Pediatric Early Warning Score (PEWS) is a scoring system for early detection or early warning to detect a worsening of the condition of pediatric patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between compliance with PEWS implementation with response time and patient safety at RSIA Muhammadiyah Probolinggo City. This research design uses correlation analytic with cross-sectional observation approach. The population in this study were all nurses at RSIA Muhammadiyah Probolinggo City. The sample in this study were 32 people. With the technique of probability sampling-random sampling. Data processing used chi square test. Compliance with PEWS implementation showed that most of them adhered to the application of PEWS as much as 25 (78%), response time obtained results that most were fast 25 (78%) and adhered to patient safety by 25 (78%). The analysis test uses the chi square test.

The lack of caring between clinical supervisors and practicing students causes students to feel unnoticed and there is no attitude of helping and providing support, causing students to feel reluctant to undergo practice. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of caring clinical supervisors on the adaptation of practicing students at TK IV DKT Kediri Hospital. This research design is correlational with a cross-sectional approach. Respondents were taken using an accidental sampling technique with a sample of 37 people. The independent variable is caring clinical supervisors and the dependent variable is the adaptation of practicing students. Statistical test results using ordinal regression. The results showed that caring clinical supervisors were known to be almost half of the respondents as many as 15 (40.5%) in the good category. Adaptation of practicing students is known to most respondents as many as 21 (56.0%) in the good category. The results of data analysis show that the significance level is 0.000< α= 0.05 so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, thus there is an effect of caring clinical supervisors on the adaptation of practicing students. The Pseudo R- Square result on the Nagelkerke value is 0.635 or 63.5%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an effect of caring clinical supervisors on the adaptation of practicing students. Clinical supervisors who behave caring will increase positive feelings in students so that they can adapt during clinical practice. It is recommended that clinical supervisors not only act as educators but are expected to be able to assist and socialize with their new roles and be able to know the learning needs of students.

Background: Stroke is a leading cause of disability worldwide, significantly affecting patients' quality of life. Family support and patient dependency are critical factors influencing recovery and well-being during home care. Purpose: This study aimed to examine the relationship between family support, patient dependency, and quality of life among stroke patients attending outpatient clinics at RSUD Gondo Suwarno Ungaran. Methods: A correlational study was conducted from February to March 2025 involving 48 stroke patients. Data on family support, patient dependency (Barthel Index), and quality of life were collected through validated instruments and analyzed using Pearson correlation. Results: The mean family support score was 40.67 (±3.95), patient dependency score was 61.35 (±23.65), and quality of life score was 61.23 (±96.59). Significant positive correlations were found between family support and quality of life (r = 0.376, p = 0.008) and between patient dependency and quality of life (r = 0.853, p = 0.0001). Conclusion: Both family support and patient dependency levels are significantly associated with quality of life in stroke patients during home care. Enhancing family involvement and managing patient dependency may improve patient outcomes.

Purpose: This research aims to determine the effectiveness of discharge planning implemention on the quality of life of post-opname patients with heart failure at Bhayangkara Hospital, Kediri City. Method: The type of research used is quantitative research with a descriptive cross-sectional study design. The number of samples in this study were 31 respondents with accidental sampling technique. Results: The results of the non-parametric Spearman rank correlation test analysis obtained a value of p = 0.022 (p <0.05) and a correlation coefficient of 0.411 which is moderate and has a positive direction. This shows that there is a positive relationship between the effectiveness of implementing Discharge Planning on the quality of life of post-hospitalized patients with heart failure at Bhayangkara Hospital, Kediri City. Conclusion: Discharge Planning given to patients with heart failure at Bhayangkara Hospital, Kediri City is not yet effective and needs to be improved. Background: The assessment criteria used in determining the readiness of a patient under spinal anesthesia to be discharged from the recovery room is the Bromage score. Delays in moving patients can cause additional treatment costs recovery room, hypothermia, and anxiety in patients. Purpose: This research aims to determine differences in achievement time. Bromage scored 0 post-cesarean sections with the ERACS method and not ERACS for mothers giving birth at RSUD SLG Kediri. Method: This research uses a design true experiment with a type posttest-only control group. With purposive sampling A sample of 60 respondents was obtained, divided equally between experimental groups and methods ERACS and the control group with the Non method ERACS, and statistical tests were carried out by Mann-Whitney. Results: The results of research from 60 respondents showed that the majority of patients who used the ERACS method reached a bromage score of 0 within 26-35 minutes after spinal anesthesia. Meanwhile, the majority of patients who use non-methods ERACS reach a bromage score of 0 in 126-135 minutes. Statistical test analysis Mann-Whitney The significance results obtained were p value=0.000 (<0.05), meaning that there was a significant difference in time to achievement bromage score 0 in patients with cesarean section method ERACS and non-RACS. Conclusion: Achievement time Bromage score 0 post spinal anesthesia methods ERACS an average of 30.00 minutes faster than the Nonmethod ERACS. Based on this time difference, the anesthetist can provide information regarding the duration of the achievement time Bromage score and estimated patient transfer time.
