Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti tentang Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Tanjung Mutiara Perkasa, dengan dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Dan hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan berdasarkan hasil pengujian untuk hipotesis kedua dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan

This community service aims to introduce and increase the public's understanding of the Graha Mentarau housing complex regarding electronic transaction-based marketing management through the use of the marketplace. In this context, the application of the Information and Electronic Transactions Law (UU ITE) becomes relevant because it regulates legal aspects related to electronic transactions, including consumer protection, data security and online business regulations. This training not only aims to improve practical skills in selling online but also to ensure that these activities comply with applicable legal provisions. Through interactive workshops and direct mentoring, training participants will be equipped with knowledge on how to effectively manage their online business, while understanding the legal responsibilities that must be complied with. It is hoped that the results of this training can make a significant contribution in increasing people's income and economic welfare, as well as strengthening compliance with the ITE Law in the context of marketplace utilization in the current digital era.

This community service activity aims to increase children's interest in reading in Siharak Karang. The activity method consists of providing motivation and providing reading materials in the form of reading books, picture books and stationery. Apart from that, participants are also asked to write down the main messages that can be obtained from reading books. The results of this activity resulted in an increase in interest in reading and the conclusion from this activity was that the activity participants wanted the activity to be carried out in a more structured way to develop children's interest in reading.

Penerapan metode Fuzzy Mamdani dalam memprediksi pembelian tas branded wanita di Batam adalah pendekatan inovatif yang menggunakan logika fuzzy untuk menangkap ketidakpastian perilaku konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian dan mengembangkan model prediksi yang akurat. Melalui survei terhadap 200 responden di Batam, variabel yang dianalisis meliputi harga, merek, kualitas, dan preferensi konsumen. Metode Fuzzy Mamdani dipilih karena kemampuannya menangani variabel linguistik yang tidak dapat diukur secara kuantitatif. Setiap faktor diwakili oleh himpunan fuzzy dan diolah dengan aturan fuzzy untuk menghasilkan output prediksi. Proses ini mencakup penentuan derajat keanggotaan dan penerapan operator Max-Min. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Fuzzy Mamdani dapat memprediksi pembelian tas branded wanita dengan akurasi yang signifikan. Faktor harga dan merek memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap keputusan pembelian, diikuti oleh kualitas dan preferensi pribadi. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pemasar dan produsen dalam merancang strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan metodologi dalam analisis perilaku konsumen dan pengambilan keputusan di era digital

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengkaji penggunaan sistem akuntansi menggunakan Microsoft Excel yang diterapkan sebelumnya. Mengetahui keandalan sistem akuntansi yang digunakan sebelumnya. Megetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan implementasi sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis accounting software ABSS Accounting pada PT Bisnis Teknologi Manajemen Serta saat menggunakan Microsoft Excel dapat dirasakan para pengguna sistem ABSS Accounting apa yang menjadi keunggulannya. Mengkaji penggunaan sistem akuntansi menggunakan Microsoft Excel yang diterapkan sebelum implementasi ABSS Accounting. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dalam Microsoft Excel tidak memiliki menu khusus atau fitur yang dapat digunakan dalam penyajian laporan keuangan sehingga banyak proses yang harus dikerjakan secara manual sehingga dapat memiliki kelemahan dibanding dengan menggunakan software akuntansi. Sistem akuntansi yang digunakan saat ini yaitu ABSS Accounting, merupakan sistem akuntansi yang lebih memadai dan dapat diandalkan dari pada Microsoft Excel. ABSS Accounting dapat dikategorikan sistem yang kompleks karena memiliki fitur-fitur dapat digunakan sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan. Yang membuat implementasi sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis ABSS Accounting dapat bemanfaat bagi PT Bisnis Teknologi Manajemen karena memiliki fitur-fitur yang lengkap yang dapat memudahkan user serta dapat digunakan selamanya tanpa harus ada biaya tambahan untuk meng- update.

