Abstract

This study aims to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes in Pancasila Education learning through the application of the Cooperative Learning model of the Course Review Horay (CRH) type in grade V of SDN 03 Pulai Anak Air Bukittinggi. This study uses the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method with a qualitative and quantitative approach, carried out in two cycles that include the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through test and non-test techniques, with the research subjects consisting of teachers as observers, researchers as practitioners, and class V students. The results of the study showed an increase in several aspects: (1) Teaching modules increased from an average of 83.2% (B) in cycle I to 95.83% (SB) in cycle II; (2) The implementation of learning by teachers increased from 81.5% (B) to 95.45% (SB); (3) The implementation of student aspect learning increased from 81.5% (B) to 95.45% (SB); (4) Students' learning outcomes increased from an average of 76.69 (C) in cycle I to 90.53 (SB) in cycle II. In conclusion, the application of the Horay Course Review model has proven to be effective in improving student learning outcomes in Pancasila Education learning in grade V of SDN 03 Pulai Anak Air Bukittinggi

Abstract

Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) is a problem in shipping that focuses on distributing goods from a depot to customers. There are several developments from VRP, one of which is the Multi Depot Vehicle Routing Problem (MDVRP). The MDVRP model has the same goal as the VRP, which is to minimize travel costs. The difference between VRP and MDVRP depends on the depot used. In VRP, only one depot is used. Whereas in MDVRP, there is more than one depot used. This research discussed the delivery of goods to two depots. The aim of this research is to form a model for shipping goods using two depots, determine the total travel cost, and determine the optimal route to delivery of the goods. The data used in this research is secondary data. The result of this research is that the model for the MDVRP aims to minimize the total travel cost by using two depots and serving 10 customer locations. The total cost of the trip is IDR 390,000, with a total distance traveled as far as 300 km, and the optimal routes for delivering goods involve each depot making two trips. The first depot covers distances of 57 km and 48 km, and the second depot covers distances of 92 km and 103 km.

Abstract

AbstrakTuntutan global menuntut dunia pendidikan untuk selalu dan senantiasa menyesuaikan perkembangan teknologi terhadap usaha dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan. SMA Kartini Batam adalah sekolah menengah atas swasta di Batam, Kepulauan Riau. Dengan visi dan misi yang jelas, SMA Kartini di Yayasan Keluarga Batam bertujuan untuk menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang dinamis, iklusif, dan mendukung pengembangan karakter positif. Pemrograman Dasar adalah salah satu mata pelajaran dasar dalam bidang Teknologi, Informasi, dan Komunikasi (TIK). Pada pembelajaran sekarang ini sangat penting memiliki pengetahuan TIK. Namun, SMA Kartini Batam belum terbiasa menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python untuk pemrograman. Oleh karena itu, dasar pemrograman penting dipelajari khususnya siswa/i jurusan teknik informatika dan komputer. Menerapkan dasar pemrograman di sekolah dapat membantu meningkatkan minat siswa dalam bidang teknologi seperti pembuatan aplikasi, game dan website. Dengan adanya pelatihan dasar pemrograman bagi siswa/i SMA Kartini Batam sebagai landasan yang penting untuk mempelajari bahasa pemrograman dan mengembangkan keterampilan pemrograman. Python merupakan bahasa pemrograman yang populer dan mudah dipelajari. Python banyak digunakan dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak, data science, dan machine learning. Menerapkan dasar pemrograman di sekolah juga dapat membantu meningkatkan minat siswa dalam bidang teknologi seperti pembuatan aplikasi, game dan website. Kata kunci: teknologi; dasar pemrograman; python; minat siswa; mutu pendidikan. AbstractGlobal demands require the world of education to always and continuously adapt to technological developments in efforts to improve the quality of education. Therefore, basic programming is important to learn, especially for students majoring in informatics and computer engineering. Implementing basic programming in schools can help increase student interest in technology fields such as application, game and website development. With basic programming training for SMA Kartini Batam students as an important foundation for learning programming languages and developing programming skills. Python is a popular and easy-to-learn programming language. Python is widely used in software development, data science, and machine learning. Abstract

Riset ini memiliki tujuan guna melaksankan evaluasi ulang terhadap pemakaian media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik di SD. Pada riset kali ini penulis memakai metode meta-analisis. Tahap awal pada riset adalah menentukan topik yang sejalan dengan masalah yang inin penulis angkat agar mempermudah penulis maat melakukan pengumpulan data. Data pada riset ini didapat melalui penelusuran jurnal online di Google Scholar dengan beberapa kata kunci seperti Media pada Pembelajaran, Peningkatan Hasil Belajar, dan Sekolah Dasar. Setelah pencarian selesai, didapatkanlah sejumlah artikel yang relevan ditemukan dan digunakan. Data yang telah didapatkan setelah itu dilaksankan analisis memakai metode kuantitatif. Berlandaskan pada hasil analisis, terbukti bahwa dengan pemakaian media pembelajaran mampu memberikan peningkatkan pada hasil belajar peserta didik, dengan peningkatan terendah sebesar 43% dan tertinggi sebesar 91%. Dari data ini, bida di ambil kesimpulan mengenai media pembelajaran yang tepat sangat berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar pada peserta didik. Selain itu, penggunaan media yang tepat memberikan pengalaman berbeda bagi peserta didik selama proses pembelajaran, sehingga membantu dalam peningkatan kemampuan peserta didik pada pemahaman materi dengan relatif ringan melalui pemanfaatan media pembelajaran yang tepat saat pembelajaran berlangsun.

