Abstract

The study aims to determine the impact of perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior on performance employees. The method used in this research is a survey method by taking samples of 70. These respondents are taken by using non-probability sampling method with saturated sampling technique. The type of study used in this research is descriptive and verificative survey with multiple regression analysis. The results of the study are the level of perceived organizational support is good, as well as the level of organizational citizenship behavior and performance are good. The hypothesis testing shows that perceived organizational support partially has a positive and significant effect on performance, and organizational citizenship behavior partially has a positive and significant effect on performance. Whereas perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior affect performance simultaneously. The variable that most influences performance is perceived organizational support. The study concludes that perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior are two important predictors to build employee performance. This is useful for the company in building performance by increasing perceived organizational support and good organizational citizenship behavior. Keywords: Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Perceived Organizational Support, Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine work-family conflict, work stress, and employee performance, as well as to determine the impact of work-family conflict and work stress on employee performance at PT Bank Mandiri Taspen KCP Ujungberung during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method used in this study is a survey method. Descriptive and verificative surveys are the type of study used in this research by using multiple regression analysis. The sample in this research was 30 respondents from PT Bank Mandiri Taspen Branch of Ujung Berung - Bandung. Determination of respondents was taken by using the non-probability sampling method with the saturated sampling technique. The data used are the primary results obtained from distributing questionnaires. According to the findings of this study, there is a high level of work-family conflict, a high level of work stress at the company, and a high level of employee performance. Hypothesis testing shows that work-family conflict partially doesn’t have a significant impact on employee performance, work stress partially doesn’t have a significant impact on employee performance, and simultaneously work-family conflict and work stress do not have a significant impact on employee performance at PT Bank Mandiri Taspen Branch of Ujung Berung – Bandung.

Abstract

Pandemik Covid-19 meninggalkan pengaruh yang begitu besar untuk berbagai pelaku bisnis, khususnya untuk pelaku usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) yang menekuni bidang kuliner berupa makanan maupun minuman. Melihat perkembangan platform digital dan pandemi Covid-19 yang mulai mereda, pemasarn secara langsung maupun melalui platform online tetap memerlukan strategi pemasaran. Berbagai strategi marketing seperti segmentasi pasar menjadi proses marketing yang ditempuh untuk dapat menarik daya beli konsumen. Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif digunakan dalam pengabdian berupa pelatihan analisa dan segmentasi pasar usaha kuliner di era digital pasca pandemi Covid-19 ini yang bertujuan untuk menjabarkan keterkaitan antara sikap, kegiatan, dan proses yang saat ini sedang berlangsung. Berdasarkan karakteristik segmen konsumen yang di teliti, terlihat bahwa jenis kelamin perempuan memiliki prosentasi yang tinggi sebanyak 46,67% dibandingkan laki-laki. Selain itu, rentang usia sekolah sebesar 40% menjadi konsumen yang paling banyak. Hal ini dapat menjadi acuan untuk memilih produk unggulan yang tepat bagi pasar tersebut.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Sales that occurred on PT Primarindo Asia Infrastructure Tbk experienced fluctuations which had an impact on net profit (loss) and company equity. This study aims to examine the effect of intellectual capital consisting of capital employed, human capital, structural capital, relational capital on company performance. The research method used in this research is explanatory method with descriptive descriptive research, and data analysis using research data in the form of financial statements on PT Primarindo Asia Infrastructure Tbk for the period 2008-2017. The novelty in this study is that in previous studies it did not explain which variables were related and their influence was strong or weak and the measurement tools for the performance of the company in previous studies did not use EVA. The results of the correlation analysis show that the relationship of capital employed is very strong in the same direction, strong human capital in the same direction, strong structural capital in the same direction, relational capital is very low negative direction with company performance. The results of partial hypothesis testing can be seen that only capital employed has a significant effect on company performance. Simultaneous hypothesis test results show that there are significant effects between capital employed, human capital, structural capital, relational capital on company performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAK PT Surya Multi Cemerlang merupakan perusahaan produsen dan distributor produk keramik diKota Bandung. Kepuasan Pelanggan merupakan perasaan senang atau sedih yang dirasakan setelah ekspektasi pada suatu barang ataupun layanan yang memenuhi atau tidak memenuhi ekspektasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Harga dan Diferensiasi Produk terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Produk Keramik PT Surya Multi Cemerlang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 95 responden dengan teknik non probability sampling. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan SPSS versi 25 dan teknik analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Harga tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan dan Diferensiasi Produk memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Secara simultan Harga dan Diferensiasi Produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan.Kata kunci: Harga, Diferensiasi Produk, Kepuasan Pelanggan

