Abstract

Teknologi digital saat ini berkembang dengan sangat cepat, apalagi di sektor e-commerce. Karena persaingan ketat di era disrupsi ini, Studi ini mengeksplorasi konsep e-commerce dari perspektif syariah, dengan fokus pada definisi, operasi bisnis, dan pengakuan dalam bisnis Islam. Ini mengungkapkan bahwa e-commerce adalah sistem perdagangan yang melibatkan perangkat elektronik untuk belanja online, menyoroti kebutuhan perusahaan untuk menemukan strategi bertahan hidup baru.Kecuali untuk barang yang dianggap sebagai objek jual-beli, jual-beli e-commerce pada dasarnya tidak berbeda dengan jual-beli as-salam. Jika Anda melakukan jual-beli e-commerce, Anda harus waspada, seperti memeriksa sistem keamanan perusahaan dan memahami apa yang Anda beli untuk menghindari membeli produk yang tidak berkualitas.

Abstract

Laporan keuangan yang baik dan benar, merupakan hal yang sangat dibutuhkan bagi pelaku usaha, UMKM sebagai pihak yang selama ini dianggab tidak bankable sudah waktunya bisa mewujudkan pencatatan keuangan yang benar meskipun sederhana, agar pengelolaan aset dapat dilakukan dengan baik, dan mudah menilai kinerja keuangan. Selama ini rata-rata pelaku UMKM tidak dapat melakukan pencatatan keuangan dengan baik, hal lini yang mengakibatkan seringnya pelaku usaha salah dalam pengambilan keputusan. Modal mereka bisa terkikis habis bahkan sampai tutup bisnisnya akibat pengelolaan dana yang tidak tersusun dengan baik dan benar. Oleh karena itu, pengabdian masyarakat ini hadir untuk memberikan wawasan dan motivasi bagi mereka bagaimana menentukan harga pokok penjualan, harga jual, biaya operasional, laba operasional dan bagimana proses pencatatan keuangan yang sederhana. Oleh karena itu, Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan, motivasi dan kesadaran pelaku UMKM akan pentingnya pencatatan keuangan dengan baik dan benar. Setelah pemberian pendampingan, para penggiat UMKM diharapkan mampu mengimplementasikannya dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan yang baik dan benar. Subjek pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah penggiat usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) Semprong Kula Kademangan yang berada di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Objek penelitian adalah kemampuan pencatatan transaksi keuangan pelaku usaha.

Abstract

The growing demand for ethical and interest-free financial services in Indonesia has raised questions regarding the factors that drive public interest in Islamic pawnshops (rahn). Although conventional pawn services remain dominant, previous research has shown inconsistencies in identifying the most influential drivers of customer interest. This study aims to fill that gap by examining the combined effects of income, product knowledge, trust, and promotion on the interest in using sharia-compliant pawn services, specifically in South Jakarta—a region with increasing awareness of Islamic finance.A quantitative method with a causal research design was employed, targeting 130 respondents through purposive sampling. Participants included former users of sharia pawn services, conventional users open to Islamic alternatives, and individuals interested in Islamic pawn offerings. Data collection was conducted using structured questionnaires, and analysis was performed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS.The findings indicate that all independent variables significantly and positively influence customer interest, with the model explaining 80.5% of the variance. Promotion showed the strongest individual impact (p = 0.000), followed by trust (p = 0.008), income (p = 0.014), and product knowledge (p = 0.010). These results underline the importance of targeted promotion, customer trust, income stability, and education on sharia products in enhancing public engagement with Islamic pawn services.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengoperasian dan pengelolaan Toko Qiswah Hijab yang berada di Plaza Borobudur Ciledug dari persfektif ekonomi islam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif jenis studi kasus. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa owner Toko Qiswah Hijab menerapkan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi islam dalam usahanya, seperti tauhid, akhlak, keadilan, keseimbangan, dan kebebasan individu. Toko Qiswah Hijab memiliki 3 aspek utama, yaitu sisi pemasaran, sisi produksi dan sisi keuangan.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the implementation of the Zakat Maal Distribution System  at the National Zakat Agency of Bengkulu City (BAZNAS). The analysis seeks to determine whether the zakat maal distribution system  complies with Islamic Sharia principles and government regulations. This study employed field research, also known as empirical research. Data were collected through direct interviews with BAZNAS employees in Bengkulu City and several zakat recipients. The results indicate that the distribution process has been running quite well and aligns with Islamic principles as well as applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia. The National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of Bengkulu City has distributed zakat funds to various groups categorized as mustahik (zakat recipients), including the poor, the needy, converts to Islam, and others. The utilization of zakat funds covers various areas, such as educational assistance, business support, social aid, and healthcare. Although zakat distribution has been successful,  low public awareness remains a challenge, leading to uneven distribution. Therefore, monitoring and evaluation are essential to ensure zakat programs reach their intended beneficiaries.

Abstract

Marketing is an important aspect in the business world because it maintains the principle of balancing products or services with customers. Over the decades, concept marketing has experienced significant growth and is now considered an integral part of modern business strategy. The aim of this research is to highlight the basic principles of the Islamic viewpoint that are very important for business operations. The methods used include data reduction, data analysis, and prediction of conclusions using quantitative means. The research results show that the concept of sales from an Islamic perspective can also be called sales in a sharia context. In the context of sharia, the concept of sales is different from the conventional one, especially in business transactions, which are based on the principles applied. In sharia marketing, business activities are carried out in accordance with Islamic principles, including the Koran and Hadith, to ensure the fulfillment of faith.
