Abstract

This study aims to analyze the reinterpretation of Nasi Gulung Wonocolo as an effort to preserve intangible cultural heritage in the midst of modernization and changing tastes within the community. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach that includes participatory observation methods, in-depth interviews, and documentation conducted in Wonocolo Village, Bojonegoro Regency. The results of the study show that reinterpretation through innovation in taste, packaging, and promotional strategies is able to maintain traditional values while adapting them to the needs of modern society. Nasi Guroll's integration into the edutourism concept of the Wonocolo Geopark effectively strengthens local cultural identity, increases community participation, and encourages the growth of a culinary-based creative economy. This research contributes to the development of ethnoculinary studies and adaptive cultural preservation, as well as provides practical recommendations for tourism managers and local governments in optimizing the potential of traditional culinary as a sustainable tourism attraction. Further research is suggested to review aspects of digital marketing and cross-sector collaboration to expand the reach of local culinary promotion

Abstract

Forest monitoring is a critical instrument for ensuring the sustainability of forest resources at the regional level. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of forest monitoring carried out by the Bojonegoro District Forestry Branch Office using a qualitative descriptive approach through field observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The evaluation focuses on institutional aspects, operational techniques, community participation, and the implementation of monitoring and evaluation (Monev) as well as the Follow-Up Action Plan (RTT). The findings reveal that although monitoring activities are routinely conducted, their effectiveness remains limited due to structural constraints such as inadequate human resources, underutilization of technology, and suboptimal inter-agency coordination. Reporting systems are still manually operated and not yet integrated digitally, while community involvement in monitoring lacks a well-defined structure. Moreover, Monev and RTT programs have not been systematically implemented nor based on measurable performance indicators. The study recommends strengthening technology-based monitoring systems, reformulating annual evaluation policies, and enhancing the capacity of local institutions and community participation. A collaborative approach involving cross-sector stakeholders is expected to improve monitoring effectiveness and support sustainable forest governance in Bojonegoro District.

Abstract

The Teksas Wonocolo Geoheritage Area in Bojonegoro Regency holds significant educational value and represents the historical practice of traditional oil mining. However, its tourism potential remains underutilized, as indicated by low visitation rates, approximately 120 visitors per month and limited access to destination information, which is still distributed through printed brochures and an inactive official website. This study develops a digital tourism information system using Desktop Geographic Information System (GIS) integrated with Quick Response (QR) Code technology. Spatial datasets consist of administrative boundaries, road networks, rivers, and satellite imagery, while non-spatial data were obtained from field surveys, including GPS coordinates, photo documentation, and descriptive information on tourist points. These datasets were integrated into an interactive digital map that presents geographic positions, photographs, and destination descriptions. Information is accessible through QR Codes installed at strategic locations within the geoheritage area. The resulting system improves information availability, supports user navigation, and strengthens the presentation of local identity. The GIS–QR Code integration model demonstrates its potential for replication in other areas with similar characteristics as part of digital transformation efforts in the tourism sector.

Abstract

Kegiatan usaha minyak dan gas mencakup serangkaian kegiatan yang terkait dengan eksplorasi, produksi, pengolahan, dan distribusi minyak dan gas bumi. Industri minyak dan gas bumi ialah salah satu sektor yang penuh risiko dan berbahaya tinggi. Oleh sebab itu, pengelolaan keselamatan kerja menjadi hal yang sangat penting bagi perusahaan untuk mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan di tempat kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui penerapan penggunaan alat pelindung diri pekerja yang diwajibkan perusahaan serta mengetahui upaya-upaya perusahaan dalam meningkatkan penerapan wajib alat pelindung diri. Penelitian ini berlokasi pada PT. X bidang eksplorasi dan produksi minyak dang gas bumi. Metode pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan wawancara dan studi dokumen. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pertimbangan tertentu atau purposive sampling. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 24 orang, yang terdiri dari 3 pengawas lapangan dengan jabatan driller dan 21 pekerja lapangan dengan jabatan derrickman, floorman, dan mekanik. Metode analisis yang digunakan ialah Importance- Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil analisa ditunjukkan dengan diagram Importance- Performance Analysis (IPA) yang memiliki 4 kuadran. Variabel nyaman dan efektivitas termasuk pada kuadran A (prioritas utama), sementara variabel fleksibilitas, awet, kepuasan, dan kesadaran masuk dalam kategori kuadran B (pertahankan), variabel kehati-hatian dan bersih termasuk kuadran C (prioritas rendah), dan tidak terdapat variabel yang dikategorikan kuadran D (abaikan). Upaya yang dilakukan perusahaan sebagai bagian untuk meningkatkan penerapan wajib alat pelindung diri adalah melalui pelaksanaan safety introduction, safety briefing, serta dengan pemasangan poster dan rambu-rambu keselamatan pada lingkungan kerja.