Abstract

Abstrak: Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan wirausaha pemilik warung Ayi Cahyadi dalam menghadapi era digital melalui pelatihan yang komprehensif dan aplikatif. Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk membekali peserta dengan kemampuan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital, seperti strategi pemasaran online, manajemen keuangan berbasis aplikasi, dan penggunaan platform e-commerce. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, penyusunan materi, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, serta tindak lanjut dan pendampingan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta. Evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan skor tes dan umpan balik positif, menandakan keberhasilan program ini. Selain itu, dampak positif juga dirasakan oleh komunitas sekitar, dengan peningkatan layanan dan pendapatan usaha kecil. Saran untuk keberlanjutan program meliputi pendampingan berkelanjutan, perluasan jangkauan pelatihan, dan peningkatan kualitas materi. Dengan upaya berkelanjutan dan kolaborasi berbagai pihak, diharapkan program ini dapat terus berkembang dan memberikan manfaat luas, membantu pemilik usaha kecil beradaptasi dan berkembang di era digital.Abstract:  This community service program aims to improve the entrepreneurial skills of stall owner Ayi Cahyadi in facing the digital era through comprehensive and applicable training. This training is designed to equip participants with the ability to utilize digital technology, such as online marketing strategies, application-based financial management, and use of e-commerce platforms. Implementation methods include identifying needs, preparing material, conducting, evaluation, as well as follow-up and mentoring. The results of the training showed a significant increase in participants' understanding and skills. Evaluations show improved test scores and positive feedback, indicating the success of the program. Apart from that, the positive impact is also felt by the surrounding community, with increased services and small business income. Suggestions for program sustainability include ongoing mentoring, expanding the reach of training, and improving the quality of materials. With continued efforts and collaboration from various parties, it is hoped that this program can continue to develop and provide broad benefits, helping small business owners adapt and develop in the digital era.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh secara pelatihan dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Cimahi. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian yaitu pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Cimahi. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh dengan sampel sebanyak 58 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner sedangkan analisis data dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Data diolah dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 25 dan teknik analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial pelatihan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara parsial kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pada uji f (simultan) didapat f hitung dari f tabel atau 19,995 3,162 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 0,05, maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, artinya secara simultan pelatihan dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of green product knowledge and influencer marketing on purchase intention for eco-friendly sanitary products under the brand Nadnad. The data utilized in this research is primary data gathered by a survey method by giving questionnaires to 100 respondents residing in the city of Bandung, with respondent ages ranging from 15 to 35 years. Respondent selection was conducted by utilizing a non-probability sampling approach with purpose sampling techniques. The type of research is a descriptive and verificative survey employing multiple regression analysis. The findings of this study, green product knowledge has a partially significant and positive impact on purchase intention, and influencer marketing has a partially significant and positive impact on purchase intention as well. Furthermore, green product knowledge and influencer marketing, have simultaneously significant and positive impacts on purchase intention. This research provides a deeper understanding of the importance of green product knowledge in increasing consumer purchase intention towards eco-friendly sanitary products and can encourage companies to consider influencer marketing strategies as an effective method for promoting eco-friendly products.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including the consumer behavior of teenagers. This study aims to examine the impact of social media on teenage consumer behavior using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. Analysis of various studies shows that social media has a significant influence on teenage consumer behavior. Targeted advertisements, influencers, and social media content are the main factors influencing teenagers' purchasing decisions. Intensive use of social media is also correlated with an increase in unhealthy and excessive consumer behavior. This research highlights the importance of education on healthy social media usage, the role of families and schools in guiding teenagers, and stricter government policies regarding social media advertisements. Recommendations for further research and practical interventions are also provided to mitigate the negative impact of social media on teenage consumer behavior.

Abstract

Revolusi industri 4.0 telah membuat bidang pendidikan agar beradaptasi dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi sehingga dapat memanfaatkannya sebagai sarana yang lebih canggih demi mendukung kelancaran proses pembelajaran. Para ahli kemudian menggunakan istilah Pendidikan 4.0 untuk menjelaskan macam-macam cara integrasi teknologi informasi baik yang secara fisik maupun virtual dalam proses pembelajaran. Digitalisasi ini sebenarnya bukanlah hal baru dalam bidang Pendidikan, namun istilah ini kurang mendapat perhatian karena sudah berada pada zona nyaman yang membuat kebiasaan lama pada proses pembelajaran selalu dipertahankan dan membuat tidak ada inovasi dalam pembelajaran dan terkesan monoton. Kurikulum kini telah berubah dan menuntut guru dan peserta didik mau tidak mau keluar dari zona nyaman tadi yang membuat mereka mesti lebih berpikir dan kreatif untuk menciptakan suasanya belajar sehingga mampu menghadapi persaingan. Dengan metode studi literatur, penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui bagaimana penerapan digitalisasi sekolah sebagai metode pembelajaran di era pendidikan 4.0 di tingkat sekolah dasar dan menengah? Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu digitalisasi sekolah mampu memudahkan proses KBM karena peserta didik dapat mengakses seluruh bahan ajar maupun ujian melalui jaringan. Kemendikbud tidak hanya mendorong para peserta didik untuk pintar dalam mengoperasikan gawai (gadget) pada proses pembelajaran, akan tetapi juga menekankan peningkatan kompetensi bagi guru di bidang TIK. Berbagai upaya dilakukan oleh Kemendikbud dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru, salah satunya melalui Pustekkom dengan menyelenggarakan program Pembelajaran Berbasis TIK (PembaTIK).
