Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Strategi Lurah dalam Peningkatan Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Kelurahan Karunrung. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulam data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan 5 dimensinya yaitu: 1) meningkatkan motivasi kerja pegawai dilakukan lurah dengan memberikan motivasi berupa pemberian apresiasi berupa pujian atau bonus terhadap kinerja pegawai. 2) meningkatkan kesejahteraan pegawai, yakni lurah memberiksn tunjangan maupun bonus kepada para pegawai yang memiliki kinerja yang baik; 3) menciptakan iklim organisasi yang harmonis yakni dengan saling terbuka, lurah yang cukup ramah serta saling mengharagai antara atasan dan bawahan maupun sesama pegawai; 4) kepemimimpinan di Kelurahan Karunrung cukup efektif jika dilihat dari ke3 indikator diatas sudah berjalan dengan baik, namun belum bisa dikatakan efektif sepenuhnya dikarenakan masih terdapat disiplin jam kerja pegawai yang masih rendah, 5) pengembangan karir, belum dilaksanakan di Kantor Kelurahan namun lurah meningkatkan kemampuan pegawainya dengan mengikutkan pegawainya melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan oleh Pemerintah Kota Makassar. Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of the legislative function of the Barru Regency Regional People's Representative Council for the 2019-2024 period. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The research sources consist of primary data, namely in-depth interviews. Research data was collected by participant observation. The results of this research show that the formation of Regional Regulations includes, among other things, four stages, consisting of; Review stage, planning stage, discussion stage, and validation stage. From the research results, it was also found that in the process of the legislative function of the DPRD during 2019-2024 there was a setback where the DPRD became increasingly passive. The right to initiative is reduced until it is not used at all. However, the process of implementing its legislative function has been carried out in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. However, there are still obstacles that affect the legislative function of the DPRD, including inadequate human resources, delays in the process of forming the Draft Regional Regulations, and lack of community involvement.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the development of tourism objects and determine the government's efforts in developing tourism objects in the Rammang-Rammang Forest of Maros Regency. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to analyze and find out the government's efforts in developing tourism objects. The results showed that the strategy for the development of Kart Rammang-Rammang tourism objects in Maros Regency was based on 4 (four) indicators, namely Human resources could be said to be not optimal yet still require guidance, Many activities that needed the role of the community with the quantity and quality of human resources which was qualified, regarding the distribution of funds that had not been going well because the Government had not managed directly, then information and technology had not been said to be maximized because the Tourism Office and tourism object managers were still lacking in communicating about appropriate promotional media and suitable for the object. Tourism, facilities and infrastructure were still lacking in Kart Rammang-Rammang tourism objects, it was necessary to have participation from related parties and to collaborate with managers and local communities regarding the improvement of facilities and infrastructure.Keywords: Strategy, Development, Tourism Object

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Public Service Innovation "Teman Karib" (Find Pregnant Women's Problems with Mother's Cards) at the Mannanti Community Health Center, Tellulimpoe District, Sinjai Regency. This research uses qualitative research. Data collection techniques are through observation, interviews and documentation, data sources come from 10 informants. The results of the research show that the Public Service Innovation "Teman Karib" at the Mannanti Community Health Center has a relative advantage which provides many economic advantages and benefits, suitability shows that this innovation is in accordance with the value of public services, complexity in the innovation there are only a few obstacles, it is possible to try it so far the program The innovation has been tested and proven to have benefits for pregnant women, and is relatively easy to observe because it can be observed by all levels of society.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent of the effectiveness of implementing finger print attendance in employee discipline. The type of research used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive research type. The results of the research show that: (a) Achievement of the target in implementing finger print attendance has been achieved and has been proven to be effective, this can be seen from the research results and observations of researchers, namely increasing employee discipline from the level of attendance (b) The adaptability of office employees Tondong Tallasa sub-district head, in implementing finger print attendance, is already able and accustomed to doing finger prints (c) Job satisfaction in implementing the finger print attendance system at the Tondong Tallasa sub-district office, namely the impact on job satisfaction and motivating employees (d) Responsibilities of sub-district office employees Tondong Tallasa in carrying out the tasks given has increased,

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the procedures for managing Land and Building Tax in East Luwu Regency. This type of research uses qualitative methods. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, interviews and direct documentation in the field. The informants in this research consisted of 5 people. The results of this research show that the East Luwu Regency Regional Revenue Agency has managed rural and urban land and building taxes based on 4 management functions, namely planning, organizing, implementing and supervising based on the main duties and functions of the agency. However, this cannot be said to be optimal in its management considering that there are several obstacles in the management of rural and urban land and building taxes, including that there are still many taxpayers who are not yet fully aware of the importance of paying taxes for regional development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa yang menjadi penyebab terjadinya konflik antara masyarakat dan PT.Galena SumberEnergi dalam eksplorasi tambang di Desa Bontokatute Kecamatan Sinjai Borong Kabupaten Sinjai dan untuk mengetahui pola penyelesaian konflikyang dilakukan sebagai resolusi konflik Di Desa Bontokatute Kecamatan Sinjai Borong Kabupaten Sinjai. Tipe Penelitian yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan tipe penelitian Deskriptif Kualitatif dimana dasar penelitian ini adalah wawancara, yaitu melakukan dialog(wawancara) kepada informan dengan pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang berhubungan dengan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa polapenyelesaian konflik yang terjadi antara masyarakat dan PT.Galena Sumber Energi yang terjadi di desa bontokatute dengan menjabarkan indikator :Negosiasi,sebuah komunikasi dua arah yang dirancang untuk mencapai kesepakatan sebagai upaya pertama untuk penyelesaian konflik di desabontokatute,Mediasi dimana pihak yang terlibat konflik kemudian menunjuk pihak ketiga sebagai mediator yang dalam hal ini adalahkepolisian,kemudian konsolidasi yakni adanya sebuah lembaga tertentu yang memungkinkan adanya diskusi dan pengambilan keputusan dimana saatitu masyarakat menginginkan dialog terbuka oleh DPRD namun gagal serta arbitrasi dimana adanya pihak ketiga akan memberikan keputusan danharus diterima oleh pihak yang berkonflik seperti dengan dibentuknya Pansus oleh DPRD sebagai bentuk dari arbitrase ad hoc
