Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Peran dan Pemerintah Desa Terhadap Generasi Milenial di Desa Laut Dendang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hal ini sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis peran pemerintahan desa laut dendang terhadap generasi milenial. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa Peran Pemerintahan Desa Laut Dendang terhadap Generasi Milenial di desa tersebut adalah dapat mengelola keuangan kemasyarakatan, menggerakkan partisipasi masyarakat maupun generasi muda dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan, menggerakkan partisipasi masyarakat dan generasi muda dalam menciptakan ketertiban dan keamanan masyarakat, serta mengikut sertakan generasi muda dalam pemperdayaan. Maka dari itu, Pemerintah desa mengikut sertakan peranan generasi milenial dalam pembangunan berbagai wisata yang ada di Desa Laut Dendang, dengan tujuan agar para generasi milenial bisa belajar mengelola bahkan meningkatkan wisata agar lebih berkembang lebih pesat.

Artikel ini menganalisis penerapan punishment untuk menumbuhkan disiplin siswa di MIN 4 Medan Barat dengan rumusan kajian yaitu pertama, bentuk-bentuk punishment, kedua penerapan punishment, dan ketiga pengaruh punishment terhadap siswa yang indisiplin. Untuk mendapatkan hasil riset, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan instrument pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pertama bentuk-bentuk punishment di antaranya punishment fisik seperti membersihkan sekolah bagi peserta didik yang melanggar peraturan sekolah berupa terlambat datang ke sekolah dan tidak memakai pakaian yang tidak sesuai peraturan sekolah, berdiri di depan kelas bagi peserta didik yang tidak mengerjakan tugas selama proses belajar langsung kurang lebih selesai pergantian mata pelajaran. Punishment non fisik dalam bentuk menghafal atau menjelaskan apa yang sudah dipelajari, punishment ini bagi peserta didik yang tidak mendengarkan penjelasan guru. Kedua, penerapan punishment di MIN 4 Medan Barat diharapkan program hukuman atau punishment mampu menjadi jembatan antara proses dan usaha dalam menumbuhkan kedisiplinan bagi siswa dan dapat berguna bagi siswa yang belum disiplin terhadap peraturan sekolah. Ketiga, pengaruh punishment terhadap siswa yang indisiplin di MIN 4 Medan Barat yaitu banyak siswa tiba di sekolah sebelum bel berbunyi, sudah memakai pakaian yang sesuai dengan peraturan, siswa mengerjakan tugas dengan tepat waktu dan dapat mendengarkan penjelasan dari guru.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role and government of the village towards the Millennial Generation in Laut Dendang Village. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection techniques in this study using the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. This is in accordance with the research objective to analyze the role of the village government of Laut Dendang towards the millennial generation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the role of the Laut Dendang Village Government towards the Millennial Generation in the village is to be able to manage public finances, mobilize community participation and the younger generation in the implementation of development, mobilize community participation and the younger generation in creating public order and security, and follow involve the younger generation in empowerment. Therefore, the village government includes the role of the millennial generation in the development of various tours in Laut Dendang Village, with the aim that the millennial generation can learn to manage and even improve tourism so that it develops more rapidly.

This research was conducted based on the fact that the current science learning process is still dominated by lecture methods and focused solely on teacher attention, thus lacking critical thinking skills. Therefore, it is necessary to develop learning media such as SIDUWAN (Animal Life Cycle) based on Pop-Up Books, which can help train students' critical thinking skills. This study aims to (1) determine the validity of the development of SIDUWAN (Animal Life Cycle) based on Pop-Up Books, (2) determine the effectiveness of the development of SIDUWAN (Animal Life Cycle) based on Pop-Up Books, and (3) determine the effectiveness of the development of SIDUWAN (Animal Life Cycle) based on Pop-Up Books. The method used in this study was Research and Development (R&D). The development was conducted using the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The subjects of this study were 33 fourth-grade students. The results of the study show that: (1) The level of validity can be seen from the results of the media expert validation assessment of 100% (Very Valid), and the material expert validation of 95% (Very Valid), (2) The level of practicality is found from the results of the teacher response questionnaire of 100% (Very) and the results of the student response questionnaire of 94.24% (Very Practical), (3) The level of effectiveness can be seen from the results of the comparison of the Pre Test and Post Test scores. The average Pre Test score is 40.9, while the average Post Test score increased to 73.7. The N-Gain test shows a value of 0.56 with the category "Medium" and the interpretation of the effectiveness of N-Gain shows a value of 56.42 with the category "Quite Effective". So it can be concluded that the SIDUWAN (Animal Life Cycle) media based on Pop-Up Book is quite effective in improving the critical thinking skills of fourth grade students of MIS Hidayatussalam. This study aims (1) to find out the reality of the use of the storytelling method in the summarizing method at MIS AL HAFZA ISLAMIC GLOBAL SCHOOL. (2) to find out the reality of students' listening skills using the summarizing method at MIS AL HAFZA ISLAMIC GLOBAL SCHOOL. (3) to find out how much influence the use of the summary method has on students' listening skills. The formulation of the research problems are (1) How is the reality of using the summarizing method at MIS AL HAFZA ISLAMIC GLOBAL SCHOOL? (2) How is the reality of students' listening skills using the summarizing method at MIS AL HAFZA ISLAMIC GLOBAL SCHOOL? (3) How much influence does the use of the summarizing method have on students' listening skills? The research method used is descriptive analysis method which is expressed by a comparison between data or facts in the field with the relevant theoretical basis. The research subjects were 23 students at MIS AL HAFZA ISLAMIC GLOBAL SCHOOL. The results showed that when the pretest in class with the summarizing method went very well and the control class used very high conventional learning.

This article examines “Hijab Fashion Among Students of the Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Faculty of UIN North Sumatra” using a descriptive qualitative approach. focus on answering the first question, about female students' understanding of the headscarf. Second, regarding the reference to the hijab style. Third, regarding the trend of wearing the headscarf and regulations in the Faculty of Tarbiyah Science and Teacher Training at UIN North Sumatra Medan. The results of the study show that first, when critically discussed, a fundamental difference is found regarding the understanding of the headscarf for women. Second, the style or model of wearing the hijab for female students at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra, especially the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, varies greatly. The change of every hijab model trend cannot be separated from the influence of social media, such as Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube. Third, there are several classification models for the trend of wearing the headscarf when compared to FITK regulations, namely that only a few female students cover their genitals, such as covering their chests, clothes that are not too thin, tight, and cover their genitals up to their wrists, which follow the hijab rules according to FITK regulations. However, there are also not a few female students who do not follow the hijab rules according to FITK regulations.
