Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the simultaneous or partial variables of leadership style, organizational culture, and work stress on employee work productivity at PT. Kahatex Cimahi. In this study, the sample was employees of PT. Kahatex Cimahi with a total sample of 85 people. This study used quantitative methods with random sampling techniques. The data analysis tool uses the SPSS program version 25.0. Based on the results of research at PT. Kahatex Cimahi shows that leadership style, organizational culture, and work stress partially and simultaneously affect employees' work productivity.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the relationship between the influence of Communication, Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Indonesian Cooperative University. In this research, the samples were employees at the University of Indonesia Developing with a sample size of 35 people. This research uses quantitative methods with non-probability sampling techniques (saturated samples), and data analysis tools using the SPSS version 25.0 program.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the simultaneous or partial influence of leadership style, work environment and work discipline variables on the performance of Arjasari Community Health Center employees. In this study, the samples were employees of the Arjasari Community Health Center with a sample size of 30 people. This research uses quantitative methods with a total sampling technique. And the data analysis tool uses the SPSS version 25.0 program. Based on the results of research at the Arjasari health center, it shows that leadership style, work environment and work discipline influence employee performance both partially and simultaneously with a determination coefficient test value (R₂) of 0.978 or 97.8% so it can be interpreted as 97.8% The performance of Arjasari Community Health Center employees (Y) can be explained by the variables leadership style (X₁), work environment (X₂), and work discipline (X₃)

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Inventory Turnover (ITO), Total Assets Turnover (TATO), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Sales Growth on PT Sritex's Return On Assets (ROA) for the 2013-2022 period. The research method used uses quantitative research methods with descriptive and verification approaches. The data source in this research is secondary data obtained through annual financial reports using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis techniques, verification analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing, both partial and simultaneous testing with data analysis tools using SPSS version 25. The results of this research partially show Inventory Turnover (ITO), Total Assets Turnover (TATO) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) have a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA), while Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) and Sales Growth have no significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA), while simultaneously all independent variables has a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the simultaneous or partial influence of the Work Environment,Work Motivation and Work Discipline variables on the Performance of Bandung City Human Resources Personnel Agency employees. In this research, the samples were employees of the Bandung City Human Resources Personnel Agency with a total sample of 33 people. This research uses quantitative methods with random sampling techniques. And the data analysis tool uses the SPSS version 25.0 program. Based on the results of research at the Bandung City Human Resources Personnel Agency, it shows that the work environment, work motivation and work discipline influence employee performance both partially and simultaneously.
