Abstract

Lembaga keuangan memiliki peran penting dalam menentukan kebijakan ekonomi untuk terus membawa sektor ekonomi pada taraf atau keadaan yang standar sehingga tidak terjadi krisis ekonomi global yang pernah terjadi pada tahun 2008. Hal ini yang mendasari penelitian untuk mengkaji lebih lanjut mengenai Lembaga keuangan dan kebijakan publik dalam menangani krisis ekonomi global. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis peran lembaga keuangan sehingga dapat menciptakan kebijakan publik untuk menangani krisis ekonomi global yang dimungkinkan dapat terjadi lagi dengan belajar dari keadaan di masa lalu. Metode yang digunakan adalah jenis kepustakaan dengan mengkaji berbagai hasil penelitian juga kebijakan lembaga keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa hal yang dapat dilakukan lembaga keuangan sehingga mampu menghasilkan kebijakan publik yaitu: macroprudential dan microprudential, meningkatkan kekuatan Early Warning System (EWS), meningkatkan kekuatan protokol manajemen krisis, mendorong korporasi dalam melakukan initial public offering, Otoritas moneter dan perbankan dalam memanfaatkan berbagai peluang untuk terus menurunkan inflasi dan suku bunga khususnya suku bunga kredit sehingga lebih kompetitif di ranah dunia. Selain itu juga menggalakkan masyarakat untuk cinta produk dalam negeri dan tidak menggantungkan laju ekonomi pada sistem ekspor.

Abstract

This study analyzes the factors affecting the unemployment rate in Indonesia by focusing on three important aspects: global description, the role of the government in reducing unemployment, and the role of e-commerce or business digitalization in minimizing unemployment. The results of the analysis show the complexity and variety of factors affecting unemployment, including the significant impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the economy and labor market. The role of government in formulating economic policies, workforce training, and social protection has major implications in reducing unemployment. In addition, technology and business digitalization through e-commerce also make a positive contribution in creating new jobs and independent job opportunities. However, to achieve a sustainable reduction in unemployment, an integrated approach is needed that considers economic dynamics, cooperation between different sectors, and adaptation to continuous changes in society.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in reading and writing interest of Sanggar Bimbingan (SB) students of Kampung Bharu, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia through visual media. This study used descriptive research methods, specifically using classroom action research. This approach includes four distinct stages: planning, execution, observation, and reflection. The study involved a sample size of 10 students. The results of data analysis in cycle 1 showed that children developed interest in reading and writing with the picture method reaching 58% to 72%, while in cycle 2 of meetings 1 and 2 the level of interest increased. In reading, writing and counting using visual methods. Reached 95.4%. This shows that the teacher's actions are good.

Abstract

Change occurs quickly and is full of vulnerabilities, such as the current COVID-19 situation, which is very difficult for supply chain managers, even though it currently has a very high level of normalcy. Consumer trends change very quickly and are difficult to predict. With the aim of a creative economy-based innovation development strategy, this study aims to identify the variables that influence the implementation and competitiveness of the innovative industries to be developed. It is important to note that the advertising process is not only about providing information, availability of goods, money and progress, but also has the advantage of providing information, quality map knowledge and applying valuable walking skills. The Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, and Outcomes (SOAR) survey and site survey were used to determine the optional process. A strategy that takes into account all the attractive quality points acquired. Therefore, in preparing object forms (translation exercises and communication activities), the potentials and challenges must be carefully weighed to achieve inclusive benefits in each implementation. The results of the SOAR study produced five alternative approaches. The most significant added value is the examination of the importance of possible resource accessibility with a value of 15,862, followed by second to fifth, access to rapid market changes (14,840), the establishment of associations (14,646), standardization and economy. Objects (14,123) and the development of productivity standards for competitiveness (12,288). An imaginative approach to business development should consider resource potential and quick response to advertising requests, along with three other components.

