Abstract

Sahid University Surakarta is a private university and located at Jl. Adi Sucipto No.154, Jajar, Laweyan, Surakarta, Central Java. The test system for new student at Sahid Surakarta University is still very simple. The test for new students admission in 2018 at Sahid Surakarta University still used Google forms as a test medium. This study aims to design and implement a website-based new student test system at Sahid Surakarta University. System design methods based on OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis and Design). Data collection methods used observation, interviews, and literature review. The software development procedure used the waterfall model. While, the stages of development consist of needs analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation. The research respondents are informatics engineering students of Sahid Surakarta University and third grade of high school students with 30 respondents. The results of this study are obtained: (1) the application website-based for new student admission test with randomization test method from the new to the old ones besides system reporting capabilities results of the exam and alsp analyze the results of the exam, (2)the application of test website-based for new student test runs 100”6 on test without errors in the aspects tested. In the aspect of testing based on user with the survey deployment method, the total value is 83.6” so the respondents strongly agree with the making of these systems and devices.

Abstract

The process of making a survey schedule in DPMPTSP Surakarta is still done manually. It used recording of survey schedule from agenda book. The process of making this survey schedule resulted ineffective and inefficient services. The aims of research is to create computerized system survey based on a website. The method used interviews, observation, literature review, documentation and waterfall modelling. This study produced a computerized survey system based on website for DPMPTSP Surakarta. This system is expected to accelerate and to facilitate employees in making survey schedules. The design of a computerized survey system includes managing survey schedule data, managing data from the results of reviews and managing user data. System testing used alpha and beta testing. Alpha testing by using black box testing method shows that 5 test cases and 19 test items. Thus, it can be concluded that the computerized survey system is 100% fulfilled or it can run as expected. The beta test results are done by calculating the overall average of each statement compared to the Likert Scale score category table. Therefore, it also can be concluded that the average of the results of testing acceptance is 90.3%. it means that all users receive the application properly.

Abstract

Sanana adalah ibu kota dari Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula di Maluku Utara, Indonesia. Kota ini adalah hasil pemekaran wilayah yang berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 1 Tahun 2003. Sanana memiliki banyak objek wisata ditunjang dengan sejumlah objek wisata, baik wisata alam maupun wisata sejarah. Objek wisata alam antara lain Pulau Kucing dan Pantai Waka. Sedangkan untuk objek wisata sejarah antara lain meliputi Benteng Alting/Dever Watching peninggalan bangsa Portugis. Objek wisata di Sanana tersebut tidak banyak yang diketahui oleh masyarakat umum, kurangnya informasi mengenai referensi daerah wisata di Sanana dan sedikitnya promosi itulah yang menyebabkan beberapa objek wisata di Sanana masih sepi akan pengunjung. Maka dari itu perlu dibuat media promosi agar masyarakat dapat mengetahui tempat wisata dan kebudayaan apa saja yang ada di Sanana, salah satunya dengan pembuatan aplikasi informasi wisata di Sanana Maluku Utara. Untuk kemudahan dan kepraktisan penggunaan aplikasi ini, ditambah dengan maraknya penggunaan smartphone khususnya yang berbasis android. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat aplikasi informasi wisata di Sanana Maluku Utara berbasis android yang berguna sebagai media informasi untuk para calon pengunjung wisata di Sanana. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall sebagai metode pengembangan sistem, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, kuesioner. Analisis dan perancangan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML), sedangkan pengujian menggunakan metode Five View. Pembuatan aplikasi wiasata informasi di Sanana Maluku Utara dibuat dengan andoid studio versi 4.1, didesain menggunakan css, dan java script. Aktor yang berperan dalam aplikasi ini adalah wisatawan. Hasil pengujian sistem five view adalah penggunaan aplikasi (User View) secara tampilan tidak ada masalah, tapi ada beberapa hal yang menjadi catatan, yaitu seperti informasi wisata ditambah. Proses pembuatan (Manufacturing View) aplikasi sangat mudah digunakan dan dipahami oleh user. Pandangan developer (Transcendental View pada desain aplikasinya terdapat logo yang menunjukan ciri khas dari pulau sanana, sehingga masyarakat dapat dengan mudah mengenali aplikasi. Pandangan ekonomi (Value-based View) aplikasi ini mudah dipahami dan tedapat berbagai macam list pilihan wisata yang membantu wisatawan dalam memilih tempat wisata. (Product View) produk segi kualitas yang memiliki sifat internal dan eksternal sudah bagus dan dapat menjangkau masyarakat umum atau para wisatawan tidak hanya dari Pulau Sanana saja tetapi dari luar Sanana pun dapat mengaksesnya.

