Abstract

This study aims to examine the Influence of Work Discipline, Work Motivation, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT. Sebastian Jaya Metal. The research method used is a survey with a quantitative approach, involving all employees of PT. Sebastian Jaya Metal totaling 80 people. Data were collected through a questionnaire adapted from a scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study used several testing methods, namely, Data Quality Test, Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test, and Determination Coefficient Test. The tool used to process data in this study is SPSS software version 26. Based on the test results, it is shown that the significance is 0.000 <0.05 and the f count value is 202.628 which is greater than the f table with a value of 3.12, it can be concluded that the variables Work Discipline, Work Motivation, and Job Satisfaction together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on the Employee Performance variable at PT. Sebastian Jaya Metal. Then the results of the t-test show that the variable Work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of PT. Sebastian Jaya Metal employees, the variable work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of PT. Sebastian Jaya Metal employees, and job satisfaction also has a significant effect on the performance of PT. Sebastian Jaya Metal employees.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, workload, and compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Rempah Aroma Kuningan Jakarta. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive and causal approach. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire distributed to 40 employees of the company. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 26. The results showed that leadership style and workload did not have a significant effect on employee performance, while compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, these three independent variables have a significant influence on employee performance. These results indicate that adequate compensation can improve employee performance more effectively than other factors. Keywords: Leadership Style, Workload, Compensation, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, work discipline, and compensation on employee performance on CV Tiga Putra Jaya. In the competitive business world, employee performance is a key factor in determining the success of a company. Motivation, work discipline, and compensation are important variables that can affect individual productivity and performance in an organization. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 32 CV employees. Tiga Putra Jaya. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 27 software. The results of the study show that motivation, work discipline, and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. Work discipline has the most dominant influence, followed by motivation and compensation. Based on the determination coefficient test, the variables of motivation, work discipline, and compensation simultaneously affected employee performance by 63%, while 37% were influenced by other factors outside this study. This research is expected to contribute to the development of human resource management strategies, especially in improving employee motivation and work discipline through a fair and transparent compensation program

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work-Life Balance and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT Oceanica Megah Utama. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method using questionnaires and a Likert scale. The sample consists of all production employees, totaling 51 respondents. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 25 through validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficient of determination. The results indicate that both Work-Life Balance and Work Environment have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, both partially and simultaneously. The findings suggest that companies should continuously improve policies supporting Work-Life Balance and create a conducive work environment to enhance overall productivity and performance.

Abstract

Computer games have emerged in the past decade as potential media beyond entertainment. Despite its popularity, game accessibility remains a major concern of various researchers. Children population with motor disabilities is a potential target for developing entertainment or therapeutic support games due to their interest to play. This paper presents: (1) a framework for mobile games for children with motor disability using simple hand postures and (2) xgboost decision tree as a hand posture recognizer (98.48 percent training accuracy and 96.76 percent testing accuracy) as a prototype of hand posture-based commands as assistive technology to interact with games.

Abstract

Dental diseases remain one of the most common health issues globally, often resulting from a lack of early detection and limited access to dental specialists. This research presents the implementation of an expert system that uses forward chaining to diagnose dental health conditions based on user-reported symptoms. The system integrates a knowledge base modeled from expert consultation with dentists, consisting of symptom sets and rule-based logic. Findings indicate that the Forward Chaining approach is effective for step-by-step rule evaluation and generates accurate diagnoses of diseases such as caries, gingivitis, periodontitis, halitosis, and pulpitis. The study demonstrates that expert systems can support preliminary dental screening and improve public awareness of dental health.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh integrasi transportasi dan tingkat stres perjalanan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Sukanda Djaya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 50 karyawan yang menggunakan transportasi umum, dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda yang didukung oleh uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa integrasi transportasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 6,308 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, sedangkan tingkat stres perjalanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 0,600 dan signifikansi 0,552 > 0,05. Secara simultan, integrasi transportasi dan tingkat stres perjalanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 21,635 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,479 menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen mampu menjelaskan 47,9% variasi kinerja karyawan, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menegaskan bahwa integrasi transportasi memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.