Digital education is a technological development that provides a means to provide learning in the form of educational games so that learning seems more practical, easier to understand and more interesting. Learning about computer assembly is known as the activity of assembling all computer hardware components precisely into the casing in accordance with the location of components that are already available as well as a means of introducing the components needed in computer assembly. The teaching and learning process at SMP IT Nurul Muhajirin using manuals downloaded by teachers from the internet with conventional methods this method makes students have difficulty in introducing devices to the computer, because the teacher explains the material in front of the class and students only listen to the material delivered by the teacher. The method used in the design of this Android-based computer assembly education game is the Game Development Life Cyle (GDLC) and Unified Modeling Language (UML) method, making games using Construct 2 software, assisted with Adobe Photoshop. The results of this study are android-based computer assembly education games that can be used as alternative learning media in IT Nurul Muhajirin Middle School, to increase students insights and knowledge about computers and how to assemble computers.

Credit is the basis for the supply of funds, services or demands based on a loan-to-loan compromise between the bank and the customer. Simulation is the key for banks in carrying out various processes such as simulating various credit loans and deposit simulations. Credit and deposit simulations are very important because they can help banks in conducting various credit loan simulations and deposit simulations. Credit and deposit simulations at PT.BPR Kintamas Mitra Dana there are no credit and deposit simulations that can be accessed by prospective debtors before applying for a loan to the bank so that many loans are rejected. and there is no specific application for simulating credit and deposits that can be accessed by prospective debtors. So we need an application that can produce knowledge to deal with problems arising from credit and deposit simulations. So an android-based application was made with a forward chaining method to deal with problems in credit and deposit simulations. The design uses Android Studio with an Android version of Jelly Bean and above for easy use by smartphone users. The results of this research application can find out whether the credit and deposit simulation process is acceptable or not.

Taxes are one of the most important state revenues in the construction of infrastructure and the development of state registration. The tax is coercive and the tax that applies to employees is PPh 21 tax in which the income of an employee is deducted by a company authorized by the government to deduct the income received by the employee. But for the calculation of income tax there are two differences, namely those who have a NPWP and those who do not have a NPWP, who do not have a NPWP will be subject to a penalty of 120% which is regulated in tax law No. 36 of 2008, Article 21 paragraph (5a) of income tax received. with the development of increasingly sophisticated technology simulations become the key in calculating income tax can help employees to find out how much tax must be paid to the State and information on how to calculate taxes that do and do not have in accordance with applicable regulations. This simulation is designed to be an Android-based income tax calculation simulation application using the forward chaining method to help employees find out the amount of tax in the simulation of income tax calculation.

The study of prophets is useful for knowing the history of the prophet. The learning media used in the teaching and learning process about the prophet during the Covid-19 pandemic, only in the form of printed books and the delivery of material using the application (WhatsApp). So that the delivery of the material is not conveyed all because the learning time is only 10-15 minutes which before the pandemic is 4 learning hours in one week. Furthermore, the students' interest in learning decreased as evidenced by the fact that most students were often late in collecting assignments. The method used in designing educational games for the names of the prophets using Android-based construct 2 uses the SDLC method or Software Development Life Cycle and UML (Unified Modeling Language) and uses StarUml software, Adobe Photoshop CS6, Construct 2, and Web 2 Apk Builders. The results of this study are in the form of an educational game on the names of the prophets using Android-based construct 2. From the results of the research, it can be concluded that the educational game of the names of the prophets using Android-based construct 2 can be an interesting and easy-to-understand learning medium for SDN 003 Batu Aji students, can introduce fun learning tools to students in the form of educational games, and can help improve knowledge for the disciples about the prophet.

Most people in Batam now if they feel sick they always go to the pharmacy or hospital, even though before going to the hospital or pharmacy, people can treat themselves with traditional medicine, this is felt to be helpful for the community before going to the pharmacy or hospital. Even though the demand for traditional medicine in the Batam area is still high, the existing traditional medicine shops are very difficult or limited, this is felt as a problem for Batam residents who want to treat their illness with traditional medicine. Based on this, many residents are also looking for traditional recipes on the internet because they find it difficult to find traditional drug stores, but sometimes the source from the internet is sometimes unknown from where even most on the internet there are many fake recipes circulating that can harm the community. The method used in this study uses the RAD model, this research produces an android application for traditional medicine recipes.
