Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis tentang pendidikan kewirausahaan berbasis Al-Qur’an. Metode yang digunakan yaitu library research yang bersifat penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan tafsir maudhu’I atau tematik. Dalam membahas masalah, pengumpulan data di lapangan digunakan dengan teknik analisis dengan mengkaji ayat-ayat, ditafsirkan dan meninjau hadits-hadits yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini kemudian di analisis dan disajikan secara komprehensif.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan merupakan sebuah proses belajar mengajar dengan integrasi nilai spiritual, sosial dan nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an seperti inovasi, kejujuran, keadilan, kesetaraan dan toleransi yang memiliki tiga pokok yaitu creatifity innovation, opportunity creation dan calculated risk talking. Nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an diantaranya seperti Al-Kasb, Al-sa’yu, Al-‘Amal, Ibtigha, Al-Tijarah, Al-Rizq, dan Al-Fadhl.

Abstract

Untuk itulah betapa pentingnya karakter dan pendidikan karakter bagi bangsa, terutama mahasiswa dan generasi muda bangsa sebagai generasi pengganti. Pendidikan karakter harus serius dilaksanakan dan tidak ada alasan terlambat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis metode pembalajaran dan mengembangakn model pembelajaran. Pendidikan karakter berbasis al-Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan dengan Metode Shibghah (pencelupan, dengan jiwa Tauhid yang kokoh dan mendalam),untuk membentuk pribadi-pribadi mahasiswa/alumninya yang memiliki kapasitas sesuai bidang studinya serta menyatunya sifat-sifat utama Nabi Muhammad, saw , yakni : jiwa-jiwa kejujuran(ash-Shidiq), transparansi (Tabligh), amanah (Terpercaya dalam segala halnya)dan Fathanah (cerdas dalam berpikir, bersikap dan bertindak) dalam kehidupannya dimanapun mereka mengabdi

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Islamic microfinance on the economicgrowth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the food court at the Universityof Muhammadiyah Jakarta (UMJ). The research method used is a qualitative approach withdata collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis.The results of the study indicate that Islamic microfinance provides a significant contributionto the economic growth of MSMEs by increasing capital accessibility, strengthening financialmanagement, and encouraging business innovation. This study concludes that Islamicmicrofinance is an effective instrument to support the development of MSMEs in highereducation environments

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of digital marketing, halal labeling, product quality, and price on customer satisfaction in the halal industry sector, especially on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and TikTok Shop. By utilizing the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) approach, this study explores the relationship between attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control on consumer satisfaction in the context of halal products. The research uses quantitative methods with a causal research design. Data were collected through an online questionnaire using a 4-point Likert scale, involving 131 respondents selected via a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The research findings indicate that price is the most influential factor on customer satisfaction, followed by product quality and digital marketing. Competitive prices and products that meet consumer expectations significantly increase satisfaction levels. In contrast, halal labeling does not have a significant direct influence on customer satisfaction, unless supported by other variables. This research contributes both in theory and practice in understanding Muslim consumer behavior in the digital era and can be a reference for industry players. designing effective and inclusive marketing strategies.

Abstract

The growing demand for ethical and interest-free financial services in Indonesia has raised questions regarding the factors that drive public interest in Islamic pawnshops (rahn). Although conventional pawn services remain dominant, previous research has shown inconsistencies in identifying the most influential drivers of customer interest. This study aims to fill that gap by examining the combined effects of income, product knowledge, trust, and promotion on the interest in using sharia-compliant pawn services, specifically in South Jakarta—a region with increasing awareness of Islamic finance.A quantitative method with a causal research design was employed, targeting 130 respondents through purposive sampling. Participants included former users of sharia pawn services, conventional users open to Islamic alternatives, and individuals interested in Islamic pawn offerings. Data collection was conducted using structured questionnaires, and analysis was performed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS.The findings indicate that all independent variables significantly and positively influence customer interest, with the model explaining 80.5% of the variance. Promotion showed the strongest individual impact (p = 0.000), followed by trust (p = 0.008), income (p = 0.014), and product knowledge (p = 0.010). These results underline the importance of targeted promotion, customer trust, income stability, and education on sharia products in enhancing public engagement with Islamic pawn services.

Abstract

The empowerment program through the Kemuhammadiyahan course is an implementation of Al-Ma’un theology, which teaches compassion for others through acts of social charity. This movement is realized in the form of empowering underprivileged families (keluarga dhuafa). Student groups formed as part of this course will carry out the empowerment process through an economic approach by involving various stakeholders to ensure the activities run effectively and systematically. The empowerment methods include mentoring and support based on a productive assistance approach.As a result of this empowerment, students gain a deep understanding of the social realities around them, along with the ability to design solutions rooted in Islamic and humanitarian values. Meanwhile, beneficiary families gain new hope of breaking the cycle of poverty through measurable and sustainable efforts. Overall, this program not only provides direct benefits to underprivileged families but also instills the spirit of Al-Ma’un within students, shaping them into compassionate future Muslim intellectuals who are capable of becoming agents of change in society.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the impact of the pandemic on the workshop business and analyze operational management on workshop growth after the Covid19 pandemic at the JL location. Cirendeu Raya No.2 East Ciputat, South Tangerang Ciputat. This research uses qualitative methods and the main data is obtained through interviews with HRA workshop business owners. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, HRA Workshop experienced a significant decline in income, and they faced various problems in marketing and sales. However, they are also trying to find marketing alternatives, secure capital and assets, and understand digital technology for promotion.

Abstract

KFC, rantai makanan cepat saji, telah dianalisis dalam jurnal berjudul "Cultural Environmental Analysis of Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) Business" menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Studi ini menemukan bahwa perusahaan KFC beradaptasi dengan nilai-nilai budaya lokal dan meminimalkan risiko akibat perbedaan budaya, meskipun beroperasi di negara yang berbeda.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh dari Pengetahuan, Kualitas Pelayanan, Teknologi Informasi, dan Transaksi secara Cashless pada Bank Syariah Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan dari 127 responden di Nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Tangerang Parakan yang telah menggunakan produk Bank Syariah Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Purposive sampling, kemudian data diproses menggunakan apikasi SmartPLS 4. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan terbukti bahwa Pengetahuan, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Teknologi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Transaksi secara Cashless. Nilai dari Adjusted R Square nya adalah 50,3% semua variabel independen dapat menjelaskan sebesar 50,3% terhadap variabel dependen.
