Abstract

Program Pengabdian Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan skill guruSekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Insantama Ternate dalam memberikan pembelajaran secaramenarik. Hal ini dilatarbelakangi oleh minimnya kemampuan guru dalam memberikanmedia pembelajaran interaktif yang dapat menarik siswanya. Dalam hal metode pelatihanyang diterapkan adalah pelatihan praktik langsung serta didukung juga oleh video tutorial.Tahapan yang dilakukan terdiri dari 3 tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaandan tahap pasca kegiatan. Hasil dari pengabdianan ini didapatkan bahwa Pelatihanpembelajaran powerpoint di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Insantama Ternate berlangsungdengan baik dan mampu meningkatkan kualitas guru Sekolah Dasar Islam TerpaduInsantama Ternate dan Pelatihan media pembelajaran powerpoint interaktif berbasisandroid ini terkati dengan upaya peningkatan literas

Abstract

Jalan raya merupakan sarana transportasi darat yang sangat penting dalammendistribusikan penumpang dan barang. Ruas jalan Payahe merupakanpenghubung vital yang menghubungkan ibu kota Provinsi Maluku Utara denganKawasan Strategis Industri Nasional, Indonesia Weda Bay Industrial Park.Kawasan ini termasuk pertambangan nikel yang terbesar di Maluku Utara. Studiini mengkaji sifat dan tingkat kerusakan jalan di ruas Payahe serta bagaimanapengelolaannya. Panjang jalan yang diteliti adalah 8900 m, dan metode yangdigunakan adalah Surface Distress Index (SDI). Data yang diperlukan untukpenyelidikan ini adalah dimensi panjang kerusakan, lebar, dan kedalamankerusakan. Hasilnya, jenis dan tingkat kerusakan jalan ditemukan 73,00% bekasroda kendaraan, 25,00% retak, 1,00% berlubang, dan 1,00% amblas. Penanganankerusakan berdasarkan jenis kerusakan pada permukaan jalan. Dimana distribusikondisi ruas jalan Payahe diperoleh hasil yaitu: 6,74% keadaan kondisi rusak beratdengan penanganan rekonstruksi, 4,49% kondisi jalan rusak ringan denganpenanganan rehabilitasi, 39,33% jalan memiliki kondisi sedang denganpenanganan pemeliharaan berkala, dan 49,44% ruas jalan memiliki kondisi jalanbaik dengan pemeliharaan rutin

Abstract

An Archipelagic Area Development planning study is a plan to determine the appropriate action process to grow and develop social, economic and environmental ecosystem aspects of the archipelago or group of islands by the capacity of the resources owned by each island. Development planning is intended to make changes towards a better development direction for a community, government, and environment in a certain area by utilizing or utilizing various existing resources and must have an orientation that is comprehensive, complete, and sticks to the ecoregion method.To develop the development of the archipelago area based on water resources.Quantitative research was chosen with the consideration that this research is a problem analysis by researchers; researchers use statistical test tools and secondary data that are quantitative, besides that researchers refer to the theory of water carrying capacity and hydrological theory to study it.Guide researchers to find research problems and then analyze the data using quantitative methods. The results of the study stated that to meet the water needs in the city of Ternate for years to come, a strategy and policy that is environmentally friendly to the community is needed.

Abstract

Study of the distribution pattern of residential areas in North Ternate District to identify disaster-prone zones. The study of the distribution of residential areas is an effort to create conditions for better structuring of residential distribution in the future. Therefore, land use must be as optimal as possible in order to create good space for movement and optimize community welfare activities. North Ternate District is in an area prone to type I and type II volcanic disasters, namely a radius of 4.5 km from the crater of Mount Gamalama. This has an impact on the availability of land to be developed as a residential development plan. Based on the description of the problem above, the objectives of this research are: Analyzing the distribution pattern of residential areas in North Ternate District, and analyzing disaster-prone zones and the number of residential buildings at risk of disaster due to the condition of the residential distribution pattern. This research uses nearest neighbor analysis and spatial analysis. Based on the research results, it was found that there were random distribution patterns and clustered distribution patterns and the number of buildings spread across the disaster-prone zone II in North Ternate District was 282 residential buildings for residents