Abstract

Education is a fundamental pillar in the formation of digital intelligence, a crucial aspect in today's era of rapid technological transformation. When curriculum and teaching methods are integrated with information and communication technologies, students are equipped with the tools and knowledge to adapt, compete and innovate in an increasingly complex and connected society. This study uses the literature research method. The results show that the use of technology in education, in general, has a positive influence on increasing students' learning motivation, concept understanding, and problem-solving skills. Technology integration facilitates more interactive and personalized learning methods, encouraging deeper student engagement in the subject matter. However, the study also revealed that the success of technology integration is highly dependent on device accessibility and connectivity, teacher training and adequate infrastructure support. Inequality of access is one of the main barriers, necessitating specific intervention strategies to bridge the digital divide.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi strategi manajemen pemasaran pendidikan menggunakan platform media sosial dalam konteks lembaga pendidikan non-profit di Yogyakarta. Dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi efektivitas penggunaan Facebook, Instagram, dan YouTube dalam meningkatkan visibilitas dan daya tarik lembaga pendidikan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran berbasis media sosial yang terstruktur dapat meningkatkan engagement dan minat calon siswa. Namun, tantangan seperti kebutuhan konten yang konsisten dan evaluasi real-time perlu diatasi. Implikasi penelitian mencakup panduan kebijakan pendidikan, peningkatan manajemen pendidikan, dan partisipasi aktif komunitas pendidikan melalui media sosial.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki dampak dari upaya membangkitkan semangat kewirausahaan terhadap peningkatan keberlanjutan bisnis. Dalam penelitian ini, terdapat kombinasi antara pengumpulan data kuantitatif melalui kuesioner dan pengumpulan data kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam. Penggunaan keduanya, kuantitatif dan kualitatif, membantu peneliti untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif dan mendalam tentang variabel-variabel seperti jiwa kewirausahaan, nilai kewirausahaan, perilaku kewirausahaan, dan kemandirian usaha. Hasil, jiwa kewirausahaan memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kewirausahaan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pemilik usaha kecil yang memiliki jiwa kewirausahaan memiliki kecenderungan untuk mengembangkan perilaku kewirausahaan yang kuat, yang didorong oleh keinginan untuk menjalankan operasi bisnis dengan baik.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze transformational leadership strategies in improving team performance in Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), with a focus on village economic empowerment. Effective internal communication is essential to build a solid team within BUMDes, which serves to drive village economic growth. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to explore how transformational leadership is applied in BUMDes and its impact on team performance and village economic empowerment. The results show that the four main dimensions of transformational leadership-idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration-play an important role in creating a productive and harmonious work environment. Leaders who serve as role models, communicate a clear vision, provide intellectual stimulation, and show individualized attention to team members are able to increase loyalty, morale, and innovation. This research recommends that BUMDes develop leadership training and strengthen internal communication to support the sustainability of village economic empowerment.

Abstract

Work conflict is a common dynamic in organizations, including in village economic units such as Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). This research aims to deeply understand the sources of conflict, resolution strategies, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors of conflict management in the BUMDes environment. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews and participatory observation of BUMDes managers and members in rural areas. The results show that conflicts in BUMDes are generally caused by generational differences, authoritarian leadership style, unclear tasks, and lack of formal conflict resolution system. Effective conflict resolution strategies tend to be participatory and based on village deliberation, with the village head or community leaders playing an important role as mediators. These findings contribute to designing a locally-based conflict resolution approach to strengthen sustainable village economic institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of project-based learning in improving students' understanding of the concept of sustainable economy. The study used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design, involving 200 high school students in Cirebon Regency who were selected through random sampling techniques. The research instrument was a Likert scale questionnaire, with validity and reliability tested using Pearson Product Moment and Cronbach Alpha coefficients. The results showed that project-based learning significantly improved students' understanding of the concept of sustainable economy. The t-test analysis revealed significant differences based on gender, where female students had a higher level of understanding than male students. The ANOVA results showed significant differences in students from public and private high schools (F = 5.678, p < 0.05), while Pearson's correlation indicated a positive relationship between age and student understanding (r = 0.453, p < 0.01). This study provides practical and theoretical contributions in integrating project-based learning into the curriculum, while supporting constructivist theory in education. Limitations of the study include limited geographic coverage and cross-sectional design. Further research is recommended to use a longitudinal design and expand the scope of the area.
