Abstract

Ticket sales that are still done manually are a big challenge for event managers, as well as the Kalpataru Saka Organization Batam is a scouting organization that stands under the auspices of the Environmental Agency. This organization often holds events such as seminars, scouting competitions, workshops, and social services. With so many activities taking place, the committee finds it difficult to register participants and sell event tickets and recruit volunteers because it is still done manually so that there are many errors in registration and recruitment as well as in ticket sales which are not well organized so that sales are not stable. Therefore, the researcher will design a website that aims as a forum for selling event tickets and disseminating volunteer recruitment information in the Saka Kalpataru Batam organization by using design thinking as data processing, UML as system work modeling, and SDLC as system design processing. Studies show that the system can improve efficiency and user experience when managing events. All required features, such as event sales management, volunteer recruitment, and event and volunteer registration, can be accessed successfully through this website protocol. By determining data processing and system development properly, it will facilitate the system design process as in this study which uses design thinking as data processing so that it greatly facilitates the data collection process so that the website-based Eventvox platform is expected to later become a model for the development of other event management systems, and make a positive contribution to the event management industry.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the level of customer satisfaction of CUJK Batuaji using the Fuzzy Logic approach, focusing on four main variables: service quality, product quality, price quality, and atmosphere quality. The Fuzzy Logic approach was chosen because of its flexibility in handling uncertain and ambiguous data, as well as its ability to provide a more accurate picture of customer satisfaction levels. Data is collected through surveys filled out by customers, with each variable assessed on a scale of 1 to 5. The assessment results are converted into fuzzy values and analyzed using predefined fuzzy rules. The inference process was carried out using the Mamdani method, and the final results were defuzzified to obtain a representative crisp value. The research results showed that: Service quality received a score of 78.65, which is in the "High" category; The product quality received a score of 79.37, which is also in the "High" category; Price quality scored 79.13, with the same category, namely "High"; Ambience quality, with a score of 80, is also in the "High" category. With all variables in the "High" category, the overall satisfaction level of CUJK Batuaji customers can be categorized as "Very Satisfied". Based on these findings, several recommendations are provided to maintain and improve service quality, including regular monitoring, staff training, product innovation, competitive pricing, and maintaining comfortable facilities. The Fuzzy Logic approach has proven effective in providing a comprehensive picture of customer satisfaction, which is expected to help CUJK Batuaji achieve continuous improvement in service quality.

Abstract

Advances in information and communication technology (ICT) have become a key factor in the development of various sectors, including education, industry and government. One of the important components in ICT is computer networks, which are the backbone for delivering data, information and digital services. Computer networks enable devices such as computers, servers, and other devices to communicate with each other, share resources, and access information efficiently. Therefore, mastering knowledge and skills in designing, building and managing computer networks is very important for individuals who want to pursue a career in the field of information technology. However, in some vocational schools that have Computer and Network Engineering majors, there are still students who do not have networking skills that suit the needs of the world of work, so workshops need to be provided so that students can improve their abilities before entering the world of work. The workshop was given over two days using lecture, case study and direct practice methods. Students will be invited to actively participate in each workshop session, so that they can understand the concepts taught better and apply them in real situations. Before the workshop, students were given a pre-test to find out the extent of their knowledge about computer networks. The pre-test results showed that the class average was 72.8. However, there were still some students whose scores were still below 70. During the workshop activities, students were given basic networking material, network topology, simulations with Sisco packet tracer and direct practice in building computer networks. After that, students were given a post-test to determine students' understanding of computer networks. The post-test results showed an increase in students' ability to build networks with a class average score of 83.4

Abstract

Anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) memerlukan perlindungan keselamatan yang lebih komprehensif di lingkungan perairan, namun life jacket konvensional belum mengakomodasi karakteristik fisik dan kebutuhan monitoring khusus mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan life jacket ergonomis dengan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) yang disesuaikan dengan antropometri anak ABK menggunakan pengukuran 6 dimensi antropometri terhadap 80 responden dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% dan derajat ketelitian 5%. Data antropometri menunjukkan variasi dimensi signifikan dengan tinggi tubuh 130,25-145,44 cm, lebar bahu 24,03-30,72 cm, dan tebal dada 12,03-18,85 cm, yang menjadi dasar perancangan life jacket dengan sistem adjustability komprehensif menggunakan material Nylon 420D bercoating PU dan closed-cell PE foam density 35-45 kg/m³. Lima komponen IoT terintegrasi meliputi GPS Module (45×30×15mm), Heart Rate Sensor (⌀40×12mm), Emergency Button (⌀60×25mm), LED Indicator (⌀20×8mm), dan Water Sensor (35×25×10mm) dengan ketebalan tambahan minimal 8-25mm tanpa mengurangi fungsi pelampung. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan life jacket pintar berukuran 55×48×18 cm yang ergonomis, adaptif, dan mampu melakukan monitoring real-time serta respons darurat otomatis, memberikan solusi perlindungan komprehensif bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus di lingkungan perairan dengan tingkat keamanan dan kenyamanan optimal.