Abstract

One of the significant impacts of population growth is an increase in the number of movements. In a social context, an efficient transportation system can improve the quality of life, enable better accessibility, and form connectivity between individuals and communities. This growth must of course be balanced with the development of adequate road infrastructure to provide a sense of security and comfort for road users. However, there are other aspects that also influence the spatial planning and use of roads in the city of Ternate, namely the behavior and social habits of the community which have become part of culture and daily life. The practice of using public roads as a place to hold various celebrations or ceremonial events is part of the social interactions and habits of local communities. Based on research results, the culture of closing roads for celebration events, which results in traffic disruption, comfort and traffic jams, is a phenomenon that is truly natural and occurs in the social life of the people of Ternate City today. The expected solution is regional government firmness in implementing regional regulations regarding road closures by the community, in this case included in regional regulations related to public order and the provision of facilities for social interaction such as the provision of village halls for event activities and the provision of multi-purpose building facilities which also need to be carried out by local government. With this effort and attention, it is hoped that it can change the community's mindset in using roads as activities for celebrations and other events, but without eliminating the traditions and culture that are embedded in the social life of the people of Ternate City.

Abstract

Perkerasan kaku atau perkerasan beton semen adalah suatu konstruksi (perkerasan) dengan bahan baku agregat dan menggunakan semen sebagai bahan ikatnya. Perkerasan kaku memiliki kuat tekan yang cukup baik, namun bertolak belakang dengan kuat lentur, itu dikarenakan sifat yang getas, sehingga pada perencanaan perkerasan kaku menambahkan serat pada campuran beton dengan harapan menambah sifat elastis atau kelenturan dari perkerasan kaku itu sendiri.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penambahan serat polypropylene ke dalam campuran beton perkerasan kaku dengan variasi 0,1%; 0,3%; 0,5%; 0,7%; dan 1,0% terhadap berat semen. Benda uji kontrol tanpa menggunakan serat polypropylene. Jumlah benda uji silinder 15x30 cm sebanyak 36 buah dan balok 15x15x60 cm sebanyak 18 buah. Pengujian kuat tekan dan pengujian kuat lentur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kuat kuat lentur optimum pada kadar 0,3%.

Abstract

Smelting atau peleburan adalah proses mengekstraksi bijih logam murni dari dalam tanah. Dengan kata lain, ini adalah proses pemisahan logam murni dari bijih yang mengandungnya. Untuk mengekstraksi logam, bijih dipanaskan hingga suhu tinggi (di atas titik lelehnya). Untuk proses ini digunakan smelter yang dalam prosesnya akan menghasilkan limbah cair dan limbah padat (sludge). Sludge tersebut biasanya digunakan sebagai penutup lubang bekas tambang. Sludge digunakan sebagai material dasar pembentuk paving block untuk mengurangi limbah dan peningkatan nilai ekonomis. Pada penelitian ini sludge atau lumpur digunakan sebagai pengganti pasir pada produksi paving block. Kadar sludge yang digunakan adalah 10%, 25% dan 50% menggantikan volume pasir, paving block tanpa sludge sebagai benda uji kontrol. Untuk mengetahui mutu paving block yang dihasilkan dilakukan pengujian kuat tekan dan penyerapan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa paving block dengan kadar 10% menghasilkan paving block mutu B, pada kadar 25% dan 50% menghasilkan paving block mutu C.

