationship between internal communication and performance. Both knowledge sharing and internal communication were found to positively impact self-efficacy, and self-efficacy itself has a direct positive effect on performance. The results suggest that organizations should focus on enhancing knowledge sharing practices and fostering self-efficacy among employees to improve performance outcomes, while recognizing that internal communication alone may not directly drive performance improvements. Theoretically, this research contributes to the expansion of knowledge regarding performance escalation mechanisms in organizational settings and provides valuable insights into the complex interplay between communication practices, individual psychological factors, and performance outcomes in the context of Indonesian manufacturing companies.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of job insecurity and employee engagement on turnover intention, with mental health as a mediating variable, among employees at PT. Pos Indonesia. Using an associative quantitative approach and a saturated sample of 101 respondents, data were analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that job insecurity does not significantly affect mental health or turnover intention. In contrast, employee engagement has a positive and significant impact on both mental health and turnover intention. However, mental health did not mediate the relationships between job insecurity or employee engagement and turnover intention. Notably, high levels of engagement appear to increase turnover intention, likely due to work-related pressure and unbalanced workloads. These findings suggest that while engagement is beneficial, it may also lead to negative outcomes if not managed properly. The study implies that organizations should focus on equitable workload distribution, implement mental health support programs, and monitor work-related stress to better retain high-performing employees.