Abstract

Classical quantile regression is global generalized parameter estimation results, spatial heterogeneity conditions cannot be captured by this model. The use of local models with spatial attribute can accommodate the characteristics between observation locations. The local quantile regression model is called the Geographically Weighted Quantile Regression (GWQR) model. Further testing of the effectiveness of this model is required by utilizing simulation data. This study uses simulated data generated with sample sizes uniformly distributed with intervals (0,1) contaminated with 5%, 10%, 15% outliers, with predictor variables (x=4) (β1,β2,β3,β4), and quantile sizes of 0.05, 0.25, 0.50, 0.75 and 0.95. Model effectiveness is measured based on Root Mean Square Error (RMSE). From the test, GWQR model can overcome the problem of outliers in simulated data up to the amount of outlier contamination of 15%, and spatial heterogeneity. The RMSE value is getting closer to 0 as the sample size and outliers increase. The test results explain that the 0.95 quantile produces the best parameter estimates compared to other quantiles.

Abstract

As an archipelagic country, Indonesia has great potential in the fisheries sector. As a free trade zone, Batam is important in exporting fishery products. One of the fishery export products in Batam City is gonggong snails. It is a favorite seafood item in Riau Islands Province and has high economic value. However, previous studies focused more on the content of gonggong snails and their industrial feasibility; there has been no specific research on the analysis of gonggong snail exports in Batam City, even though gonggong snails are one of Batam City's export products. In this research, we will forecast the freight on board (FoB) value for gonggong exports in Batam City using a discrete-time Markov chain with two states: above and below the moving average. There are several types of moving averages, including simple moving averages and weighted moving averages. An initial analysis will determine the moving averages' type and duration following the Gonggong export FOB data in Batam. The data used is the Gonggong export FoB data for Batam City from January 2020 to November 2023. Based on this data, the transition probability matrix will be calculated based on the number of export transitions below and above the Weighted Moving Average 6 (WMA 6) value. Limiting probability from the Markov chain will be used to predict the long-term FOB value of fishery product exports up to steady-state conditions. It was found that steady-state conditions would be reached after 17 months, with a probability of FOB exports below WMA6 of 55.06% and FOB exports above WMA6 of 44.94%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the significant factors of organizational culture that influence employee performance productivity using a path analysis model by looking at the total direct and indirect influence of sub-variables. Path analysis can describe the magnitude of the influence and significant variables using direct and indirect influences. By adapting to this case, direct and indirect modeling is needed to see the magnitude of the influence of these sub-indicators. Research related to organizational culture has been carried out to see how much influence organizational culture and motivation have on employee performance. The result is that the greater the organizational culture and achievement motivation, the higher the influence on employee performance. This type of research uses a qualitative and quantitative approach. This research uses a questionnaire to collect data, which has been tested for validity and reliability. This research was conducted at the Gorontalo District Health Service in 2022. Respondents used in this research were 57 Gorontalo District Health Service employees. Data analysis using software R. Results of the research show that organizational culture variables and sub-variables, namely artifacts (X1), values ​​(X2), and basic assumptions (X3), significantly influence employee performance productivity (Y). The total effect is calculated using the path coefficient calculation of the significant variables. The total influence of organizational culture in the form of artifacts (X1) on employee work productivity (Y) is 72%, and the total influence of organizational culture in the form of values ​​(X2) on employee work productivity (Y) is 65%. The total influence of organizational culture is in the form of basic assumptions (X3 ) on employee work productivity (Y) of 78%. This shows that the organizational culture variable influences the most significant influence, namely basic assumptions (X3). The Gorontalo district health office can consider the results of this analysis to make further policies regarding which organizational culture priorities will be implemented to increase employee productivity to the maximum.

Abstract

Batam is one of the cities in Indonesia which is located in a strategic area which is on international shipping lanes and has a sea area of 3,675 km2, so it has enormous potential in the field of marine fisheries resources. The catch of fishermen is strongly influenced by wind, temperature and rainfall. However, the main factor that is often a problem for fishermen at sea is global warming which is increasing which causes changing patterns of wind, temperature and rainfall to become erratic which makes it difficult for fishermen to catch fish. This study aims to describe the effect of temperature, wind speed and rainfall on capture fish production in the city of Batam. The research method used is quantitative using the time series regression test which was analyzed starting from January 2016 to December 2020 with the variables analyzed being temperature (X1), wind speed (X2), rainfall (X3) and capture fisheries production (Y). The results of the partial test show that the relationship between wind speed (X2) and rainfall (X3) to Y is negative, meaning that the higher the wind speed (X2) and rainfall (X3), the less catch fish production (Y) will be. While the partial test results show that temperature (X1), wind speed (X2) and rainfall (X3) together have a significant effect on capture fisheries production (Y) in the city of Batam.