Abstract

Kegiatan reklamasi pascatambang wajib dilakukan terhadap bukaan lahan aktivitas pertambangan dalam upaya perlindungan lingkungan dan mengatasi masalah kerusakan lahan. Undang – undang Nomor 3 Tahun 2020 tentang perubahan atas Undang – Undang Nomor 4 Tahun 2009 tentang Pertambangan Mineral dan Batubara mengamanatkan kewajiban pemegang IUP atau IUPK menyusun dan menyerahkan rencana reklamasi dan/atau rencana pascatambang. Tujuan penelitian adalah melakukan evaluasi kinerja reklamasi lahan bekas tambang nikel PT. Trimegah Bangun Persada periode tahun 2016-2020. Evaluasi kinerja keberhasilan reklamasi pascatambang dianalisis menggunakan Peraturan Menteri ESDM No. 1827K/30/MEM/2018 tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan Kaidah Teknik Pertambangan Yang Baik. Kriteria yang dianalisis meliputi penatagunaan lahan, revegetasi, dan penyelesaian akhir. Hasil penelitian diperoleh realisasi luas bukaan lahan tambang yang direklamasi sebesar 275,46 ha atau 66,33% dari luas lahan yang direncanakan 415,3 ha, realisasi lahan bekas tambang yang ditimbun kembali seluas 105,18 ha atau 38,18% dari luas lahan yang direncanakan 275,46 ha, dan realisasi luas area bekas lahan tambang yang ditata sebesar 51,2 ha atau 101,45% dari luas lahan yang direncanakan 50,47 ha. Realisasi penebaran top soil dan revegetasi masing-masing mencapai luas yang sama yaitu sebesar 48,76 ha atau sebesar 96% dari total yang direncanakan 50,47 ha, dan realisasi penanaman tanaman penutup mencapai 51,2 ha atau 101,45% dari rencana seluas 50,47 ha. Evaluasi kinerja tingkat keberhasilan reklamasi lahan bekas tambang nikel PT. Trimegah Bangun Persada mencapai 88,24% sehingga tergolong kategori baik.

Abstract

The Sofifi Reservoir aims to store water to provide raw water and utilize groundwater for the needs of the Sofifi community. Sediment deposition in the reservoir is due to community activities around the reservoir location and erosion on the slopes around the reservoir. Sediment that enters the reservoir bag will cause a decrease in the performance of the reservoir. In order to utilize the reservoir sediment, research was conducted using the sediment as raw material for making bricks. The research was carried out in the laboratory by making bricks using pumice sand and Sofifi reservoir sediment as raw materials. Variations of test objects with the composition of reservoir sediment and pumice sand 0%:100%, 20%:80%, 40%:60%, 60%:40%, 80%:20% and 100%:0% of the aggregate volume. Testing of visible properties, suitability of size, volume weight and compressive strength of bricks. The test results show that the quality of the bricks produced at a composition of 1:4 with a reservoir sediment content of 0% to 40% produces bricks of quality 100. A sediment content of 60% to 100% with a composition of 1:4 produces bricks of quality 50.

Abstract

Lightweight concrete is concrete weighing less than 1840 kg/m³. Lightweight concrete tends to have a low tensile strength, and due to the characteristics of the lightweight aggregate used, in planning the concrete mixture, fiber is added to increase the tensile strength of the lightweight concrete itself.  This study analyzes the effect of adding polypropylene fiber to lightweight concrete mixtures with volume levels of 0.1 kg/m³, 0.3 kg/m³, 0.5 kg/m³ and 0.7 kg/m³. The number of 15x30 cm cylindrical specimens was 15 pieces for the split tensile strength test. The test uses a compression tester, where the cylindrical specimen is placed horizontally and then loaded to the maximum acceptable load. The results showed that adding polypropylene fiber to lightweight concrete increased the split tensile strength along with the addition of various polypropylene fibers up to 0.5 kg/m³. After exceeding 0.5 kg/m³, the split tensile strength decreased. The maximum split tensile strength value is 21.64 kg/cm2 at a 0.5 kg/m³ volume polypropylene fiber. The workability of fiber concrete tends to decrease with the addition of polypropylene fiber into the lightweight concrete mixture. The maximum volume weight produced is 1471 kg/m3, categorized as lightweight concrete.
