Abstract

In production activities, the value of productivity is quite important to pay attention to. If the productivity value of production activity is low, it can reduce the value of the production, such as not achieving the predetermined target. Therefore, it is quite important to know the value of productivity which can be seen from the value of its effectiveness. One way to determine the value of effectiveness is by using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method. PT. KONE Indo Elevator (KIE), has a new product called 24/7 Connected Services, where the product is targeted to reduce the existing Call Out Rate (COR). In the period of March 2020, the existing COR value is 2.92. Because the product is 24/7 Connected Services, the effectiveness value of the product or device is not yet known, which can be determined using the OEE method, along with the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method to analyze what types of potential biggest failures are in the product. the. After installing the device from April 2020 to June 2020, the effectiveness value of the device can be analyzed. After analyzing, it was found that the OEE 24/7 Connected Services value was 88.36% with the sample data for 12 weeks. The biggest loss factor of this product is in the reduction speed loss with a value of 10.841% of the total loss. The greatest potential for failure is in the signal problem of the problematic device, with an RPN value of 21, where improvements can be made to add an extender antenna and add a signal amplifier. From the OEE value found, it has exceeded the existing OEE standard value, which is 85%, where 24/7 Connected Services products are 3.36% higher than the existing standard value.

Abstract

Safety and health of work is a matter that capture many organizations today because they inlude humanitaries-conscious, economic cosr and benefits, legal aspects, accountability and the organization’s own image. The study will be concucted on risk identification safety and health of work, risk assessment safety and health of work as well as on how safety and health of work action on risk control involves the method of Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) on activities preventive maintenance air conditioning (AC) at Reformed Millenium Center of Indonesia (RMCI) Kemayoran. Assessment method use AS/NZS 4360 : 2004, risk assessment matrix. According to file proccessing obtained a high risk value. To risk group at high risk levels as 4 variables could edanger workers and jobs. Whereas for classification at medium risk level it was found to be as 6 variables.

Abstract

There was rapid growth in the automotive manufacturing industry as evidenced by the current increasing number of different variations of vehicles in society. This advancement requires industry players to compete effectively by optimizing their performance to achieve production capacity and gain adequate market share. This study aims to map and describe the current conditions of Lean Green Management System (LGMS) and Lean Green Waste Reduction Technique (LGWRT) implementation in the automotive manufacturing industry in Indonesia as well as to find the best model for implementing TPM and LGMS.Lean Green Management System (LGMS) and Lean Green Waste Reduction Technique (LGWRT) are the concepts associated with streamlining the activities usually conducted by companies in the manufacturing and service sectors. Therefore, this research focuses on evaluating the influence of implementing these concepts on the Lean Green Business Results of the automotive manufacturing industry. This was achieved through a multivariate statistical analysis applied to explain the harmonious continuity between the indicator and latent variables directly observed using SEM-PLS. The results showed that the application of LGMS and LGWRT has a significant and positive effect on Lean Green Business Results (LGBR) with 97.5% while the remaining 2,5% was linked to other variables. This means LGBR has been fully accepted

Abstract

A ventilator machine is a medical device that plays an important role in handling Covid-19 cases during a pandemic. Covid 19 patients are arriving at a referral hospital in Jakarta, meaning that the hospital must prepare its medical equipment, including a ventilator machine. The ventilator machine experienced problems because the efficiency of the machine decreased so many patients waited in the ICU room. Machine effectiveness has an average value of 62.26% so it has an impact on disrupting patient services at home. The purpose of this research is to look for factors that cause the lack of effective value of ventilator machines and find effective solutions to increase the effectiveness of ventilator machines so that they can serve Covid-19 patients during a pandemic. This research method combines Focus Group Discussion in determining 5W+1H and implementing the pillars of Total Productive Maintenance to improve the Overall Effectiveness of Equipment on Ventilator machines. This study found a breakdown factor of 54.10%, idle and minor loss of 41.20%, and others of 4.70%. The effect of overall improvement has been able to increase the average effectiveness value by 85.00% from Sep 2021-Feb 2022, so this is supported by the hospital's program in terms of increasing the effectiveness of machines in patient care.
