Abstract

Community poverty alleviation must be addressed more innovatively, creatively and skillfully in order to be able to create new business opportunities (for example through entrepreneurship) to meet their various needs. Entrepreneurship is one way to overcome poverty and reduce unemployment rates. Among several examples of this entrepreneurship is the home industry, namely a home industry where the business is done at home which empowers the people around the environment and reduces unemployment by absorbing it. In connection with this condition, there are several problems in terms of economic empowerment through the home industry in the food sector, including the low level of knowledge and understanding of home industry players, especially in relation to marketing, including online promotion, and the low level of human resource capacity of home business actors. The method used in this community service activity is digital-based empowerment in the form of online marketing and product promotion techniques. Community service activities with partners in the wonton chips home business that have been carried out have resulted in the fact that digital-based empowerment is very necessary. Considering the times and technological advances, it is a necessity that business actors are able to adapt to these conditions. Through this activity, partners gain an understanding of digital-based empowerment, product diversification, and the important role of home business actors in supporting the nation's economy. This digital-based empowerment is expected to increase production, marketing and business turnover, as well as to build relationships between universities and the community.

Abstract

Koperasi Syariah BMT Itqan Kota Bandung is an Islamic savings and loan cooperative that provides Sharia-based financing services. However, the cooperative faces challenges in increasing its membership. This study aims to analyze the influence of brand trust and personal selling on the decision to become a member of Koperasi Syariah BMT Itqan Kota Bandung. The research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive-verificative approach. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach, involving 100 active cooperative members as respondents. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS version 26. The results indicate that brand trust and personal selling have a positive and significant influence on the decision to become a cooperative member, both simultaneously and partially. This study provides recommendations for Koperasi Syariah BMT Itqan to enhance brand trust and the quality of personal selling interactions to attract more new members.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of green product knowledge and influencer marketing on purchase intention for eco-friendly sanitary products under the brand Nadnad. The data utilized in this research is primary data gathered by a survey method by giving questionnaires to 100 respondents residing in the city of Bandung, with respondent ages ranging from 15 to 35 years. Respondent selection was conducted by utilizing a non-probability sampling approach with purpose sampling techniques. The type of research is a descriptive and verificative survey employing multiple regression analysis. The findings of this study, green product knowledge has a partially significant and positive impact on purchase intention, and influencer marketing has a partially significant and positive impact on purchase intention as well. Furthermore, green product knowledge and influencer marketing, have simultaneously significant and positive impacts on purchase intention. This research provides a deeper understanding of the importance of green product knowledge in increasing consumer purchase intention towards eco-friendly sanitary products and can encourage companies to consider influencer marketing strategies as an effective method for promoting eco-friendly products.

Abstract

The culinary business experiences continuous growth, the number of culinary businesses that keep popping up. The trigger for the growth of the culinary business is the presence of various online promotional media, including online food delivery. The purpose of this research is to analyze internal and external factors in online marketing using OFD MSME food at Tjendana Food Point. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data validity tests were carried out, namely data reduction, triangulation, and data display. The results of the study show that ordering food through OFD increases during Covid-19, the holiday season, and when OFD applicators apply promos. Apart from these moments, ordering food through OFD seemed normal. Apart from serving food delivery, OFD has also become a trend in modern society, which is a way to order food using a smartphone through an OFD provider application. For business actors, the presence of OFD is an alternative to being able to open a food business even if they do not have a shop or restaurant or when the place of business is not possible to receive guests. In addition to the perceived benefits, business actors, customers and driver-partners also feel that the tariffs applied by OFD applicators make prices high for customers but income for business actors and drivers tends to be minimal.

Abstract

Informal education through intergenerational communication in the digital era plays a crucial role in enhancing understanding, skills, and relationships across generations amid the rapid advancement of technology. This study discusses the challenges and opportunities arising from the technological gap between younger generations, who are more proficient with digital devices, and older generations, who often struggle to adapt to these advancements. Intergenerational communication can be enriched by leveraging digital technology, but it must be balanced with approaches that consider the differing communication preferences of both groups. Digital literature, such as digital storytelling, messaging apps, and video call platforms, can serve as effective tools for strengthening interactions and knowledge transfer across generations. Furthermore, digital literacy, encompassing both technical skills and understanding of ethics and privacy, is vital for informal education in intergenerational contexts. This study also emphasizes the importance of inclusive intergenerational training programs to enrich learning experiences and foster social bonds. By combining face-to-face and digital communication, intergenerational informal education can bridge the digital divide and enhance collaboration between generations. Through these strategies, informal education in the digital age can help create a more connected, inclusive, and supportive society.

Abstract

Posyandu functions as a health service center that provides various promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative services at the village/sub-district level. Problems in managing health data at Posyandu often occur due to the lack of knowledge of cadres regarding the use of digital systems. In general, recording health data at Posyandu is done manually using book records. Without digital data management skills, Posyandu cadres who play a role as drivers in the success of health programs at the basic level are not optimal. The method used in this community service activity is digital data management training which includes several stages designed to increase the capacity of Posyandu Dahlia 10 cadres in managing digital-based health data. Digital data management training for Posyandu Dahlia 10 cadres in Wangunharja Village can improve cadres' understanding and skills in managing health data using digital technology. This training allows cadres to record, process, and report health data more efficiently and accurately, which contributes to improving the quality of health services in the community.

Abstract

One of the culinary businesses that is currently in great demand by the public in Greater Bandung is dimsum. Currently, dimsum is a ready-to-eat processed food that has been widely sold, from restaurants to street vendors. The development of market trends for dimsum products as well as public demand for practical food will encourage other entrepreneurs to take advantage of similar business opportunities. In today's modern era, with the rapid development of technology, people have to keep abreast of lifestyle changes such as consuming practical food, including how to order food through online food delivery (OFD). This community service activity is carried out to provide training on entrepreneurship, business strategy, OFD implementation, and strategies for dealing with competition between OFD users for the Roda Berkah Dimsum Sushi micro-business actor. The results of this activity are expected to have a positive influence, especially in increasing the business results undertaken by partners.

Abstract

Digital marketing is a marketing strategy carried out online to increase the visibility and attractiveness of products, while electronic word of mouth is informal communication between consumers via digital media that can influence purchasing decisions. This research aims to find out the picture of digital marketing, electronic word of mouth and sales levels. Then, to test the partial influence of digital marketing on sales levels, electronic word of mouth on sales levels, and simultaneously the influence of digital marketing and electronic word of mouth on HB Collection sales levels on Shopee. The data analysis technique uses descriptive verification with a non-probability sampling method of 100 respondents. The research results show that digital marketing and electronic word of mouth have a significantly positive effect on the level of HB Collection sales on Shopee.

Abstract

Program ini bertujuan meningkatkan keamanan lingkungan Perumahan Taman Ciputri Indah RW.10, Desa Wangunharja, melalui pemasangan teknologi CCTV di titik-titik strategis. Metode partisipatif digunakan dengan melibatkan warga dalam perencanaan, pemasangan, hingga pelatihan pemeliharaan perangkat. Hasilnya, pemasangan CCTV di pintu masuk dan jalan utama berhasil meningkatkan rasa aman warga, menurunkan risiko kejahatan, serta mendorong keterlibatan warga dalam pengawasan lingkungan. Evaluasi menunjukkan efektivitas pengawasan meningkat, meskipun keberlanjutan perangkat membutuhkan dukungan rutin. Program ini menjadi model keamanan berbasis teknologi yang dapat diterapkan di perumahan lain untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih aman dan nyaman.
