Abstract

The Orphanage Assistance Agency is an agency whose members are orphans from RW 05, 06 and 07 of Pondok Cina Village, Beji District, Depok City. The purpose of the Orphanage Assistance Agency is to form students of the nation who are pious to Allah SWT, knowledgeable and have noble morals. The Orphanage Assistance Agency consists of teenagers consisting of orphans from RW 05, 06 and 07, Pondok Cina, Beji, Depok who are students from Junior High School to High School. The problem faced by the Orphanage Assistance Agency is the lack of understanding of the use of digital financial applications to manage personal finances wisely and better. This community service activity aims to develop knowledge, understanding and motivation in planning, recording, and controlling personal finances more efficiently with financial intelligence in the digital era through the use of applications for personal financial management for Orphans from RW 05, 06, and 07 Depok. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in participants by 92% in utilizing technology through the use of financial management applications, namely financial records by recording income and expenditure of funds and financial reports so that they can check the remaining funds at any time and the transition from conventional financial management to a digital-based system can be used to make long-term financial planning.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of self-development and internship experience on job readiness among students participating in the Certified Internship and Independent Study Program (MSIB) Batch 5. Employing a quantitative descriptive approach with a causal design, data were collected from 50 purposively selected students using a structured online questionnaire. The analysis, conducted using SPSS version 26, involved multiple linear regression, t-tests, and F-tests. Results indicate that both self-development and internship experience have a positive and statistically significant effect on job readiness, both individually and simultaneously. The two variables together account for 92% of the variance in job readiness, demonstrating a strong model fit. These findings support existing theories such as Maslow’s hierarchy of needs and self-efficacy theory, affirming the role of personal growth and experiential learning. Practically, the study underscores the need for higher education institutions and internship providers to integrate structured personal development and industry-aligned internship programs to enhance students’ career preparedness and smooth their transition into the workforce.

Abstract

Digital transformation in education is inevitable; however, many schools such as SMPIT Ajimutu Global Insani still face challenges in adopting technology. The main issue lies in the manual learning evaluation process, which leads to teacher time inefficiency and limited question variation, ultimately affecting learning quality. This community service program aims to bridge the digital gap by implementing an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based solution. The novelty of this initiative lies in the use of the Question Maker Application (QUMAA)—an innovative tool that automates question generation and includes a question difficulty analysis feature, offering a comprehensive approach to digitizing school evaluation systems. The program was carried out through a participatory method consisting of five stages: needs assessment, application development, intensive training and mentoring for teachers, implementation and evaluation, as well as monitoring and sustainability planning. The results showed that the learning evaluation process was successfully digitized, with teachers’ ability to understand and use AI increasing by more than 50%, and question preparation time reduced by up to 50%. This program not only facilitated technology transfer but also empowered teachers and strengthened the school institution. The implementation of the AI-based QUMAA proved effective in improving efficiency and quality in learning evaluation. Furthermore, this model can be replicated in other schools as a concrete contribution to achieving the SDGs in education, emphasizing the need for ongoing support and funding to sustain digital innovation in the education sector.

Abstract

Tren pemasaran digital memberikan peluang bagi UMKM untuk beradaptasi di Era Industri 4.0. Pelaku UMKM dapat memanfaatkan saluran media digital untuk mempromosikan produk, jasa, atau merek kepada konsumen. Sebagai bagian dari strategi pemasaran digitalnya, Goenoeng Berjaya menggunakan berbagai platform media sosial seperti Facebook dan Instagram. Untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan pelanggan di media sosial dan mungkin meningkatkan penjualan dan pengenalan merek, Goenoeng Berjaya belum memanfaatkan konten pemasaran digital secara efisien. UMKM harus bekerja keras untuk menciptakan konten yang akan meningkatkan interaksi konsumen dan mengoptimalkan hasil teknik pemasaran digital yang mereka adopsi. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan Goenoeng Berjaya dalam membuat konten pemasaran digital sehingga dapat membangun keterlibatan pelanggan yang efektif. di media sosial. Metode kegiatan ini mulai dari persiapan dan observasi, pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Tim pelaksana mempersiapkan tempat pelatihan dan narasumber untuk pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan. Selain itu, tim pelaksana melakukan observasi untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang dihadapi UMKM Kopi Goenoeng Berjaya. Pelaksanaan pelatihan ini menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi dan praktik. Tim Pelaksana menyebarkan kuesioner sebelum dan di akhir kegiatan pelatihan sebagai evaluasi keberhasilan kegiatan pelatihan ini. Hasil dari pelatihan ini, pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam menghasilkan konten pemasaran digital di media sosial meningkat sebesar 70 persen. Selain itu, program pendampingan masih dilakukan untuk mengawasi produksi dan publikasi formal materi pemasaran digital untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan pelanggan media sosial.

Abstract

PT Trans Rekreasindo is a company engaged in providing children and family playgrounds. In attracting customers PT Trans Rekreasindo has attractive prizes, one of which is a ticket with prizes. This research was made to find out how to control the inventory of ticket prizes implemented by PT Trans Rekreasindo which will be compared with inventory control using the Economic Order Quantity method. The writing method used by the writer is observation, interview, and documentation with qualitative outline results. PT Trans Rekreasindo made ticket reservations in 2019 with 24,000,000 tickets, with a frequency of ordering 12 times a year, and the number of one-time tickets ordered as many as 2,000,000 tickets. PT Trans Rekreasindo is still experiencing a shortage of prize tickets. If it is applied with the calculation of the PT Trans Rekreasindo EOQ method, it only applies the number of economic orders, that is 2,000,000 in one message and the order frequency is 12 times in one year. However, the safety stock did not apply for 197,110 and the reorder point was 663,779. PT Trans Rekreasindo should apply the EOQ method in full, apply safety stock calculations and reorder points so that they do not experience shortage of tickets in the future.