Abstract

Gemilang Cell is a store that is engaged in Credit and Quota and has sales transaction data in it, one of which is the Gemilang Cell shop owner who wants to know the Pattern of Product Combination 1 with another to increase revenue in the shop. The problems faced by the current Gemilang Cell owner are the owner. confused in processing data and unable to know the pattern of product combination with one another means knowing the buyer bought the second product after buying the first product, therefore the data is processed using data mining techniques, one of the methods is the association method with a priori algorithm, data collection techniques used in this research is the observation of this research using the existing association method in the data. The results of this study were carried out using Weka software with a minimum support value of 0.10 (10%) and a confidence value of 1 (100%) rules obtained from the support and confidence values, namely 10 association rules. The association's rules result in the highest confidence value of 100% when purchasing Indosat Pulse 25 thousand, Simpati Credit 50 thousand, Indosat Sms Credit 5 thousand then buying simultaneously. Testing the system of weka in data mining with association rules can find itemset combination patterns from the sales of Pulse and Quota products at Gemilang Cell, so that information is obtained that is useful in increasing sales and can process stock inventory of Pulse and Quota products properly

Abstract

Clustering is a data processing in data mining, namely a clustering process by separating a set of data into smaller groups or clusters based on similar characteristics. A clustering method in data mining is K-Means. The KMeans method processes data into the desired number of clusters and the data will be placed into clusters based on the proximity of the centroid or distance to each cluster. The conventional K-Means method has the disadvantage, namely the initial centroid selection is random so it can produce different results. Therefore, initial centroid selection can improve accuracy in the clustering process. Determining the initial centroid can be done in various ways such as Rank Order Centroid (ROC). ROC is a method that gives a score to each criterion according to its ranking appropriate to score based on its priority level. This research compares the evaluation results with the Davies Bouldin Index (DBI) method, which is a cluster validation method for grouping methods. The results of the clustering method using wheat grain data show that a DBI KMeans value using ROC of 0.33350 with 4 iterations in 2 clusters. Keywords : Clustering, K-Means, centroid, ROC

Abstract

Abstract:  Digital promotion in early childhood education institutions is often conducted intuitively without data analysis and audience behavior insights, leading to suboptimal Instagram Ads performance. This issue was also identified at Al Ghazi Daycare. This community service program aimed to provide assistance in developing Instagram Ads strategies based on engagement analysis and parents’ psychological patterns to improve digital promotion effectiveness. A participatory training and mentoring approach was applied, including needs assessment, training on Instagram Insights and Meta Business Suite, content and posting schedule design, as well as ad implementation and evaluation. The results show improved managerial skills in handling data-driven Instagram Ads, accompanied by increased digital interaction and enrollment interest during the advertising period. This program demonstrates that combining engagement analytics with audience psychological insights can support effective and sustainable daycare promotion.Abstrak: Promosi digital pada lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini masih sering dilakukan secara intuitif tanpa analisis data dan pemahaman perilaku audiens, sehingga efektivitas Instagram Ads belum optimal. Permasalahan tersebut juga dialami oleh Al Ghazi Daycare dalam pengelolaan promosi digitalnya. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan pendampingan strategi Instagram Ads berbasis analisis engagement dan pola psikologis orang tua untuk meningkatkan efektivitas promosi daycare. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan partisipatif melalui identifikasi kebutuhan mitra, pelatihan penggunaan Instagram Insights dan Meta Business Suite, perancangan konten dan jadwal posting, serta implementasi dan evaluasi iklan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan pengelola daycare dalam mengelola Instagram Ads secara lebih terarah dan berbasis data, disertai peningkatan interaksi digital dan minat pendaftaran peserta didik selama periode iklan. Pendampingan ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan berbasis data dan psikologi audiens efektif mendukung promosi daycare secara berkelanjutan.
