Abstract

Abstrak Teknologi Informasi digunakan untuk mempercepat dan mempermudah pekerjaan kantor dalam hal ini erat kaitannya dengan manajemen perkantoran modern. Implementasi Manajemen perkantoran modern diperlukan peralatan kantor berbasis teknologi informasi dan SDM yang berkualitas. Google Inc merupakan sebuah perusahaan multinasional Amerika Serikat yang menyediakan berbagai produk penunjang pekerjaan kantor. Oleh karena itu pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada masyarakat pada umumnya dan pegawai BKD Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur tentang manfaat Google LLC dalam manajemen perkantoran modern. Kata Kunci : Majemen Perkantoran Modern, teknologi informasi, google LLC Abstract Information technology is used to speed up and simplify office work, in this case it is closely related to modern office management. Implementation of modern office management requires quality information technology-based office equipment and human resources. Google Inc. is an American multinational corporation that provides various office work support products. Therefore this community service aims to provide knowledge and skills to the community in general and East Nusa Tenggara Province BKD employees about the benefits of Google LLC in modern office management. Abstract

This community service aims to enable students to recognize and pronounce English alphabets accurately through alphabet flashcards. In addition, this kind of activity is conducted to encourage students to form words and create simple sentences. This activity employs methods of lecture, discussion, and demonstration. The results of this activity show that students are now able to pronounce the English alphabet and construct words and simple sentences. Consequently, students have become interested in learning English.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (abdimas) ini adalah untuk membangkitkan motivasi belajar bahasa Inggris anak-anak Panti Asuhan St. Louis de Monfort-Sikumana. Pembangkitan motivasi belajar bahasa Inggris ini ditempuh melalui games and songs atau permaian dan lagu. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan abdimas ini adalah permainan, lagu, dan demonstrasi. Terdapat tiga tahap dalam kegiatan ini, yakni persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan penyusunan laporan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak lebih antusias dalam belajar bahasa Inggris lewat games and songs. Bahkan, anak-anak juga bisa dengan mudah menguasai kosakata baru, memiliki ketrampilan berbahasa dan pengucapan yang baik, serta cukup mahir menguasai tata bahasa Inggris. Kata Kunci : motivasi belajar, bahasa Inggris, games and songs AbtsractThis community service activity aims to foster motivation for learning the English language among the children of St. Louis de Monfort-Sikumana Orphanage. This is achieved through the use of games and songs as a means of stimulation. The methods employed in this community service activity include games, songs, and demonstrations. The activity consists of three stages: preparation, implementation, and report preparation. The results of this activity indicate that the children are more enthusiastic about learning English through games and songs. Moreover, they can easily acquire new vocabulary, possess language skills and good pronunciation, and are proficient in mastering English grammar. Abstract

This research aims to identify the pattern of language shift in Tetun Fehan language and the influencing factors in the speech community in Belu, RI - RDTL border area. This research uses a sociolinguistic approach by applying a qualitative descriptive method. The research subjects were 37 head of families which include 110 speakers of Tetun Fehan language. The process of collecting data through observation and interviews. The collected data is then processed in three stages, namely classification, interpretation and data analysis which is displayed in the form of descriptive narrative. The results indicates there is a language shift in the family realm with the pattern of communication relationships between husband to wife, wife to husband, parent to children and children to parent. The factors that influence the language shift come from internal factor, includes (1) the lack of use of the Tetun Fehan language (2) the reluctance to use the language (3) the lack of socialization in the family and (4) interaction with surrounding, and external factors includes (1) education factor (2) migration factor).Keywords: Tetun Fehan language, language shift, speech community, border area