Abstract

Analisis kinerja keuangan dengan rasio keuangan PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur TBK dapat dilakukan melalui analisis rasio keuangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui rasio likuiditas, rasio aktivitas, dan rasio profitabilitas pada PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk pada periode tahun 2019-2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data melalui data sekunder dari website Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan analisis rasio keuangan PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk periode 2019- 2023 dengan menggunakan standar industri Kashmir, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Dari rasio likuiditas, kemampuan perusahaan dalam menyelesaikan kewajiban jangka pendek berada pada kondisi kurang baik dari tahun 2022-2023 2) Dalam rasio aktivitas, rasio aktivitas menunjukkan efisiensi perusahaan dalam menggunakan aset, yang diperkirakan cukup baik. 3) Dari rasio profitabilitas, kinerja PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk tergolong cukup baik.

Abstract

This research adopts a quantitative descriptive approach using observation, questionnaires, documentation, and literature study methods. The population studied was 35 PT Mitra Yudhitama Medika Jakarta employees, using saturated sampling techniques. Data analysis uses a multiple linear regression model and SPSS version 26 software to calculate the results of the Multiple Linear Regression variable test, T-Test, and F Test and analyze the level of determination. The research results show that work discipline and giving rewards significantly influence the performance of PT Mitra Yudhitama Medika employees. High work discipline reflects adherence to rules and responsibilities, which increases productivity. Providing financial and non-financial rewards can motivate employees and increase their productivity. The third hypothesis test shows that work discipline and giving rewards jointly influence employee performance. This research emphasizes the importance of developing work discipline and reward systems in human resource management as a strategy to achieve company goals.

Abstract

Komunitas UMKM Naik Kelas, merupakan wadah organisasi yang dibentuk dari rasa kebersamaan sebagai dampak Pandemi Covid 19, dimana pelaku UMKM sangat merasakan dampak penurunan usaha yang sangat signifikan, didalam Komunitas UMKM Naik Kelas Pelaku UMKM diberikan pelatihan dan workshop yang dapat membantu mengatasi penurunan penjualan dan strategi penjualan pada masa pandemi covid 19. Pelatihan Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan Sederhana untuk UMKM Anggota Komunitas UMKM Naik kelas sangat bemanfaat untuk UMKM karena dengan menggunakan Laporan Keuangan Maka UMKM dapat mengambil keputusan untuk keberlanjutan dari bisnisnya serta laporan keuangan juga dapat dijadikan bukti yang sangat konkrit bahwa bisnis dari UMKM layak untuk mendapatkan kredit dari Lembaga keuangan maupun bank. Tanggapan baik dari mitra terhadap pelatihan yang sangat bermanfaat dalam menambah keterampilan mitra dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan dan para peserta sangat antusias serta aktif dalam mengikuti pelatihan dengan mengajukan pertanyaan terkait prosedur penyusunan laporan keuangan. Hasil pelatihan ini menunjukkan para peserta terdapat peningkatan kemampuan dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan, dari pencatanan transaksi ke dalam persamaan dasar akuntansi, kemudian disusun laporan keuangan sebesar 80%. Dengan kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh mitra dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan maka mitra yaitu anggota komunitas UMKM naik kelas dapat mengukur kinerja usahanya secara periodik.

Abstract

Ikatan Remaja RW 007 (IKRAR 007) Margonda adalah komunitas karang taruna yang berada di wilayah RW 07 Margonda. Tujuan Ikrar 007 adalah terbentuknya pelajar bangsa yang bertaqwa kepada Allah SWT., berilmu, berakhlak mulia dan berwawasan kebangsaan serta bertanggung jawab atas tegak dan terlaksananya syari’at Islam menurut faham ahlussunnah wal jama’ah yang berdasarkan Pancasila dan Undang-Undang Dasar 1945. Ikrar 007 beranggotakan para remaja yang terdiri dari pelajar dan mahasiswa selalu berkomitmen untuk menjadi organisasi Remaja karang taruna dengan prinsip belajar, berjuang dan bertaqwa (Trilogi IPNU). Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Ikatan Remaja RW 07 adalah masih belum memahami bagaimana cara merintis dan memulai suatu Bisnis untuk menunjang kegiatan berwirausaha. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini mendapat tanggapan baik dari mitra untuk mengembangkan pengetahuan, kreativitas dan inovasi berupa pelatihan cara merintis dan memulai suatu bagi Ikatan Remaja RW 07 Margonda. Hasil pelatihan ini menunjukkan para peserta terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan, kreativitas dan inovasi dan termotivasi untuk memulai suatu bisnis di zaman milenial ini dimana para remaja dituntut untuk berfikir kreatif dan inovatif.

Abstract

This research investigates how influencer marketing and consumer testimonials on the purchase decisions of Generation Z in Depok City, focusing on cosmetic products sold on Shopee. The rapid growth of the digital cosmetic industry has made these marketing strategies crucial for engaging the largest and digitally active consumer group in Indonesia. Primary data were collected via Likert-scale questionnaires from 100 purposively sampled respondents between July and September 2025. Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS showed that both influencer marketing (β positive, p < 0.05) and testimonials (β positive, p < 0.05) significantly influence consumer choices assessed secara terpisah maupun bersama-sama. Nilai determinasi  (R² = 0.784) indicates that 78.4% of the variation in purchase decisions is explained by these two variables. These findings highlight the importance for cosmetic marketers on Shopee to leverage influencer marketing and testimonials to effectively increase Generation Z's purchasing behavior.
